Great spot to chill privately for a couple days right outside Rochester. Nice amenities and a water hookup. Camping as it should be.
Wayne and Necole were gracious and Remington was friendly. I plan on staying there again the next time I'm out that way.

Disappointed
I never got to camp the first day was a wash out. Rain all day. The second day I never got to go to camp site I was given the wrong address..

Great spot Great Price
Great little hidden spot perfect for that getaway without the whole big campsite feel. Tucked away just enough and had everything you could need. Fire pit, enough privacy and very flat. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and great grassy space with privacy, nice picnic table, and they provided water and soap, toilet paper with the commode type toilet.

Had a lovely time!
Very pleasant spot.
Near enough to the road to be convenient, but far enough to feel private. Lots of space.
Helpful hosts.
We used it as a hub to go and visit a different town each day. Seneca Falls one day, Palmyra the next, then Auburn, and Rochester. We'd recommend LeRoy too if you're headed that way.
Things that are good to know.
There's a spigot you can use pretty near the camp so you don't need to haul in water. They also have a hand-washing station with a jug, closer.
We found means to hang a few hammocks from the cottonwood tree.
It was May, so pretty early, but didn't have issues with ticks or chiggers (is New York lucky enough to not have them??)
No issues with wildlife. (Well, there were a lot of snails and my kids wanted to make sure they didn't get hurt or trampled. My oldest informed me that if you just flick them it damages their foot so you are supposed to poke them a bit until they loosen up and then you can flick or nudge them. We also realized if it was wet they'd slip right off.)
The fire pit is raised a bit which helps keep smoke above you and it's a good size.
It did rain while we were there and it didn't get too muddy which was nice (we'd recently had a VERY muddy camping experience elsewhere).
Overall a lovely 5 night stay!

If youre looking for reviews there are way more on airbnb for this spot. We had a good stay and will likely book again when we come back this summer. The bathroom setup us a game changer compared to the usual dispersed camping we've done. I brought that powder that aborbs liquids so we could just use it like a toilet for everything. Road isn't too busy but you're close enough to it that you can hear the vehicles going by.
Hosts were very responsive and when we asked for the trash to be emptied they came so quickly I hadn't even seen the message yet. Potable water is very close.
