The host was an absolute delight to work with, but honestly the property really needs some love and care. It was a gift to be able to stay somewhere affordably during a tough trip, and I'm thankful for that. However, there is some outstanding basic yard and home maintenance tasks that would make the area safer and more accessible for guests. The entrance to the house for powder room use needs a sign, as does the powder room itself. The porch is a little broken and dangerous, and the house needs to be tidied. There's some dog poop, slugs and broken items about the yard as well. Grass was recently mowed though, so no worries about ticks.

The tent spot was perfect, nestled in a clearing on a hill, away from houses and traffic. The house was open and convenient for when I wanted to shower or fix a coffee. Faith was a great host, super responsive.

Loved our stay at Faith’s land! Beautiful place with lots of wildflowers, birds, and bunnies. Saw a heron fly overhead and then land in a tree near the end of the driveway. We had our pick of the 5 campsites and use of the porch. Faith was super helpful and communicative. Was really nice to have use of a real bathroom. Very clean and convenient. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We LOVED staying at Lil Bit of Country!
We went 4/8 for the eclipse viewing & stargazing and were NOT disappointed!
There are several sites & they are far enough apart to give you the feeling that you are there alone.
Miss Faith was wonderful, she responded to texts & questions from before the trip & all throughout. Very informative so that you will feel comfortable about any situations that you have or may arise.
I loved it & can't wait to go back!

I tent camped here during the eclipse. It was a good stay. The town of Victor had a nice street to explore and get some craft beer. Faith also let me stay past my checkout time to watch the eclipse since I wasn't staying the night on eclipse day.

Faith the camp host was wonderful, helpful and very pleasant! I enjoyed my stay especially the shower! We lit a campfire and sang songs with my daughter playing the guitar! I would definitely recommend for a very pleasant camping experience .

Faith’s land is well maintained, sunny with shady spots, and there’s wild berries to pick. Faith was very accommodating to our little family, and we loved her animals that mostly stayed inside but we got to play with them. She let us borrow a camping table and chairs during our stay. I was glad I could charge my phone on the wrap around porch. Would recommend.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot than at Faith's land. Like camping at a friend's place. Everything was mowed, firewood waiting. I stayed while working a local event. Having access to the Powderroom made my stay even nicer. Faith herself was s lovely host. You can tell she loves hosting, a true pleasure

Faith's property is so lovely and she was incredibly accommodating of our late arrival. The camping spot was peaceful and private and the land is nice and flat. We had a great stay! Would reccommend!

We did some tent camping here and it was fantastic. Faith was so kind and the campsite was really beautiful. She shared her camp chairs with us, and also shared her indoor bathroom. There were paths to explore her 10 acres, and a play set/sandbox my kids loved. We would definitely stay there again!

I had a great time. The site was clean and perfect for camping. Faith was very accommodating. Beautiful site, and easy to set up camp. I’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s not necessarily in the middle of the woods, but it’s very quiet and distanced from any traffic. There were pets, and they were all really sweet.

Our experience at Lil bit of country was great! We were in campsite 3 and really enjoyed our privacy and the surrounding area. Faith had pretty grounds that where well managed. She was super sweet and helpful. This was our first stop on our road trip and we couldn’t have picked a better one! We appreciated the use of a bathroom and the close distance to Rochester, where we spent the day. Overall, it was great!

Faith was a great host, her land was beautiful and peaceful. We had an easy time getting to the campsite from I-90 and would highly recommend the spot as a nice stopover during long drives. Faith was very communicative and welcoming over text. We arrived late at night and were able to find the site easily with just flashlights. The next morning we used the indoor bathroom and made breakfast outside. The sounds of insects and birds were very soothing at night and the morning fog was peaceful in the early morning.

The property was well kept. The pond was full of frogs and peepers.
We had a great evening in the country under the stars and lightning bugs. Would definitely recommend.
