The ranch has ten 30 amp power sites with lots of room to turn around and most you can drive right through without having to back up. Views of mountains in every direction with lots of wild birds in the area. We have horses, cows, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats at the ranch. The small working ranch is in the Rocky mountain trench with the Rocky Mountains to the east the Caribou range to the east and the Monashee Mountains to the south. Maps available in Pictures. Shower and water available in ranch yard water tap is on the south side of the ranch house. Nearby activities include hiking, biking( bike rentals available in town), climbing, fishing, paddling. The site is 20 minutes from Mount Robson Provincial Park (Berg Lake trailhead) and just over an hour to Jasper National Park. Valemount townsite is 15 minutes away and is home to a renowned mountain bike park, and excellent restaurants such as the Glacier fire Pizza. Please take the time to read any posted signs regarding rules of the ranch, speed limits, etc, and do not leave a trace. Please bring your garbage, tissues and cans with you. There is a local transfer station just 10 minutes south of us outside the village of Valemount. Please respect our home. Fresh farm eggs may be available. Pony Rides might be available. We strive to provide a place to enjoy the peace & quiet of nature, so it's not a place to party or have music loud enough for neighbours to hear. Nestled in the heart of the Tamihi Recreational Area, just 20 minutes from town, our property offers a rare blend of seclusion and adventure. Surrounded on three sides by lush, moss-draped forest & bordered on the fourth by the stunning Chilliwack River, it’s a true nature lover’s paradise. Enjoy a spacious riverside beach, great for swimming during the summer & fall & world-class fishing. The area features Class I–IV rapids for whitewater kayaking, with Chilliwack River Rafting just 5 or so minutes away. You can ATV right out of our gate onto unlimited logging roads and trails or hike the Trans Canada Trail 3 blocks from our gate. There isn't river access at the sites. The stairs to the beach are through the picnic shelter. There is a light wire fence along the river in riverfront sites for protection due to a drop-off & undercut banks. ATV's are idle in - idle out. QUIET, well-mannered, leashed pets are welcome if you pick up after them and not leave them unattended. LONG WEEKENDS are a minimum of 3 nights. CHILDREN MUST be accompanied by a parent at all times! FIREWOOD is $9. for a large feed bag full & is available between 9 AM and 8 PM. BEEF and EGGS: We have grass-fed Black Angus beef jerky for sale (this cow was treated as a pet until her time & was dispatched on the farm to avoid stress). We occasionally have eggs from our pastured chickens. Our free-range kind, gentle horses also wander the property. Any interactions with them are at your own risk! We have Glamping tents as well - we provide everything except your food, drinks and personal items! They are situated beside the river, with a eating bar overlooking the river and with beautiful views. For the romantic couple - but we also can accomodate a small child (inquire). Our campsite is available in the spring and summer and is just 20 minutes from the city of Chilliwack, BC. We provide a fire pit and campfires are allowed as long as there is no fire ban. (then you can have a propane campfire) The sites are quite private but there will be other campers nearby. We try to keep a large amount of space between sites and some are separated by trees. We are a walk in tent only site- parking is very close, 30 second walk. We can also provide access to electricity so you can charge your phones or other devices if needed. There is no cell reception, but we do have wifi that you can use. Potable water is available. We supply natural spring water but you must bring your own jug. We live in an adventure playground! Activities nearby include hiking, white rapid river rafting, fishing, watching bald eagles, Cultus Lake water slides and adventure park, mountain biking, cold plunge and sauna retreats, wine tastings and more! The stargazing at night is beautiful as there is no light pollution here. We look forward to hosting you!

The water here is so clean and and the air is so fresh is why I stay. The night sky is so hard to explain it has to be seen to believe. Come check it out and you will agree. Learn more about this land: Enjoy camping on our 25-acre property just outside of Cranbrook, BC! We have multiple spots to choose from. You can camp beside the creek, in an open field, or up high with beautiful views of the valley. It all depends on your preferences and the privacy that you desire. We welcome tent and RV campers. If you're bringing an RV, there are sites that do not require levelling and we can accommodate vehicles up to 75ft in length. Bring your animals - there are a lot of great spaces for them to play! Our yard is equipped for horseback riding with a horse ring and stable.  The property is a great step-off point for ATV, dirt bikes, horseback and hiking adventures.  Potable water, toilet, picnic table, wifi and showers are available. It is one of the largest migratory bird routes in North America, and a crucial corridor to migratory birds, waterfowl, and shorebirds, extending from Alaska to Patagonia. Whether your goal is to connect with the Earth or with people, the Flyway Farm and Forest is the place for you. Located in tiny Spillimacheen BC, this hidden gem will enhance any experience. It has a lot to offer the independent traveller, including beautiful views, hiking, rock-climbing, fishing, mountaineering, and paddling. Ideal for those looking for a base camp for further adventures, or just a quiet get-away off the beaten path. Flyway Forest: '79 Vintage Komfort RV, '63 Esta Villa RV, both with electrical service, and a bare campsite between them. Great view of the backside of the Rockies Flyway Pasture: For small groups looking for a place to pitch their tent, several places are available behind the orchard or in the north forest by special arrangement Flyway Farmhouse: For those looking for indoor plumbing and a place to recharge their phone, we have three rooms available upstairs in the main house (two queen beds and a single). Since we last opened, the goats and chickens have been re-homed. This was necessary during our two-year absence. But no fear, there's lots to do and see if you're the self-motivated adventurer type(s). Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared up at the main house. Dog-friendly. When navigating to our place, please stay on the paved highway. The GPS may want you to come up the back roads, but don't let it fool you. Unless you really like adventure and have the right vehicle. We absolutely loved our stay at the lovely little cabin – it was all super comfy, and exactly what we needed. It was great to have the picnic table outside. We set up our propane stove and cooked ourselves some yummy dinner and breakfast. The raspberries were ripe in the garden and super tasty! Absolutely loved the earthship tour – thank you so much Susan and Tony for a wonderful stay and for sharing your home and your passion!

This was a wonderful stay at Bent Acres. We had lots of room in our truck and camper. The outhouses are spotless and cute! The beach by the river is steps away and we swam and relaxed watching birds and ducks. We walked the path around the property after dinner. Very peaceful. There is hwy noise from the other side of the river, but this didn’t affect our experience negatively. Will keep this place on file. 😊

The camping spot was spotless. And unlike almost any other campground, public or private, it was LEVEL AND ON A CONCRETE SLAB!!! We didn’t need the power or water but it was all there. Salt Spring Island is a beautiful place!

We stayed on ‘Sunny’, which was indeed sunny! A good level pitch and nice views. We didn’t make use of any of the campground activities but they all looked good, lots of effort has gone into making this place. The pit toilet by the tent spots was fabulous! Warm welcome at receiption and Mark responded via text when needed. Bring bug spray and don’t be dim like us and book sunny if you want shade, and you’ll have a great time! Thanks

Camping here was such a joyful and relaxing experience! The hosts are so welcoming, caring and most helpful. We loved the location in the woods, close to beautiful trails and a quiet beach. Taking a tour of their place added inspiration and a new perspective. As an unexpected but meaningful bonus, I enjoyed an evening full of music, strumming along with friendly and talented people. Such a cute and serene spot! The campsites are surrounded by trees. We saw beavers, snakes and fireflies. The hosts were incredibly friendly, the campsite and outhouses were well equipped with little sinks and very well maintained. Great place for a quick little getaway!

What an amazing and unexpected gem! B.E.N.T felt like visiting family while spending sunny days on a fabulous beach on the river! You can feel the love and care in every detail here from the comfy beach chairs to the wimsy decorations adorning the property 😀 not to mention the outhouses that felt like an indoor affair- tiled and immaculate! BENT Acres is a fantastic gem of a camp. Treena was welcoming, kind and accommodating. The camping area has lots of shade with big mature trees. We loved the birdsong! The beach is especially amazing for hanging out at with a variety of chairs, shade, and games.
