On arrival you get to choose your own unpowered spot. You then set up camp. The caretaker will check you in at the spot you have chosen towards the end of the day.
Misty Mountain Campgrounds is suitable for tent campers, caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes..
PLEASE NOTE - Children aged between 3 and 15 are booked under Child Rates, Children 2 and under are Free and do not have to be booked in.

Our campground is on my family’s dairy farm that has been in the family since 1904. I’m the 4th generation on the farm and work alongside my parents and my husband operating the family business of milking cows.
The campsite is on a private area of flat ground right beside the Oxley River with views of Mt Warning.
We are excited to share our piece of paradise with others. We DO have a composting toilet but DON’T have any shower facilities.
Although the creek is very close by we advise you bring your own drinking water.
We are pleased to provide a gravelled campfire area along with a gorgeous outdoor setting that seats 8.
Our campground provides a unique private camping opportunity. Once you book whether it is for a group of one or 25 no one else can book the site. The site is not visible from the road. Perfect for a relaxing getaway that brings you close to nature and connecting with friends.
As we are a working farm, unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.

This spot is eople that think that they are the only ones left in the world. Once at the top, it's yours to live in peace and quiet.
56 acres of undulating hills covered with native bush land, with 10 cleared sites for you to set up camp.
If you like an adventure then this mountain is for you. 2 sites called "Top of the world tent site 1 and tent site 2" are accessible by 4WD only (tent camping is advised) There is a step 19 degree road up to the penthouse summit thats at 1000ft. However if it is dry you can tow a camping trailer but only if you have a winch. If it rains the only way down is backwards tethered to trees via your winch. It's an adventure.
Campers are welcome to have a campfire, there is plenty of timber on the ground that you can collect or bring your own. As long as there is no fire ban.
There are some great bush walks you can enjoy, including down to the creek (about a 40 min walk). The creek is picturesque with lemon trees and peach trees along the edge while in season. There are 2 sites down at the creek called Firefly's and platypus and these are for off road self contained
4x4 campers and those with a tent. The creek is pristine and crystal clear unless it's raining. These 2 sites are absolutely private if you book them both. If you don't mind sharing the creek with another camper then you only need to book 1 site.
There is also a 10 month of the year

waterfall
(depending on rain fall this waterfall can vary from massive water to
slow water)
and another
seasonal waterfall. Don't forget the dam for swimming with the spa tub and fresh mountain spring water constantly flowing into it from an inch and a half poly pipe constantly overflowing into the dam.
The water in the creek
is safe to drink with no filter needed.
The creek is
running and crystal clear and very private.
If you are in a 2 wheel drive RV/ Motorhome you can book the "Paw Paw hill site" or "a dam good view"
There is one site that is all grass accessible in the dry weather. Plenty of drinking water is also available at all sites either via a tap or the creek running water.
All campers MUST HAVE their own portable toilet. If no portable toilet you can purchase one from many camping stores at a reasonable price before coming.
Doing number 2 in the bush is totally unacceptable. Because this is a leave no trace camp site we do ask you to take all trash with you when you leave as well.
There is no council rubbish collection in this area. We respect our beautiful paradise and we know you will appreciate it also.
If you make a fire please leave it so I can mow around it once you leave. E.G Please remove all sticks.

The property is set at the foot of Mount Jerusalem National Park. Mountain-view camping site offer a peaceful escape, with cool, fresh air and the scent of pine. During the day, the mountains shift in the light, something sharp and bright, other times soft and blue. The highlight is the sunset, with the sky turning orange, pink, and purple as the sun sets behind the peaks.
At night, the mountains stand under a starry sky, creating a calm, timeless atmosphere. Camping here isn't just about the view- it's about connecting with nature and enjoying the quiet moments.
There is about a 20-minute bush walk to the mountain lookout near the campsite, where you can view the whole countryside from the lookout.
There is a flushing toilet, shower, camp kitchen.
* Power hook-up is available upon request for some sites at an ADDITIONAL COST of $10 per night for tents or $20 per night for caravans/camp-trailer which is payable in cash on ARRIVAL. PLEASE NOTE, you will need to supply your own power cord approx 30 metres long.

Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.
We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. Campers should leave no trace.

Anna's property offers exceptional beauty and privacy, even with other campers present in a separate area. Anna's Hipcamp provides clear directions for locating our designated area. We had the opportunity to observe and interact with two calves during their feeding.

Great stay! Amenities were so clean and a very well manicured camping area with lits of romm between sites. So peaceful with only the sound of birds. Hosts were very accomodating and assisted us when we needed some help with our car 🙂

We absolutely love this camping spot. We have returned to this hidden gem a few times now it’s the most beautiful camping spot. Necia is so kind and accommodating, very quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
We had family and friends come visit us this trip and everyone wants to book to come back and stay.
The creek is beautiful so clear and fresh we swam every day in the watering hole and our kids can endlessly play moving creek rocks around! Definitely can recommend bringing swim inflatables to relax and float in the creek.
The toilet is very clean and not smelly, fantastic for a drop toilet.
Cannot recommend this site highly enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this campsite. *Please read tick note further down!*
The location is stunning, and private with beautiful views and a real sense of peace. The zoned camping area was ideal, giving great separation from the cows and a large clean area for setup!
Communication with the hosts was excellent. It was great that firewood could be pre-arranged.
The dam was a lovely bonus, using the provided kayak was a highlight. Access does involve walking through very long grass, so a mown track to the dam would be really helpful here!
The recommendation for tick prevention was also very helpful, as there are a lot of ticks. Our dogs ended up with hundreds (not an exaggeration😢), so up-to-date tick prevention is absolutely essential for fur babies.
Overall, a beautiful, peaceful spot that we’d happily recommend and return to, with a bit of extra care needed to ensure the safety of your pets!

Beautiful property, with amazing facilities. The little bathroom and sink we were expecting, but there were other little touches that were so gratefully appreciated. The sites were all labeled with there title and also included my name.
Also rare to find was a bin at each site and the bathroom block , also very appreciated. There were supplies at the sink and a box of games

Nice a private perfect if you want to be alone and isolated from other people. And to have a place to swim to your self is just perfect. This is the perfect camp site for sure. Cows were pretty cool too doing their cow things.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful. The shared space was a life saver for cooking and cleaning up. Toilet and shower was cleaned daily as well as the bins being changed. Will be returning!

Husband and I stayed a few days in our caravan at White Fig Main camp and absolutely loved it.
The space was clean, tidy and peaceful. There was no internet access at our site which we didn’t mind, but after a short walk around the camp our phones would randomly beep so we knew that to get a signal it’s just a short stroll away from the van.
We were lucky enough to have a generator which other campers didn’t mind the noise as they had one too. Our caravan can run off grid so we used our own toilet, shower etc. Portaloos are available if you don’t have your own, also to note there is no dump point.
You need to take your rubbish with you when you leave which is no trouble. If you stay there please don’t leave it behind.
James (Host) is great! When we arrived we parked in the middle of the main area confused on where to go. James drove straight to us and took us to site. He works hard to keep the camp clean and lawns mowed. Will definitely go back. Thanks James and Hipcamp for a lovely weekend away.

Great spot so close to everything, so the perfect spot for a quick night or weekend away. Greg and James were a pleasure to deal with on booking and checking in. Firewood available to buy at $10. Lovely spots in the river to take a dip on a hot day. Would definitely book again.
