The Stockyard Creek Campsite is situated on the babbling Stockyard Creek and there is a short walk to the bigger Albert River waterhole.

Family groups love the site for the babbling but shallow child friendly Stockyard Creek - perfect for paddling and playing in.
The Kingfisher and Platypus Campsites have larger waterholes than the Stockyard Creek Campsite, are great for fishing and swimming as you wander the 2km of river frontage . They both have easy access off the main Kerry Road.
Friends love our campsites for catch ups, the bird watching, small historical or nature walks around the property and of course the cool waterholes in the Albert River.
Other groups use Kerry Valley Secret as a base camp for hiking adventures in the wilderness end of Lamington National Park.
Bring your togs and floaties to cool down in the waterhole on the Albert River.
Don't forget the marshmallows to roast on the fire at night (firewood provided).
Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest.
All campsites have basic toilet facilities (a portaloo) and firepit (with a free bag of kindling provided). Stockyard Creek Campsite also includes a picnic table.
Exclusivity is a feature of all our campsite and for that reason we only take a flat rate booking. Once you have booked no one else will be able to camp at the site, it is all yours.

White Wallaby Farm is certified organic growing Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric plus other seasonal crops. Our camping area is separated from the growing areas by the road, the camping area is approximately 2.5 acres, is mostly bush and borders Hopping Dicks Creek. Actual camping site is about 1/2 acre and is a mix of gravel & grass. Farm walks can be taken by negotiation, fees apply ( Morning/afternoon tea included). Available produce can be purchased. Mobile phone and Wifi service is usually very poor at the campsite.
Please do not cross over the creek, this is not our property & the neighbours have very strict biosecurity controls in place. We ask that you respect this situation.
Caravans up to 6 mtrs long are acceptable (1 area only ) other areas suit camper trailers, tents etc. Facilities are basic, there is a bush toilet and a camp kitchen with gas stove and sink. No showers. No power. Tank water on site is pumped from the creek and must be boiled/filtered before use. Entry to the grounds is opposite Number 325, and has a sign on the fence indicating Number 326. NOTE, 325 is not our property, do not enter this driveway or use their bins. Our private driveway is 50 mtrs further along the road and has the number 327 on the gate post. There are rubbish and recycle bins for your use in the campgrounds. ( BUT PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME) This is an area with significant wildlife and for this reason we cannot allow cats or dogs under any circumstances, IF, by chance you hit an animal or see an injured one please report it to us immediately. Please drive carefully. The area is very beautiful with lovely drives, bike rides and walks. Murwillumbah Rail Trail is 30 mins drive away. Local cafes are at Crystal Creek and Tyalgum approx 15 mins away

Directions, From the south travel to Murwillumbah then either via Chillingham or Tyalgum. From the north take the Nerang to Murwillumbah rd and turn right at Chillingham. This is a very pretty drive and slightly quicker than via the M1.
We only accept 1 booking at a time so that you have the area to yourself.

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. Multiple natural springs exist on the property and a few small spring-fed waterholes are scattered down the cascading hills. Friendly ducks, geese, fish, horses and an abundance of native wildlife live here. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area.
Sites are part of The Bush Clinic where we specialise in designing and making natural creams, soaps, teas, dodorants and other products as well as running regular Meditation courses and topics such as Energy, Frequency, Grounding and Advanced Organic Growth techniques for those wanting to join in are formally available during your stay.
We are new to HipCamp so have limited facilities at present, but they are in progress and we have loads of space per site, comfortable, and lots to offer for those wanting to reconnect with Nature. If you know what ley-lines are - this is the right place to visit ;-)
PS if you are towing a van or camper pls remember to engage 4wd at the front gravel gate (low range 2nd is best). This helps avoid chewing the road up...

The campsite is on a private area of flat ground right beside the Oxley River with views of Mt Warning.
We are excited to share our piece of paradise with others. We DO have a composting toilet but DON’T have any shower facilities.
Although the creek is very close by we advise you bring your own drinking water.
We are pleased to provide a gravelled campfire area along with a gorgeous outdoor setting that seats 8.
Our campground provides a unique private camping opportunity. Once you book whether it is for a group of one or 25 no one else can book the site. The site is not visible from the road. Perfect for a relaxing getaway that brings you close to nature and connecting with friends.

Stonesthrow is a 106 acre rural property in the peaceful Illinbah Valley. Nestled between Beechmont and Canungra, we are about an hour (a stones throw) from the Gold Coast or Brisbane. Over time, the property has been used to farm goats, train racing camels and spell racehorses and is now a family hobby farm. We currently have three dogs, cows, horses, goats and some friendly donkeys who love to meet new people for some pats and a carrot!
The Stonesthrow Bush Camping sites are close to the beautiful shallow creek that meanders its way through the property. These sites have access to facilities - toilets, a powered shed, kettle, fridge and a sink. Most sites offer 2WD access yet still facilitate the experience of camping in the bush. THESE ARE THE ONLY SITES THAT CARAVANS CAN ACCESS.
The Stonesthrow Elevated sites are located higher up, with stunning views of the valley. These sites are only accessible by capable 4WD and require you to bring your own sealed, chemical camping toilet and ensuite tent which we sight on arrival before allowing guests access to the track. Check-in must be during daylight hours to enable safe access. Off-road camper trailers can access these sites.
When submitting a booking request you MUST include the following information: Your vehicle make and model, camping setup (tent/swag/camper trailer/caravan etc), type of toilet and ensuite tent (if booking an Elevated site) and number of occupants (adults, children, dogs).
Friendly dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead when in close proximity to the cottage and other campers. Please note, the availability of certain sites is weather-dependent.
We are not a 4WD adventure park. Vehicles must be left at your campsite and NOT used to explore the property. Exploration of the property is welcome by foot or bicycle: 1.2 km from bottom to top.
Due to insurance considerations, no 'day visitors' are allowed unless they have an approved Hipcamp booking.
We are a Leave No Trace campground - ensure what you bring in, leaves with you.

Further along Christmas Creek Road takes you past the Christmas Creek Cafe and onto Lamington National Park and bushwalks to the Stinson Memorial Crash Site and Larapinta Falls. The location of the Treehouse was chosen by our then young children. We all fell in love with the magnificent camphor laurel tree growing at the edge of the seasonal creek.
We all found ourselves drawn to that place, so with the help of our friends and our children we began the project of manifesting a dream into a reality - the dream of living in the tree canopy.
As we worked on the Treehouse, the design was constantly changing. The whole family, especially our youngest son, contributed to the manifestation of the dream. During that time we overcame many obstacles and found solutions to build in the tree. It was an adventure, a lot of fun and we learnt a lot.
It became a dwelling for our kids for a period of time, until they grew up and left to conquer the big wide world.
Now it is here for you to enjoy, to reconnect with your dreams, to dive deep into your childhood playful memories where the world of fantasy and reality merge together.

Welcome to our secluded property on the idyllic Crystal Creek with private swimming holes and beautiful mountain views. Located on a small hobby farm, we offer a private camping experience for just one group at a time.
Our campsite is called 'Creek Side' as it's located right next to the creek on a flat grassy patch of land. A great little swimming hole is right next to camp.
Just 75 metres from Creek Side is an outdoor hot-shower and flushing toilet available for guests and an Infared Sauna which can be booked for an additional fee.
We are located 15 minutes from Murwillumbah, 30 minutes to Cabarita Beach, 40 minutes to Gold Coast Airport; 50 minutes to Byron Bay.
Well behaved pets welcome by request (we have chooks and cows so your pet must be friendly!)
Firewood available for purchase.

We loved camping here. The directions are clear and easy. The camp sites are well looked after. If you’re looking for more of a private camp away from people definitely book the gumtree campsite. If you’re coming in a massive group or wanting a flat area that’s quite large but don’t mind being around other campers book the creek bend site.

We had a great time at white wallaby camping the creek was so nice and david was a great host. you have the area to yourself, great facilities and only 10 mins to Tyalgum. If you walk approx 100m upstream theres a deep spot to swim where we couldnt touch the bottom. highly reccomend

The campsite couldn’t have been better. The water had a perfect mix of shallow and deeper spots, making it ideal for swimming and canoeing. Waking up to a surprise visit from the cows in the morning made it even more special — the kids had an unforgettable time!

Sarabah Creek Camping is honestly one of the most amazing spots we’ve stayed at. It’s so close to the Gold Coast, yet it feels completely peaceful and secluded.
The campground is beautiful, it was incredible to fall asleep to the sound of the water and the creek was so fresh to swim in. The site feels very private, the bathroom was clean and it was easy to access the campsite!!
You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the grounds and making sure guests have a great stay.
Sarabah Creek Camping is an absolute gem. We’ll definitely be back!

The camp area was really well looked after and tidy, amenities were great toilet and shower clean. There was a little less water than I would have liked bit it was still running. This was just mother nature. Great little area, Thanks Georgie I would recommend your place to other guests wanting a nice quiet place to stay.

A little slice of paradise. The views are incredible and the site was big, private and so well kept. We spent a few days as a family enjoying lots of lawn games, great food and taking in all our beautiful surroundings. Michael and Sally gave us a very detailed booklet with lots of information about everything we needed to know including places to explore. We all had such a fantastic time.

The place was beautiful 🌿, the toilet was clean, A fire place was perfect 👌 (we recommend bringing fire wood). Access was super easy, with many signs that made finding the place quick, and we received a very warm welcome from Robert, We had access to a river where we swam the next day and even we saw turtles! A place full of peace and tranquility! We are definitely thinking to back there ☺️. 100% recommended.

Camping spots were very private. I chose to stay at “Platypus Hole”which was a lovely spot. Unfortunately I didn’t see any platypus however there were plenty of turtles. The swimming hole was about 500m away.
It wasn’t the greatest spot for my small motor home, as the trees at the entrance were very low, and I was concerned about damaging the solar panels, air con & tv aerial on the roof. I won’t be able to check these out until I get home. The turning circle was small so it took many manouvres to turn the vehicle around after realizing it was much better to drive out in a forward direction rather than reverse out.

We had a great extended family weekend at Georgie's,was wonderful to have the area to ourselves and the toilet and shower made it that much easier. The kids feed the chooks each day and named the cow!! Creek was shallow bur still water to play in. We will ve back.

We had such a great time at the camping. The dogs loved running around off-leash (while we kept an eye out to make sure there were no cows nearby). We also swam in the little river and went hiking around the area. It was a super fun and relaxing experience in nature.

Westray's Grave Hike
Did the hike from Christmas Creek to Westray's grave, along the rough bush track beside the creek, starting with a log crossing over the creek. Some interesting history on display at the grave site. Managed a cold swim in the creek with our lunch. About 8.1 km and 4 hours return to the carpark, which is 500 m before the trailhead.

Get your walking shoes on!
Lots of tremendous walks of varying lengths but most are 6km plus, being a mountainous region good experience and fitness recommended. But worth the trip out even for some of the shorter walks, spectacular landscape, forests and scenery.

Beautiful Ranch
Our stay here at Oz Sky Ranch for fantastic. Not only is the ranch and land beautiful but Lisa is amazing and so kind. She had to move our original booking site because of rain but allowed us to pick anywhere we liked as a replacement and even said we could go back to our original site once the land cleared and dried. She was always helpful and friendly and we loved our stay here. We are definitely staying again!
