Formally a banana & pineapple plantation, Hunchy Hills is strictly 4WD only access property. There is a toilet and gas hot shower included. If you have a camper trailer it needs to be off-road/high clearance and you need to be experienced towing in steep and tight off road conditions. No caravans or Hybrids, too steep and tight.
Sites 1-3 are large level pads approx. 12M by 12M, each with their own fire pit and seat.
Site 4 is perched on the side of the hill and 6M by 6M in size. Suitable for vehicle based campers/swags/small tents with a sense of adventure, max 2 people. We have a backup spot if access is too difficult.

Travel down the gravel road for about half 900m and pop out through a tree tunnel to a secluded cleared grass paddock where the toilet & sites 1-3 are situated. Site 4 is on top of a small hill separate to the main camping area. Site 5 is in its own cleared paddock, looking out to bush.

Great location for exploring Eumundi & surrounds as it is only a short drive to town. Close to the highway (noise didn’t bother us). Highlight of the trip for the kids was looking at the fun cars / memorabilia in the bar & playing with the properties friendly dogs, Wilson & Nova.

The views of the Sunny Coast hinterland hills from the site are incredible and we loved having the horse come up to visit us! Easy to get to and close to walks/town if needed. Highly recommend :)

We loved this little find for a night away.
Gorgeous view with the swing to add a special touch. We had their horse join us right beside our site for a rest and cattle making their way back down during the night. We just visited for the night, so drove back to maleny for some dinner at the fish and chips, plenty of other options- pizza, pub. We will be back- close to Brisbane and lovely site.

Amazing place! Instant booking was definitely a plus and checking in and out was hassle free! The property itself was beautiful - an epic sunset, surrounded by lush greens, calm sounds, bright stars. Would definitely come back!

The Camping experience at Skippy Trails on Sippy was fantastic, very peacefull and quiet but only a short drive to all that the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas has to offer. We will definately be back and would highly reccomend it.

Skippy trails is perfectly positioned for access to Aussie Word/Australia Zoo and the sunny coast. While close to the highway it is so peaceful. Total off grid camping at its finest.
