Our little slice of paradise is on 17 acres only 5 minutes from the cute township of Palmwoods on the popular Sunshine Coast. Our property is approximately half natural bushland and half grazing paddocks for our horses, pet steer, goats & guard llama. We also have several ducks and chickens and therefore can occasionally supply free range eggs (for a small fee) - please ask to check availability. We have 3 flat campsites in the quiet & picturesque bushland. Our road is quiet and peaceful, yet we are only 25 mins from the gorgeous beaches of the Sunny Coast and 10-15 minutes from the beautiful village of Montville, up on the range. There are numerous places to visit within 40 minutes from here.

There are numerous places to visit within 40 minutes from here.

There are numerous places to visit within 40 minutes from here.

Our Paddock Site is, as the name implies, in one of our paddocks, but we will ensure there will be no animals in there to hassle you during your stay! The site is flat and spacious, with plenty of room to choose a site and turn trailers/vans. This site is also beautifully shaded from the afternoon sun and is nearby our large dam. You may even enjoy a swim or a paddle! NB this site may not be useable if there has been recent rain. Please contact to see if it’s dry enough. There may also be remnants of animal poo as it is a working farm.

Paddock Site
Hinterland Eden is a perfect example of what peaceful, quiet camping is all about We enjoyed the lovely mowed paddock with the resident family of magpies, campfire evenings and a good mix between sun and shaded areas. Trish was a great host, friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, five minutes to the lovely town of Palmwoods, 20 minutes to Maroochdore. We can't wait to return.

Lovely flat, shady spot, immersed in nature. Close to the beach and Montville. Palmwoods is also a lovely town.

Great camp location on a beautiful property, close to Montville and Maleny - so much to see and do in the area. Trish gave us a fantastic farm tour visiting lots of farm animals, my girls loved it so much. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic, peaceful spot. Well maintained grass areas with stacks of room at each of the sites. Trish is lovely. Delivered my eggs and mandarines and we had a very nice chat. Montville is only a short drive away but make sure via hunchy rd, other way closed. Had a very pleasant one night stay and highly recommend.

We had a great time camping at the bottom bush site! Super easy to access with our small 2WD car. We loved seeing all the animals with Trish and enjoyed some really fresh chicken and duck eggs. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We stayed on Trish's property on the paddock site. It was a really lovely spot. Trish was so helpful with information leading up to and during our stay. She also allowed us to come and feed her animals with her. Our kids loved it! Thankyou for a beautiful stay Trish.

We loved our stay at Hinterland Eden. The top bush site was grassy and levelled surrounded by bushland. Trish was a wonderful host and introduced us to all her beautiful animals. She was very friendly and patient with our kids answering all their questions and explaining about the animals. The campground is close to Montville which is a lovely hinterland town. I highly recommend this place if you want somewhere close to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland as well as the beaches.

Best hip camp we have stayed at! Trish was so welcoming and friendly. We loved visiting the animals and the goats were so soft. We had a lovely time and the land was beautiful.

It was a beautiful place, close to other camp-site, but no one else was there. Trish was lovely, we saw some guinea fowl and was well protected from the wind. Enjoyed our night stay.

This is a perfect spot. Flat sites nestled in beautiful tall trees with lots of lush greenery. Trish is so lovely. I arrived in a heat wave and she even offered to hook me up to mains for a bit as my aircon doesn’t run off the solar. So thoughtful and kind 🙂. The main house was quite close which was a perk for me being on my own. I stayed an extra night as it was so peaceful and rejuvenating. Will be back.

I had an overnight stay to test out my new van set up. What a beautiful spot! So green and tranquil. Felt very private also, facing into the gorgeous trees and ferns. Loved the birdsong and the space to myself. 🥰

We had the most amazing time staying at Trish’s beautiful place. This is our second time and will come back for sure whenever we have a chance. Trish is so accomodating and a beautiful person. Our kids continuously talk about the things they have seen/ done at Trish’s. Thank you Trish for another wonderful stay!
