We are located between Noosaville and Eumundi., with beautiful Noosa and Coolum beaches only 15 mins drive away. The Tewantin ferry is only about 15/20mins for access to Noosa North Shore and Rainbow Beach (4WD for beach driving). The Eumundi Markets 10 mins drive.
We have a few options to choose from, shady areas or open sunny areas overlooking the dams. All sites have easy access, will suit self-contained motorhomes/caravans and campers who have own amenities and leave no trace, We do have a dump point and also a couple of port-a-loos available if required. We also now have a couple of hot showers if needed. There are 3 dams on the property so children need to be supervised at all times. Well behaved/social pets are welcome, but to be kept on a leash.

Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples.
Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main lake that offers great swimming. Site five overlooks the lake and opens into a private bush area. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore.
The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens and chooks around the house paddock. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of cattle and our 2 donkeys or set aside for regeneration.

As we are on tank rainwater, we request that guests conserve water usage. Compost toilet is accessible up a few stairs. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
There is wildlife around like kangaroos, wallabies, echidna and many bird species so no pets are permitted on the property.
Fires are permitted in the designated Firepit provided. This has been a highlight for guests so far. Bring your own firewood or buy along the road nearby.
Guests are asked to respect the quiet environment. We’d appreciate no loud music or voices from 10pm to 7am. There is a neighbouring property behind the shed and our bedroom is within range!
When you book you are booking the entire camp facility. It is yours to enjoy, relax, unwind, or catch up on some rest.

When you arrive over the old iron bridge you will see a gate and signage on the left.
We have three sites available to book.
Site 1 looks west towards the family home but further enough away to feel private it overlooks the dam and has the most space for larger caravans or motor homes.
Site 2 looks East and faces away from the family home.
Site 3 Is nestled under the trees and overlooks the creek.
All sites sit on an area of approx 1/2 Acre and can be rented seperately so you may have neighbours depending on bookings.
For families with young children we have a dam and a creek so it is your responsibility to ensure that your children are supervised around these water sources. Please consider this when making your booking.
Our policy is no noise after 9pm and we ask that sites be left in the same state as they were on arrival.
The property is Located close to the heart of Eumundi you can take a nice stroll up the lane, enjoy a camp fire (fire pits provided for you), relax under the stars, enjoy the many cafes and restaurants with just a short 4min drive and of course the world famous Eumundi Markets is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
We are also only 9mins to Cooroy and 20mins to Noosa. The beautiful town of Kenilworth is 20mins away. Grab a pie or doughnut from the bakery or perhaps some cheese from the Kenilworth Cheese Factory! 5 mins from there (4wd access required) take a picnic and dip in the crystal blue waters of Booloumba Creek! River rd ranch is at heart of the sunshine coast being only a 10 minute drive to Coolum beach and Yandina, 25 to 30 minutes to noosa, mooloolaba, Maroochydore beaches, Sunshine Plaza, bars and restaurants!
Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required.
This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people.
Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails.

“Absolutely loved our stay at Eerwah Vale Estate! Beautiful green grassy sites with super easy access for our caravan. The property is peaceful, well maintained, and a pleasure to stay on. Robert was incredibly welcoming and great to chat to — such a lovely host. The location is fantastic too, so close to Eumundi and the surrounding towns, making it perfect for exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the lovely owners & guided to our designated site, instantly feeling welcome. Driving straight onto a perfectly flat concrete slab that flows seamlessly onto a private deck & luxurious ensuite block felt like arriving at a boutique glamping retreat.
The ensuite is exceptionally well designed, featuring a glorious shower with both an adjustable head & monsoon rain shower, toilet & spacious vanity. A small seating area is a thoughtful addition, providing a sheltered spot to keep items out of the weather if space is tight with your setup.
The site includes 15amp power & a gravity fed rainwater tank tap for easy van hookups. Outdoors, relax under the cantilever umbrella over the provided setting or enjoy the natural shade from lush tree borders & beautifully manicured lawns.
Attention to detail truly sets this site apart, a welcome note, fresh flowers, complimentary towels & thoughtful extras like delicious fresh eggs & bananas. The space is private & peaceful, owners who are present yet respect privacy. The expansive lawn was a dream for our furry child, with plenty of time playing fetch, surrounded by wildlife & calming nature sounds. Your own firepit beside the deck, with no shortage of firewood, makes evenings extra special.
Just a short drive to the local township or the buzz of Noosa. At night, the beautifully lit main tree is breathtaking. The whole experience felt like glamping & we loved it. Will absolutely return.

This is a real gem. We loved the ability to pack light and lean into the convenience of a full kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities as well as undercover protection given the storm season. It’s super close to Lake Cootharaba for fishing and kayaking, and 30 mins to bush walks at Noosa. Wonderful place and host.

We loved The Kelly's. We stayed for a week.
Steve was so friendly and helpful. On arrival he met us and took us to our site.
It was bucketing down and he stood there until we had backed in.
There was a nice little crusher dust raised pad we could put a mat on and stay out of the water.
There was clean bore water near by thr site if we wanted to use it.
The property is beautifully manicured and well looked after.
There are toilets, showers and a dump point, however we did not need to use them.
The bird life around the dams is lovely. There is also a communal fire pit and little picnic tables dotted around.
There is also bins including can recycling.
We had a brief swim in one of the dams but it was a tad too shallow for us.
The property is close to all things Noosa. You can hear the motorway a little during the day but it was certainly not an issue.
I would happily go back, to enjoy the tranquillity and also to see what Steve will do with the grounds in the future.
The Kellys is a must stay 👌😍

Awesome stay . Owner very friendly and helpfull , couldn’t do enough to help . A few friendly visits from Bella the pup . Great camp kitchen and outdoor shower . Beware of the crocodile in the dam though (hehe) Thankyou Ian for all your help and hospitality we throughly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and welcomed

Absolutely perfect serene site with all the mod cons. Greeted with a friendly host and lovely fresh eggs. Level clean concrete site, beautiful outlook, quiet and private, and the bonus of a beautiful bathroom and sitting room with power and wifi. Will definitely be back. Thankyou Michael and Corinne.

Great spot, right on the lake but with trees for shelter from wind and sun. Sites are flat and big enough for 3 2 tents, a swag and a gazebo. 4 of us stayed for two nights in early Jan. 1 tent and a swag got inundated when it pissed down rain on the first day. Fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate us in a vacant glamping site for one night, we only had to pay the difference, which saved our bacon. Weather was fine the next day/night. Good facilities. Even a micro-brewery. Can't have a fire without a brazier, not provided, which caught us out. Easily accessible in 2WD. Lots of ducks and iguanas on site. Bit more pricey than a national park site, but still reasonable.

Very very cool spot for a very specific type of getaway, we wanted something more secluded and was incredible, property was nice to explore and dam was nice to sit around and have a paddle. Our only warnings are the toilet was unideal we tended to save serious business for town and the bugs were worse than any other spot I’ve camped at but the location itself outways these gripes. We just used a tent and had lots of space to ourselves on site 3 and a nice included fire pit. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at this campsite - more so for the wild kangaroos that were all around. We even saw little Roos in the pouches. The only downfall was the showers as they weren’t the best but not the worst. Overall would recommend.

We have been in our van for 2 years and this was our last camp in the Van. We can honestly say this was the best camp site we’ve been to. Steve was a great host and willing to help to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The grass is next level lush!! The ground, toilets showers were all clean and high level for a camp ground. Close to everything yet Peaceful and many beautiful places on the land to camp. When we get another camper we will back. We have kids and they had a great time. Thank you Steve and Wife for creating such a great camp site.

Campsite was great! Ducks and kangaroos all around and great lake. Its a bit shallow for adults unfortunately.
Campsite food was okay but clearly frozen fish and chicken schnitzel. Otherwise, perfect.

mention the small dining table!
Amazing bathroom with a view! So is the odourless composting toilet!
Peaceful site as the name suggests.
Very accomodating and helpful hosts. Thank you Maria.
