It backs directly onto a vast national park, giving you direct access to established hiking trails. These paths lead straight to the top of nearby waterfalls, offering breathtaking panoramic views overlooking the entire valley. Feel free to explore our expansive grounds; you're welcome to wander through them, and yes, you can definitely enjoy a small campfire under the stars at your own campsite.
We've got 300 meters of pristine, year-round, spring-fed creek frontage, complete with a beautiful swimming hole that's just perfect for a refreshing dip. Beyond the creek, take a peaceful stroll through our serene spring-fed lotus pond or explore the productive lychee orchard when it's in season. And those waterfalls? You'll find three enchanting ones within just 500 meters of the property, showing off their beauty from various vantage points. Plus, the iconic Minyon Falls is only a short 10-minute drive away.
Guests have access to a charming small settlers cottage, which includes a cozy lounge area, a convenient kitchenette, and a warming fireplace – perfect for those cooler evenings. Right next door, a large, covered deck with its own fireplace offers an inviting communal space for relaxation. For your convenience, we provide clean flushing toilets and hot showers. And for the ultimate relaxation, our rejuvenating wood-fired cedar sauna is available upon request for an additional fee. Just a heads-up, you'll need to supply your own firewood for it.

This expansive 600 acre farm is a place of joy, sharing and rare beauty!
Over one kilometre of "Rocky Creek" runs through the Pecan Fields camp area, providing gorgeous waterholes for swimming, walks and great water front sites to set up camp for the weekend! You can even see Platypus in the early mornings, playing in the creek. All of the camp areas are easily access-able and flat, usually 2wd car is all you need. We also provide you with creature comforts such as a cold/ hot shower and fresh pit toilets :)
When booking, only book 1 site per group, as the sites are large.
You will feel like you are immersed in the beauty of nature here and yet you are only 6 minutes easy drive from the village of Dunoon, NSW 2480 and 45 minutes beautiful country drive from glorious Byron Bay beaches and it's very exciting night life! On every second sunday of the month, the Channon Markets are on, which is just 10 minutes drive from camp.
Sorry, we can't cater for dogs due to camp being a native animal sanctuary.
Dunoon village is cute yet, very practical.
There is a general store, bottle shop and they sell ice, Mechanic, Post Office and the best bit, you can even go out for dinner or lunch depending on the day, at the Dunoon Sports Club/ Pub or Channon Tavern, then head back to your secluded country camp and cool off in the beautiful creek or warm up and enjoy some quality time around the camp fire!

Located at The Channon, we are not far from the well known towns of Nimbin and Lismore (both 20kms away but in different directions) and Byron Bay which is 40km away.
Our property is an easy walking distance to the local village where you will find the shop/ general store and the pub is dog friendly. It's around 1km to The Channon Craft Market grounds, and the markets are on the second Sunday of each month. Lots of crafts, clothes, jewellery, gifts, food stalls and entertainers to see and enjoy.
This campsite is located right on the banks of the flowing creek. It's a private site with access to two good swimming holes. Enjoy warming your feet around the campfire in the evenings, subject to fireban conditions.
We welcome only self-contained campers who bring their own camping shower and drinking water. There is access to rubbish facilities.
For those wanting to explore a bit further we are 15kms from Nightcap National Park and the beautiful Protesters Falls. There is a walking track that leads through lush World Heritage rainforest right up to the falls.
Well behaved pets are welcome. No hunters

Welcome to our PECAN RIDGE campsite @ Commissioners Creek!
The property is set at the foot of Mount Jerusalem National Park. Mountain-view camping site offer a peaceful escape, with cool, fresh air and the scent of pine. During the day, the mountains shift in the light, something sharp and bright, other times soft and blue. The highlight is the sunset, with the sky turning orange, pink, and purple as the sun sets behind the peaks.
At night, the mountains stand under a starry sky, creating a calm, timeless atmosphere. Camping here isn't just about the view- it's about connecting with nature and enjoying the quiet moments.
There is about a 20-minute bush walk to the mountain lookout near the campsite, where you can view the whole countryside from the lookout.
There is a flushing toilet, shower, camp kitchen.
* Power hook-up is available upon request for some sites at an ADDITIONAL COST of $10 per night for tents or $20 per night for caravans/camp-trailer which is payable in cash on ARRIVAL. PLEASE NOTE, you will need to supply your own power cord approx 30 metres long.
* small fire-pits are allowed (must bring your own) please keep contained and off the grass.
* We are DOG FRIENDLY, please be considerate of other campers and restrain your dogs from roaming other sites, dog droppings must be disposed of in the bin (please tie bag)

Don't miss the legendary Uki Pie shop. Every Saturday morning Uki hosts a local farmers market. The Gold Coast airport is just 60 minutes away and . Nimbin and its free outdoor swimming pool is a short 35 minute drive and the amazing Channon village, vintage pub and local waterfalls are just another 25 minutes further on.

Coorabell creek farmstay is 30acres of hilly country made up of a mixture of forests, gullys, creeks and horse paddocks.
the main camping site is the creek flat in a large shady area with a swimming hole in the freshwater springfed creek with campfire and log seats.
there is an alternative camping site for wet weather in the front stone circle paddock 50mtrs from the creek bank. this area is a grassed paddock with morning shade but full sun throughout the day. there is no mobile reception on the property but a short walk up the driveway a few hundred meters away you can get reception at the property entrance should you need to make calls or get/snd msgs..
Property is located 8mins from the Pacific highway, 10mins from Mullumbimby or 18mins from Byron bay township pubs, restaurants and surfing beaches.
Approximately 20mins drive to Brunswick heads surfing beaches or Byron surfing beaches.
National parks for hiking or horse riding within 20mins drive. Can accommodate 2 horses in paddocks ($10per horse per night.) and parking space for horse float should you wish to bring your horses and enjoy some trails or beach riding in the area, I can give more information on places to ride on request.
other activities that can be booked at additional cost include Didgeridoo Making workshops for adults and didgeridoo painting workshops for kids. this is a full day activity for adults and a half day activity for kids doing didgeridoo painting workshops. please enquire for more info and prices.
Feel free to ask me any questions and happy to share more information on the home and local sites and attractions worth visiting. Anna's property offers exceptional beauty and privacy, even with other campers present in a separate area. Anna's Hipcamp provides clear directions for locating our designated area. We had the opportunity to observe and interact with two calves during their feeding.

What a phenomenal view of the cathedral rock. Beautiful bird life, fish jumping in the creek, lovely for a swim. I loved this camp site so much, it feels like a very sacred place.

The location is stunning, and private with beautiful views and a real sense of peace. The zoned camping area was ideal, giving great separation from the cows and a large clean area for setup!
Communication with the hosts was excellent. It was great that firewood could be pre-arranged.
The dam was a lovely bonus, using the provided kayak was a highlight. Access does involve walking through very long grass, so a mown track to the dam would be really helpful here!
The recommendation for tick prevention was also very helpful, as there are a lot of ticks. Our dogs ended up with hundreds (not an exaggeration😢), so up-to-date tick prevention is absolutely essential for fur babies.
Overall, a beautiful, peaceful spot that we’d happily recommend and return to, with a bit of extra care needed to ensure the safety of your pets!

Beautiful property, with amazing facilities. The little bathroom and sink we were expecting, but there were other little touches that were so gratefully appreciated. The sites were all labeled with there title and also included my name.
Also rare to find was a bin at each site and the bathroom block , also very appreciated. There were supplies at the sink and a box of games
