Camp in our paddock by a pristine creek, brimming with turtles, water dragons and the odd platypus! Relax in our quiet valley, surrounded by cattle pastures and enjoy an abundance of birds and other wildlife. - 35 minutes from Byron Bay or Lennox Head - 25 minutes from Bangalow, 20 minutes to Lismore and 15 minutes to Clunes (great coffee and bacon rolls at the General Store!) Closest general store is Bexhill, 8 minutes away with their famous Samosas that are really worth the short drive! Well behaved dogs are welcome off leash but as we run a small number of cattle on the property the dogs must not chase the cattle. We also have 5 pigs, 12 chooks and a cheeky rooster.Camp in our paddock by a pristine creek, brimming with turtles, water dragons and the odd platypus! Creek View Campsite
We absolutely loved our stay! The flowing creek was right at our door step so the kids and the dogs could play easily all day while the adults watched over from our relaxing set up. Ryan and his family were really lovely, very helpful and always available if needed. Day trips out to the local towns of Clunes and Bangalow were lovely drives. The paddock was private and made for a beautiful week away! Thank you 🤗

This is a great private location, sound of water flowing over the rocks was bliss, Ryan was terrific along with his 2 amazing sons, made us feel very welcome, we will definitely visit again.

Such a quiet private piece of land to get away. Right on the creek so beautiful sounds of running water. Will definitely be back loved our stay we ended up extending 4 extra nights

Such beautiful hilly country, glorious creek with cliff face green wall. Lovely, private spot with the odd car on the road, peaceful location, wonderul hosts. Stayed an extra night - cannot wait to book again. Thank you

A beautiful private site next to a running creek, lovely hosts and animals. Clear directions and an easy drive to local towns for coffee and supplies.

This is our 2nd time staying here- it is a great spot in an amazing about part of the Northern Rivers and we will look forward to getting back again soon. Ryan & Johanna are great hosts.

Creek View Campsite was a great spot to kick back, relax, read and cook in the fire. We loved it. The site is spacious and private with its own private swimming area. simply fantastic.

The family loved staying here, it was wonderful to fall asleep listening to the nearby creek. During the day we got to meet the cows and pigs, and Jet the freindly farm dog came over for breakfast. Huge thanks to Elliot for showing us around the farm. We will be back soon!

Very nice area, great to go for a drive with the early morning mist if you feel like a coffe down the road. Jet the dog is very friendly and gentle, loves a visit. Ryan and his son are great hosts, and the creek was great to freshen up too!

The paddock next to the creek was flat and well suited to caravans. The sound of the creek running was relaxing and fun for our grandchildren. Ryan was a very hospitable host and supplied fire wood after mowing the paddock for us.

Ryan and Lauren are warm & friendly hosts. The drive in was stunning and the site itself is spacious. We loved our visit from the cows and our daily swim in the running clear creek. The campsite is a short drive into Clunes, Bexhill, Bangalow and Byron. We vouch for Ryan’s recommendation on trying the Bexhill General Store samosas, just get them fresh on a Thursday!

Creek View Campsite
The bubbling stream was such a treat to sleep beside. The countryside was lush and green, with rolling hills and some cattle. Swimming in the creek was so refreshing and relaxing. The property dog was super friendly and popped over to play with our pooch. It was cute to see his little face and wagging tail outside the caravan, as he waited for our pooch to be let out. Host family were welcoming and helpful. 1 of the chickens was a bit unique and seemed to identify as a cat or dog.

Had a really special stay. Felt really private and safe camping on my own. Loved visiting the Clunes general store, Minyon falls and surrounding towns. Very beautiful piece of land would love to stay again.

Great riverside camping with dogs.
Creek View Campsite
Although it pretty much rained all weekend, it was such a pretty aspect looking up the lovely green lush mountains listening to the cows. We camped riverside and the sound of a bubbling brook was the highlight for me. I’m spite of the rain we were still able to build a fire and it was great couple of nights.

We didn’t want to leave! What an incredible spot to go off grid. The creek was running and an absolute delight to sit in, peaceful and refreshing. Being on the creek to sleep to was incredible, so relaxing. Highly recommend

Love this place. Will definitely be back. Our kids just really enjoy it. Platypus, Eel, Turtles no need to go to the zoo, cows, birds everywhere they’re all here Ryan & Johanna are just lovely host, fresh eggs. Thank you again for having us at your place.

A beautiful and peaceful spot. Ryan was a great host. The property is well located to explore the local area or just to relax and enjoy . The creek is perfect for a daily dip . Fresh farm eggs were delicious too. Highly recommended and keen to return.

We had the site to ourselves. Ryan & his family were wonderful hosts. Bought a dozen fresh eggs straight from the chook pen made an amazing omelette or 3. Definitely recommend this place. Only 20 mins from Alstonville township. Loved this area so much we bought a house during our stay.

Very relaxing and peaceful couple of nights away. Great campsite right on the edge of a beautiful running creek. Super helpful host Ryan, he even jumped in the tractor and went and got us some extra firewood. Thanks again! 👍🏼 Definitely recommend and we will be back.

Hubby and I stayed here for his Birthday / Valentine’s Day weekend. Lovely spot, surrounded by green hills and cute cows. Really appreciated having the creek to cool down in! Close to town / coffee / shops. Unfortunately the neighbours were doing some loud excavating over the weekend which Ryan and Johanna were not aware of - they were very lovely and apologetic and have offered to refund us. We could tell that it would otherwise have been a lovely serene spot!
