A beautiful piece of paradise that has everything, awesome hosts, amazing views, close to Nimbin, creek, cows, sheep and chooks, not to mention birdlife a plenty.
We had constant rain but it didn’t detract from the peace and serenity.
Can’t wait to go back and camp by the creek.

By the time I arrived at Amari heavy rain had set in. Although I have a 4wd van but did not think it wise to descend the steep track to the campsite The scenery was great at this property and Preston welcomed me via Hip camp on my arrival.

**Review for Emari Farm**
Emari Farm is absolutely beautiful, nestled in the peaceful Nimbin Valley. The location is stunning, with crystal-clear creeks and plenty of swimming holes to cool off in. The large grassed area was perfect for our fur family to run around and enjoy some freedom.
However, our experience wasn’t entirely smooth. On the first night, a large group arrived and decided to have a party. Despite our polite requests for them to turn the noise down, the noise continued into the early hours of the morning. We reached out to the hosts via text and call but didn’t receive a response, which left us feeling pretty frustrated. Ultimately, we decided to pack up early, but thankfully, the group seemed to be packing up as well, so we decided to stay for the second night.
And that second night—well, it was everything we’d hoped for. It was quiet, tranquil, and we could finally enjoy the peaceful surroundings, with nothing but nature around us.
If it weren’t for the inconsiderate campers, it would have been a perfect weekend retreat. Hoping for a smoother experience next time!

Great farm camp by the river, total serenity. Not too far from Nimbin and cute town with a great pub at The Channon. If you want to escape the crowds, this is the place.

The long windy road up to the camp site is 100% worth the gorgeous views! Would recommend the camp site to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Side note: Nightcap national park waterfall walk is amazing!

Preston is a fantastic host and this is a great camp site. We camped at the Creek Flats for one night. We had the entire place to ourself (Sunday night). The drive down to this site is a fairly steep dirt track so you definitely need a 4x4. It had rained most of the time we were there which made getting out impossible due to the slippery conditions. Preston helped tow us out and assisted in changing a tyre on my car. Would recommend to this place!

Running creek sounds tuned us out of everyday life so good 😊 lush flat grassy space adjacent to the creek can fit many campers beautiful swimming holes / cascading areas

4wd access - it’s really a tent swag camp we took a 2 tonne camper trailer lowered tyre pressure/ 4wd and got lucky with dry track to get out - good fun
We loved it, no issues it really is beautiful country and you can setup in different areas away from creek for privacy - take everything you need and enjoy 🏕️🐸

We had an amazing time at Preston’s land. So much space we had to ourselves and we camped on the most glorious creek. The dogs loved it and so did we. Definitely be returning to this slice of paradise.

What a little Gem. We loved it. Two nights here with the kids, swimming in the creek, camp fires, walks around the property. Close to town and local waterfalls.

Nice spot, good views and variety of birds. Access needs 4WD - we were okay in a Forester but had a couple of scrapes underneath and anything lower might have struggled. Loved having a very fresh dip in the stream.

The creek paddock was beautiful. Set up next to the creak, have a fire, cool down in the creek and then look for shooting stars when the stars come out.

Came here for the weekend and couldn't be happier. One of the best camping experiences we’ve ever had! Really nice and private spots to camp amongst the farm animals, with easy access to the creek. Hosts were so friendly and their flexibility with checkin and out times was great :)

We just returned from our second stay at Amari Farm and it was even better than the first time! The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking - you can see rolling hills and mountains in the distance, and the lush greenery all around is so serene and peaceful.
Our kids loved watching the friendly farm animals roaming around, including the goats, sheep, cows, pigs and chickens. They spent hours exploring and finding new hidden spots to play. At night, the star-filled sky is simply mesmerizing.
The campsite is very well-maintained, with a nice fire pit with ample wood supplied, and plenty of space for our large family tent and shelter. We really appreciated the attention to eco-friendly details throughout the property.
Preston and Talisa are so warm and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations for activities in the area and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt completely at home and relaxed during our time here.
This Hipcamp is an absolute gem - the perfect retreat for a family looking to unplug and connect with nature. We can't wait to come back for a third visit soon! Highly, highly recommend.

Camping at the Ridge on Preston's farm was a true experience. With the view over the valley, we couldn't have imagined a better spot. We will be coming back for sure! Great hosts with even better local food recommendations!

We drove 3 hours to arrive and it did not look like the photos. You would 100% need a 4x4.
The whole place had grass up to your waist. We tried flattening it with our car and couldn’t. There were also plants that are bad for dogs (need to watch them) we had to drive another 3 hours back home. Very disappointed as we thought it was going to be like the photos.
