Fantastic Campsite, amazing views and lovely hosts. Free kayak to use on the river were a great addition. The hosts went went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and huge bonus with the pony rides for the kids, aswell as showing us some of their other animals. Great spot with beautiful green grass - wish the river had been a bit cleaner to enjoy the kayaks (we visited after a lot of rain)! Toilets were always nice and clean. Lots of horses and farm birds around too. Highly recommend this spot.

We loved camping at Yabba Creek Farm. The tent site was very private and very close to the creek. It's a short walk to the toilet and water. Bring your own supply of water if you don't want to carry it back to the campsite. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and very helpful if you needed anything. It was a very peaceful and relaxing spot.

Site 4 was very large with lush grass and fairly flat so not only is it good for the caravan and tents but also for the kids games. Close to the river and town but still far enough away from the main stream of campers and noise that larger campgrounds bring. Definitely recommend this to those who are self sufficient.

Weekend Trip to Djitti Djitti Farm

Isaac is by far the best host we have had to date. Upon arrival we were guided along the small 4x4 track to our site along the creek. Isaac then dropped off the mower and fuel so we could have a patch for our toddler to run around and play. The next afternoon he returned and picked us up to join him and his family at their house block to bottle feed their 1 week old calf's before returning us back to camp. The site itself was freshly slashed and well maintained. We had the entire area to ourselves which gave the dog and toddler free range to roam around until their hearts were content. With the creek so close to camp, being able to hear it flowing past made it a very calming and peaceful place. All in all, the site was perfect. Isaac and his family have set a very high bar for our next adventure but in saying that, we will definitely be returning to Djitti Djitti Farm again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Taboos Run. Mack met us at the gate and made sure we were settled at our site beside a beautiful creek. The sites are spacious and spread out along the creek. Mack came and checked we were happy and even played Easter bunny to kids and adults too. We will be back!

Maluka Park

Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other. During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. Kayaks are provided free of charge for all campers to use in Yabba Creek. Please treat them respectfully and return them back to their launching place just below the powerlines. If you wish to bring along your own kayak, you can launch them at the walkway between campsite 8 and 9 where our camp kayaks are stored, however, cars are restricted from driving down to the water edge so you will have to carry them to the water to launch them. Please note that you are responsible for your own kayak. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). Firewood is available and can be delivered to your site by our local contractor. Cost is $20 for a generous load or $10 for a half load. The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

Yabba Creek Farm is located along the Yabba Creek just west of Imbil. Only 3km past Imbil township and 10km to Borumba Dam. The property boast exquisite views of the Yabba Creek bordering Mount Grainger and forestry as our backdrop. Make use of the free kayak hire. It is a must do so you can see what makes this area so popular. There are deep swimming holes as well as shallow areas for the little ones. To the west is Maluka Park - runner up Hipcamp 2022 and finalist 2023 in Australia. To the east is Yabba Ridge with an abundance of unique animals you can see across the paddock from Yabba Creek Farm. These campsites are really hidden gems. Be sure to book early as we are gaining popularity with limited bookings available. Camps are spaced out along a manicured 300m creek frontage. There is a total of 1km creek frontage on Yabba Creek Farm for your to explore. Attractions include kayaking - provided and are free to use, hiking in adjacent Imbil state forest and wildlife watching. Platypus are frequently sighted in the Yabba creek. Lungfish can also be viewed while kayaking or snorkelling. Koalas, wallabies, gonnas and an abundance of bird life are also commonly sighted. Dogs are welcome on very strict conditions as we have farm animals including, chickens, horses and a turkey, so must remain secure on a leash at all times. Dogs with hunting or chasing nature are not welcome for the safety of our animals and wildlife. Porta toilet available. BYO if you wish to camp further away from main area. Second hire toilet during peak season. Campfires are welcome in the fire pit provided. Weekends and holidays we provide farm experiences for the kids with feeding and petting with ponies and pony ride for the little kids, chickens and turkey. Kenilworth Rural Camping is a quiet, family friendly private camping area in the heart of Kenilworth, in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Adjacent to the Charles Street Mary River parklands, this 5 acre block has beautiful drive through, flat grassy sites. Shady or open spaces with a seasonal water hole on the property, 150mtrs from the Mary River, through the park or a 5 minute walk to town (600mtrs to the pub!). We have 5 camping sites, each suitable to any size caravans, campers, tents etc. Each site has the capacity to fit 3 caravans or equivalent and up to 10 guests. Fire pits at all sites. Please note we do not have amenities or drinking water and that you need to be self-sufficient with your own toilet/shower set up and bring everything you need with you and take out ALL waste. Deep Dime

Deep Dime is a 400 acre cattle, fodder and irrigated grain farm. Our primary crop is Lucerne for hay. Creekside Camp (our main camping area) is relatively flat, well drained sites along a creek that usually runs. This area offers multiple composting toilets and wood powered hot water bush shower and outdoor bath. There is also a large permanent deep waterhole a short distance from this camping area. We have temporarily paused out Hill camp sites, due to continuing property maintenance and improvements. The Hilltop on our place is a lovely spot to watch the sunset with a glass of your favorite beverage, and even if you are camped at Creekside, you are welcome to walk or drive up to hilltop. Just remember we are a working property, so leave gates as you find them. Our property is an easy drive from wineries, large dams, Bunya Mountains, art galleries, state forests, mountain bike tracks, and scenic Kingaroy. We are dog friendly as long as dogs are not aggressive and well controlled.

The backdrop is a large steep mountain that comes to the waters edge, which is where we created the name of our property "Yabba Ridge". We have a variety of animals which are behind high fences, and are very unique and spectacular to look at especially at feeding time where you can get a good look at them up close. With only 4 sites, we offer a spacious camping area, spread out all to enjoy the views of the mountain and creek. There are clean amenities, toilets and showers, as well as running water at the powered sites.

Kenilworth Free Range Farm

The sites are level pastured camping areas with lovely trees providing good shade alongside the river. We have tried to preserve the natural ecosystem on the river bank so it is heavily wooded and largely untouched. The total area for camping is approximately 500 metres with only four sites spaced far apart to ensure plenty of space and privacy. Each site has very easy access to the river, via a couple of tracks. You can enjoy swimming and kayaking in the river. Fishing is welcome when permitted but must be catch and release only. There is plenty of wildlife to see, especially for bird watchers: kingfishers, parrots and birds of prey as well as platypus, air breathing lungfish and Mary River turtles. Access is 4WD or AWD only. In severe weather the Mary River can flood. Be prepared to leave in extreme weather. Campers must be self sufficient with their own camping toilet and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. Pets are welcome.

'The Three Mile Creek' Camping

Welcome to the 'Three Mile Creek' a cattle and donkey farm. Our property is located in the beautiful Glastonbury area, which is between Gympie and Widgee. Only 9kms to local Woolworths, Fuel Station, Chemist, Pub and Bottleo. The 'Three Mile Creek' winds its way through the property, providing beautiful shady camping areas and nice water holes to cool down on a hot day. Camping areas are secluded from the main road. Sites are along the creek, out in the open paddocks, or amongst the tall stands of bamboo. All with easy access for 4WD/Campers/Caravans. We have three large dams for swimming and kayaking (kayaks provided onsite). All sites have fire pits with no shortage of firewood, fires must be contained and supervised at all times. Some sites have picnic tables. Guests are required to be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and camp rubbish with them on departure. Perfect place to just relax or use as a base to do day trips to explore our beautiful region and what it has to offer. Pets are most welcome, but must be supervised and on leash at night, and if livestock are around.

Moy Park is our home and our livelihood, we are a working dairy farm that supplies milk to Norco. the camping area is approximately 20ac with the beautiful Mary river along the boundary, perfect for fishing and camping! It is situated in the Mary valley between Kenilworth (8 mins), Eumundi (15mins) and Imbil (12mins). So lots of options to have an adventure, see new things and explore! Sunrises, sunsets and night skies are unforgettable! The river water levels depend on rainfall and run off. We have 4 sites here just above the river bank, if these are fully booked check Moy Park Sky Paddock. Fire pits are at all sites and camp fires are to be kept to the fire pits supplied only. There is plenty of dead wood and debris for fires and locals selling bagged firewood nearby. No burning of any rubbish, especially cans and glass. IMPORTANT please note, we do NOT have amenities or drinking water. You need to be self sufficient and bring your own shower/toilet, and take with you ALL waste. The road to the campsite currently is only grass, when dry it is 2WD accessible, so 4WD is best. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and must be cleaned up after. As we are a working dairy we are happy to trial having dogs here.
