*New option* for a walk along our hilltops with stunning expansive views of the surrounding area. Perfect location for a sunset picnic and drinks. Or an energizing workout for that early morning sweat. Entry to the walk is via two barbed wire gates that must remained closed after entry or just slip between the two wires with care. Be aware that there are cattle in these adjoining paddocks who are very friendly and like to follow! They are harmless as long as they aren't being chased. Please keep dogs on a leash during this walk.

We have 4 sites with direct river frontage for self-contained caravans, campers and tents. Most of the sites have the capacity to fit numerous vans.
Fire pits are provided at all sites. All weather 2wd access road.
Please note we do not have amenities or drinking water and that you need to be self-sufficient and bring everything you need with you and take out ALL Waste. For the consideration of other campers and my neighbours please be mindful of noise levels.
Firewood available by the bag to purchase. The Mary River water level is determined by rain fall. We are just 10 mins down the road from Booloumba Creek and Falls and the famous Kenilworth Bakery.

We stayed with our camper van for 3 nights. Great site, well cared for and fully fenced which was perfect for our dogs. Will definitely go again with the family. It did rain solidly for 2 days but because it is so well kept there was no build up of rain excess water. Loved it. Thanks John and Tenille

We had a wonderfull time camping at Guppy gully. Kacey was a great host & quick to reply to all our questions. We were fortunate enough to be the only ones camping for the duration of our stay. All the campsites are well maintained. The Mary rivers water level is currently quite low, but there were still plenty of spots to lay back in the flowing water and take a dip in the deeper holes. This is a special place, it has a beautifull energy. It's one of our new favourite camping areas.

Wow!!! What a beautiful camping spot along side the river on soft lush grass. The host family where very responsive to any queries I had and there was wood at the site that you could purchase and kayaks available for use. There is also a container to put cans and bottles on the site. We had a lovely relaxing weekend wallowing in the river and watching the abundant bird life. We will be back.

My 9y daughter and I had the absolute best 4n stay at Kookaburra Park! So many animals to play with, amazing Guinea pig feeding at 8am every morning (giving slow to start parents time to organise Brekky!) and acres to roam around! We loved the amenities, it was great to have a big family sized shower room to use in the barn as well :) Will definitely come again - beautiful and unpretentious site which still feels like real QLD exploration rather than unbleached linen and performative “eco savvy” environment 😍 thank you so much for our time together - something that cannot be over estimated xx

Our second trip to this site and absolutely love it. Our dog Marla has the best time here between the creek and the free space to run around. The sites are spread apart and clean. Very easy access and close to town.
