Bunya Grove is set on 400 acres in the beautiful Mary Valley. Picturesque Bunya Grove Produce and Farm Stay is nestled just outside Amamoor in the magnificent Mary Valley. Our 400 acre property is surrounded by Amamoor, Lewis and Diamondfield Creeks providing visitors with a wide variety of flora and fauna. Bunya Grove is a working farm and offers visitors the opportunity to purchase fresh eggs, honey, fresh and frozen pork products, and fresh and frozen beef and lamb. (Subject to availability) Entry to Wagtail Way, Frogmouth Park and Cockatoo Corner are via Lewis Road, off Diamondfield Rd, Amamoor. Entry to Wallaby Rest is via Amamoor Creek Rd and Nichols Rd, Amamoor. We do not allow checkins after 5.30pm. We also welcome groups at any of our campgrounds. If you are looking for somewhere to camp as a group, celebrate a birthday or other occasion, please get in touch. Each campground is currently capped however we do have the option to add more sites if your group is larger than our capped number.

Here at Bunya Grove, we offer a number of different areas with something to cater for every type of camping and for every type of group, large or small. Check in is between 9am and 5.30pm. We do not allow late check ins Wagtail Way is a part of our beautiful farm Bunya Grove and the entrance is located at Lewis Road, Amamoor. A beautiful open area that is kid and pet friendly, Wagtail Way has a dam - great for swimming and with free kayaks included - plenty of room for the kids to run and play, and a ginormous blue gum that is the perfect home for the swing! In an effort to make your camping trip affordable kids (12 and under) are free. If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to book an extra site for each vehicle. Capped at only 15 sites, there is always plenty of room. Firepits are included and campers have 2 toilets, rubbish bins and a compost bin available during their stay. We have created a 2km (one way) bushwalk which follows Amamoor Creek and leads to our farm store. There are 4 swimming holes/creek accesses along this walk for our guests to enjoy. We have had multiple platypus sightings in Amamoor Creek. We are open to hosting larger groups who wosh to have the exclusive use of Wagtail Way and the amenities to celebrate a special occasion, or for a get tougher such as a family reunion. Feel free to message if you have a large group and would like to book the camp exclusively. We can supply the following to your camp between 9am and 4pm daily. Firewood $15 Ice $5 Farm fresh free range eggs $10/dozen Bacon, ham and honey. We also have a selection of pork, lamb, goat and beef (subject to availability). We do not allow checkins after 5.30pm.

Introducing Frogmouth Park. This area is located on Lewis Creek, a beautiful small spring-fed creek that runs all year long. The creek is perfect for little ones to keep cool, bigger ones who like exploring or for dipping your toes in to keep cool on a warm afternoon. . Frogmouth Park is suitable for small to medium sized caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes, tents, swags, rooftops etc. Frogmouth Park is a private site, suitable for small family groups, singles or couples. You will not share this site with any other campers. We do not take last minute group bookings for this site. Frogmouth Park does not allow dogs. Frogmouth Park offers toilet facilities. We can supply the following to your camp between 9am and 4pm daily. Firewood $10/13kg crate Ice $5 Farm fresh free range eggs $10/dozen Bacon, ham and honey. Cockatoo Corner - Lewis Rd

Cockatoo Corner is the ultimate in private bush camping. Surrounded on 3 sides by Lewis Creek, rock walls and bushland, only one group can book in at a time (group can have up to 4 cars, max 20 pp). Cockatoo Corner is only accessible by 4x4 vehicles. Cockatoo Corner is suitable for all camping setups, from tent to motorhome, but not very large vehicles such as buses. Perfect for a private getaway for a single or couple or gather your family or friends. No neighbours, no stress. Spend your time relaxing by the creek, in your own private swimming hole, or take a walk up one of the walking tracks and explore the pristine Lewis Creek, and Amamoor Creek. There is an abundance of birdlife in Cockatoo Corner, along with a very elusive resident platypus! You van choose from two different permanent firepits thay are available for use, along with rubbish bins and a toilet. We can supply the following to your camp between 9am and 4pm daily. Firewood $10/13kg crate Ice $5 Farm fresh free range eggs $10/dozen Bacon, ham and honey. We also have a selection of pork, lamb, goat and beef (subject to availability). Wallaby Rest is located at the entrance to Bunya Grove on Nichols Rd, Amamoor. It is a large open area with lots of room between sites. Just 2km from the start of the Amamoor State Forest, it is the perfect spot for motorbike riders to relax after a day on the tracks. This place was so beautiful! The creek was gorgeous and the atmosphere was perfect! It was quiet and well kept! The town not far off! The drive into the muster was simple and honestly peaceful! The toilets were well kept and stocked up on toilet paper, other campers were generally friendly and respectful, there’s so many options that they have and they were super good at communicating, cheap fire woods and we definitely would come again!! Highly recommend these places! Thank you guys for having us!!

Flat, open space alongside the creek. Very clean, mown grass, toilets and rubbish bins provided. Platypuses were seen twice in the creek. Lovely place. Our group had five caravans, two camper-trailers and one tent and there was plenty of room. Great hosts.

Was a really nice spot. We stayed near a lovely big tree, nice grassy area, big fire pit Nice and quiet being off the roads. Host where super friendly came to greet us as we arrived. Was definitely one of the best places we stayed. Bins provided on site too which was handy. Would highly recommend.

Frogmouth Park
I would highly recommend checking out Bunya Grove. We stayed at Frogmouth Park which was a large private area with a Portaloo, bins and dam water tap. Very peaceful and relaxing area, listening to nature and the running creek. The walking track was definitely a must do, ots of beautiful views along the way. Will definitely have to come back in summer to check out the swimming holes!

We were really well looked after by Sarah who met us on arrival with firewood and yummy eye fillet steak from the produce shop. The communication was great from the start including being around for a friendly chat. The arrangement of camp sites are well thought out providing nice views and privacy. We had a lovely time.

Camp ground was very very good. Well maintained and the serenity was lovely. Went in for a pub lunch at Kandanga and it was good as well. Large spacious sites and would even suit a group booking if a few wanted to camp for the weekend. Sarah the host was super helpful and friendly as. Would recommend this camp ground.

Frogmouth Park

My family and I have recently stayed at Frogmouth Park and loved it! There were 7 of us with tents but still had plenty of space, the camp site is very well maintained and is gated off with plenty of natural bush to separate you and your neighbors. The camp site has a clean flushing portaloo, both a general and recycle bin, a compost bin and a cans and bottles bin, all placed a convenient distance from the main camp site. It is very peaceful and relaxing at night, firepit is great. The only downside is that the camp site is right next to a road. Traffic is minimal and seems to be workers leaving in the morning and coming home at night, or campers travelling to their camp site. During large parts of the day and night, we didn't see any cars at all so still felt private. It really is a wonderful campsite overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back!

We had such an amazing stay over the weekend! My friends and I had the best time and really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were super nice, welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The property was beautiful and had such a great atmosphere the toilets were clean *what a bonus!*. We would definitely love to come back and stay again — highly recommend! 😊

We love cockatoo corner we re booked before we left! Secluded and peaceful. Beautiful creeks and swimming holes. Great hiking trails and the Farm Shop has amazing meat for sale. Clean porta loo and bins provided for rubbish, green waste and recycling. Wood and ice available. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Highly recommend. Amamoor Hotel has great meals too!

Frogmouth Park
Great little secluded campsite at Amamoor. If you want to get away but don’t like camping with dozens of other campers to really enjoy the natural bush surroundings and the amazing birdlife, do yourself a favour and book this site for your next destination. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here but wish it could have been longer.

We had a lovely weekend at Bunya Grove. We camped at Wagtail Way with friends from America. There were several other groups there but the sites are well spaced out so it was still quite private. It was great to have a fire and the sites were well maintained. We enjoyed the walk to the farm shop even though it was closed when we got there. Communication with Sarah was great. We’ll definitely be back.

Relaxing piece of paradise

Wagtail Way was a great spot. Very peaceful and relaxing. Many varieties of birds to see and listen to. We ev3n saw an aqua Kingfisher at the dam. We stayed three nights in our caravan. At night the stargazing was amazing. Portaloos are provided which was a bonus. We went on the walk up to the farm which Sarah and Chris has told us about. The walk is approx 2.5 kms from the campground and has a few small hills to navigate and wearing hiking boots is advisable. Sarah and Chris were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your piece of paradise.

Stayed with the family in a camper trailer for 2 nights at Frogmouth Park at Bunya Grove. Fantastic campsite with heaps of room, level ground and is right next to a nice creek. Bins and porta loo at camp site. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. No issues at all, would love to come back.

We stayed in Wagtail way this weekend with the kids and dogs. Chose a site that didn’t have a view of other campsites which made it seem really private. Blessed to be on our own in the Gully Friday night and then have some company on Saturday. Everyone was very respectful and kept to themselves. Nobody was a bother. The hosts are just lovely and attentive without being intrusive. Directions to camp were very helpful. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Rubbish bins were appreciated too! Didn’t get a chance to go to the farm shop but willl next time. The sausages sound delish. We were amazed to encounter an echidna on dusk, some wallabies in the morning mist and lots of critters moving around at night. A little possum came to visit- be sure to pack your goodies up overnight. The walk to the swimming hole was so nice. The dogs and kids enjoyed the fresh water and rock hopping. Thanks Sarah and Chris for hosting us!

Wonderful country escape

Well maintained grassy paddock. Lots of space to spread out. Clean port-a-loos. Fire pits. They sell firewood. Lovely quiet spot. Fresh air. Sounds of the country. Wallabies, kookaburras. The best starry night sky. 5km return walking track on the property. Beautiful dam. Friendly hosts. Loved our 2 night stay at Wagtail Way. One of my favourites. We will be back.
