Bunya Grove is set on 400 acres in the beautiful Mary Valley. Picturesque Bunya Grove Produce and Farm Stay is nestled just outside Amamoor in the magnificent Mary Valley. Our 400 acre property is surrounded by Amamoor, Lewis and Diamondfield Creeks providing visitors with a wide variety of flora and fauna. Bunya Grove is a working farm and offers visitors the opportunity to purchase fresh eggs, honey, fresh and frozen pork products, and fresh and frozen beef and lamb. (Subject to availability) Entry to Wagtail Way, Frogmouth Park and Cockatoo Corner are via Lewis Road, off Diamondfield Rd, Amamoor. Entry to Wallaby Rest is via Amamoor Creek Rd and Nichols Rd, Amamoor. We do not allow checkins after 5.30pm. We also welcome groups at any of our campgrounds. If you are looking for somewhere to camp as a group, celebrate a birthday or other occasion, please get in touch. Each campground is currently capped however we do have the option to add more sites if your group is larger than our capped number.

Here at Bunya Grove, we offer a number of different areas with something to cater for every type of camping and for every type of group, large or small. Wagtail Way is a part of our beautiful farm Bunya Grove and the entrance is located at Lewis Road, Amamoor. A beautiful open area that is kid and pet friendly, Wagtail Way has a dam - great for swimming and with free kayaks included - plenty of room for the kids to run and play, and a ginormous blue gum that is the perfect home for the swing! In an effort to make your camping trip affordable kids (12 and under) are free. If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to book an extra site for each vehicle. Capped at only 15 sites, there is always plenty of room. Firepits are included and campers have 2 toilets, rubbish bins and a compost bin available during their stay. We have created a 2km (one way) bushwalk which follows Amamoor Creek and leads to our farm store. There are 4 swimming holes/creek accesses along this walk for our guests to enjoy. We have had multiple platypus sightings in Amamoor Creek. We are open to hosting larger groups who wosh to have the exclusive use of Wagtail Way and the amenities to celebrate a special occasion, or for a get tougher such as a family reunion. Feel free to message if you have a large group and would like to book the camp exclusively. We can supply the following to your camp between 9am and 4pm daily. Firewood $15 Ice $5 Farm fresh free range eggs $10/dozen Bacon, ham and honey. We also have a selection of pork, lamb, goat and beef (subject to availability). We do not allow checkins after 5.30pm.

Introducing Frogmouth Park. This area is located on Lewis Creek, a beautiful small spring-fed creek that runs all year long. The creek is perfect for little ones to keep cool, bigger ones who like exploring or for dipping your toes in to keep cool on a warm afternoon. . Frogmouth Park is suitable for small to medium sized caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes, tents, swags, rooftops etc. Frogmouth Park is a private site, suitable for small family groups, singles or couples. You will not share this site with any other campers. We do not take last minute group bookings for this site. Frogmouth Park does not allow dogs. Frogmouth Park offers toilet facilities. We can supply the following to your camp between 9am and 4pm daily. Firewood $10/13kg crate Ice $5 Farm fresh free range eggs $10/dozen Bacon, ham and honey. We also have a selection of pork, lamb, goat and beef (subject to availability). We do not allow chekins after 5.30pm.

Cockatoo Corner - Lewis Rd

Cockatoo Corner is the ultimate in private bush camping. Surrounded on 3 sides by Lewis Creek, rock walls and bushland, only one group can book in at a time (group can have up to 4 cars, max 20 pp). Cockatoo Corner is only accessible by 4x4 vehicles. Cockatoo Corner is suitable for all camping setups, from tent to motorhome, but not very large vehicles such as buses. Perfect for a private getaway for a single or couple or gather your family or friends. No neighbours, no stress. Spend your time relaxing by the creek, in your own private swimming hole, or take a walk up one of the walking tracks and explore the pristine Lewis Creek, and Amamoor Creek. There is an abundance of birdlife in Cockatoo Corner, along with a very elusive resident platypus! You van choose from two different permanent firepits thay are available for use, along with rubbish bins and a toilet. We can supply the following to your camp between 9am and 4pm daily. Firewood $10/13kg crate Ice $5 Farm fresh free range eggs $10/dozen Bacon, ham and honey. We also have a selection of pork, lamb, goat and beef (subject to availability). We absolutely loved our time at Wagtail Way Bunya Grove—it was incredibly peaceful. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the campgrounds were immaculate. Communication from Sarah was excellent throughout.

Frogmouth Park
Highly recommend camping at Frogmouth Park, we had the nicest time here for our babymoon weekend camping beside the bubbling creek, had the whole area to ourselves. Very peaceful, beautiful stars at night beside the fire, lots of birdlife, saw a turtle, got to meet a couple of the free range pigs wandering by too. Bushwalk is lovely beside the creek and such a bonus to have bacon, eggs and pork sausages all delivered to us fresh from the farm, so delicious! Our car battery died when we were leaving and after a quick text to the camp managers, Chris & Kylie, they came to our rescue with jumper leads straight away, absolute champs! We'll be back for sure, one of the best spots we've been to👌

Met at the gate by the owners. Nice grassy site in a valley. Phone reception was weak but not no-existent. Portaloo a bonus as many Hipcamps have nothing. Bins provided.

We stayed Frogmouth and loved it. Peaceful site..running creek..lots of animal life...Had some steak Bacon and Eggs delivered from the Farm shop. We will definitely be back. It was a rainy weekend and we enjoyed having the campsites all to ourselves

We loved our overnight stay. It was so peaceful, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Enjoyed an afternoon walk and swim in the creek. Sundowners by the campfire and freshly bought steak from the farm shop for dinner! We will be back!! Thank you for having us ☺️

Wagtail Way - Lewis Road
We had a great long weekend at Sarah and Chris’ property. Plenty of room between all sites. Clean, stocked porta-loos were great. Property well maintained. Plenty of birds to watch and listen to. Phone reception was a bit hit and miss, we didn’t mind though. Would happily go back again. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise.

Absolutely incredible camp grounds which are very well maintained. On a farm with lots of animals, amazing swimming ponds and beautiful creeks. Toilets were very well kept and bins provided for easy clean up. Lots of wildlife around. Definitely will be going back soon!

It was a lovely spot, although a bit crowded for Australia Day weekend. People with tents and rooftops should have gone where caravanners couldn't go. Peaceful, never saw the creek, bummer. Too far for little kids and grandparents to walk!

A lovely little private camp for our new van. Gorgeous by the creek and Bunya trees. Clean and tidy with a nice fire pit. I really enjoyed getting some fresh eggs and meat delivered too...tastes so good when camping! The wild pigs came up to eat the Bunyas, a bit scary but they didn't bother us and were a little frightened anyway . A great spot! Lots of birds, a wallaby and even heard a koala!

Had the pleasure of being the only booking in our area for the weekend and that just added to an already lovely experience. The property is easy to get to and absolutely beautiful. Plenty to do and see around the property and the area. Didn’t have the opportunity to visit the farm store but absolutely will next time we come to stay - the hosts also offer delivery of their produce to your camp site which we thought was such a great service. Toilets were clean and serviced as we arrived. Hosts were lovely and nice enough to allow us to have visitors during our stay also. Would absolutely recommend to friends and will be back for sure.

It was a lovely peaceful camp. Not really for caravans as there were too many people in rigs that could have gone to the harder camps and didn't. We spent a lovely time with our grandchildren. Shame that the creek was too far away for our little grandchildren to walk too for Australia Day!

Cockatoo Corner - Lewis Rd
Peaceful and in a glorious setting this campground has a small running creek that allowed us to easily cool down over some very hot days. Cockatoo Corner (where we stayed) is especially good with our dogs. As a family group we love Bunya Grove and have already booked again in the future. Sarah and Chris are terrific and do farm tours on the ATV. We also love to eat their farm fresh eggs. This is a delightful camp and not to be missed.

Great location, camp sites spaced well apart. Can walk along the creek where several small swimming holes are signed and walking track leads to farm shop that is open Saturday mornings. Meat, fresh eggs and delicious honey available

We have absolutely loved our multiple stays at Wagtail Way! Sarah and her team are incredibly accommodating and always make us feel so welcome. It’s such a beautiful spot, with cows and other animals. The place feels like a special escape. We loved exploring the areas such as the dam, bush walk and creek. The firepit, toilet, and bins provided were so helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and relax some more.

Beautiful views of happy cows and magnificent gum in the main paddock. Clean accessible portaloos. Hosts very helpful with contact and directions. Lovely dam o swim in with canoes available. Good bit of weed to get through but clear water. Happily go back
