Check in is after 1pm and check out is strictly before 10.30am, we promise you will get your 'Heilen Coo' fix 😝 We have Souvineers and firewood please bring cash 😍 Be mindful around all animals as they get to know you, be smart please. Kids can bring bikes, must be supervised at all times, no screaming or running. Pets are welcome, we have 2 dogs Jesse and Cane, who are both very friendly. Our Maremma is an Italian breed of livestock gaurdian dog, he does bark a little at night to protect our pets, which goes hand in hand with all of our other farm noises 😉 Our Neighbours have fish farms, you may hear the odd gun go off, just to scare the shags away from feeding in the ponds. It's totally safe. Feel free to put on some music and have a few drinks by the campfire, but we want our farm to be a place where our animals and our guests feel safe and relaxed, so we do not accommodate noisy parties. Relax and unwind with a book or go for a bush walk and listen to the kookaburras. Watch Sea Eagles, pelican, wild budgies, rainbow lorikeet and more. All your cares will feel like they are a million miles away as you soak up nature, we guarantee you will have an amazing experience. 6 Kms in at our historic Childers there is a Woolworths, IGA, great pubs for lunch, cafes and bakeries, plus a swimming pool, museum, snakes down under and Woodgate beach 25 mins away.

Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes. There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained! Don’t have a kayak, no worries. We also have kayaks available for hire. We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography! All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking. Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and around 50km from Bundaberg. Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available. when fire restrictions/bans are not in place. Plenty of fallen timber around the place to collect for firewood. I suggest U bring wood for the ist night, In case it has rained & saves the hassle first up allowing U to chill out sooner 🥂 Well behaved pets welcome, but they must be kept under control and you must pick up after them. Rosgrow Farm, 15 minutes off the Bruce Highway, offers secluded campsites set on a large tidal creek. There are plenty of trees and shelter. The creek offers fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, boating and swimming. Fire pits and picnic areas make the sites perfect for evening relaxation with bird life and jumping fish, talking about the day's fishing or eating the day's crab catch. Limited firewood is sometimes available. It can be bought at a reasonable price about 9km along the road towards Burrum Heads.. Campers must be self-contained with their own toilet and shower and need to remove their rubbish. Particularly suitable for RVs and caravans with own toilet. Well suited for overnight travelers passing between Maryborough and Bundaberg, or others needing a few days rest, fishing or water activities. Sandflies are a problem in this region anywhere near water, in the mornings until about 9am and in the evenings after about 3:30pm, so bring plenty of repellent and apply early and often. Sites are 30-40 metres apart with a maximum of 8 vehicles and their occupants in the whole property. No overcrowding! Pricing: Basic booking is for a vehicle with caravan, or an RV, and 2 people. Some sites can accommodate more than 1 caravan - if you are travelling with others and want to share a site, please make a separate booking for them at one of the other sites and feel free to get them to share your site instead.

Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and around 50km from Bundaberg. Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available. when fire restrictions/bans are not in place. Sandflies are a problem in this region anywhere near water, in the mornings until about 9am and in the evenings after about 3:30pm, so bring plenty of repellent and apply early and often. We have 100 acres of paradise with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of Burnett river frontage or along the winding Duingal creek tucked into seclusion. For the bigger vans we have sites up on top of the property overlooking the Burnett with just a short walk down to the water. There are NO Ammenities available so own toilet is a MUST! Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes. There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained! Don’t have a kayak, no worries. We also have kayaks available for hire. We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography! All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking. Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and around 50km from Bundaberg. Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available. when fire restrictions/bans are not in place. Plenty of fallen timber around the place to collect for firewood. I suggest U bring wood for the ist night, In case it has rained & saves the hassle first up allowing U to chill out sooner 🥂 Well behaved pets welcome, but they must be kept under control and you must pick up after them. Rosgrow Farm, 15 minutes off the Bruce Highway, offers secluded campsites set on a large tidal creek. There are plenty of trees and shelter. The creek offers fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, boating and swimming. Fire pits and picnic areas make the sites perfect for evening relaxation with bird life and jumping fish, talking about the day's fishing or eating the day's crab catch. Limited firewood is sometimes available. It can be bought at a reasonable price about 9km along the road towards Burrum Heads.. Campers must be self-contained with their own toilet and shower and need to remove their rubbish. Particularly suitable for RVs and caravans with own toilet. Well suited for overnight travelers passing between Maryborough and Bundaberg, or others needing a few days rest, fishing or water activities. Sandflies are a problem in this region anywhere near water, in the mornings until about 9am and in the evenings after about 3:30pm, so bring plenty of repellent and apply early and often. Sites are 30-40 metres apart with a maximum of 8 vehicles and their occupants in the whole property. No overcrowding! Pricing: Basic booking is for a vehicle with caravan, or an RV, and 2 people. Some sites can accommodate more than 1 caravan - if you are travelling with others and want to share a site, please make a separate booking for them at one of the other sites and feel free to get them to share your site instead.

The local Barramundi Whisperer caught a 94cm pearla the first day we arrived. I jest you not. The cows are friendly and kept the grounds perfectly mowed. The fireflies come out at sunset and are mesmerising as they dance across the river only to be snapped up by the plentiful fish. Each night the campsites went quiet to the crackle of campfires after a bit of laughter and singing. Other guests are kind, generous and a pleasure to chat with. The host was very helpful. Trev made us feel welcome and safe without being imposing. The kids and pets had lots of room to play, ride their bikes, climb trees and get back in tune with nature. We intended to stay for a 1 week working holiday but ended up staying for 3 weeks for rest and recuperation. The stay did us so much good that we invited others to join us who also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. This is an excellent all round Hipcamp destination that we are sure to return to. Thank you for letting us stay.

The camp is close to beach landscapes (3kms) , tidal saltwater creeks (4km), and estuaries, renowned for fishing, crabbing, and 4WD adventures. Situated near the sand track to Agnes Water, day trips are both fun and interesting. The maintained boat ramp (Flat Rock Picnic Area) is just 4 km away, providing a relaxing experience on the water. Access to Rules Beach is available during low tide only, offering opportunities for exploring rock pools and observing sea life. Travel north to the Broadwater or south to the mouth of Baffle Creek for a scenic drive. Rules Beach is a nesting ground for several species of endagered marine sea turtles. The Bushcamp is headquarters for Rules Beach Turtles, a volunteer run NFP association dedicated to the preservation and protection of these species. They nest on the beach from November to March each year. Our nest monitoring program runs at this time. Experience morning sunrise over the beach and sunset through the treetops. 283 acres of mainly level bush with camping sites in various locations, either in a remote bush or by the water (dams). 6 kms of bushwalking tracks with abundant native wild and bird life. Designated fireplaces and firewood available. All campsites except the Safe Haven are physically separated and reserved for a single group (either travelling alone or in company with others). The Safe Haven can accommodate up to 4 caravans/campers with a communal central fireplace by the water. A seasonal summer stream normally runs through the length of the property from January to May. During this time access to some of the walking trails can be restricted. All sites can be left unattended and secure by visitors for day trips to surrounding areas such as Agnes Water, Seventeen Seventy, the Boyne Valley or various National Parks located within 50klms. Your hosts are always present and ready to assist in any way they can. Dogs welcome. Note: Flushing toilet is located adjacent to the Safe Haven campsite.

Wrinkles camp is only one site, so no neighbours, with over 10 acres to access other areas for walking or bird watching. We have horses and cattle and it is a quiet and peaceful spot to kick back and relax. Peaceful van site or can pitch a tent, with toilet, shower, lights and electricity, all under a fully paved shed with seats. Enjoy a great fire pit in front of shed, with hand made log seats. Well behaved dogs allowed on a leash, as we have dogs and other animals on property The single campsite (yes just the one site) overlooks a large dam with jetty. Horses and cattle roam around out the back. Feed the wild birds such as duck, parrots, kookaburras, and more. Just 5 minutes from Smiths Crossing for fresh water fishing, canoeing or swimming or go to Moore Park for a swim, surf or take the bike and use their great cycling paths. Other beaches close by are Miara, Norval Park and further away are Winfield, Baffle creek and the iconic Agnes Waters and 1770. All great spots to fish or crab. The Avondale Pub is 1km away with great meals and drinks, and the Bucca Pub is 10 minutes away with weekend entertainment. Jo's road house is just up the road and has all the essentials food wise with great pizzas, and fuel. Next to Jo's is an RACQ centre and mechanics. All this at your fingertips or just kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet in amongst the large gum trees and native lemon scented gums. Please note: no late arrivals after 6pm please.
