Beautiful grounds to camp on with tent with view of the pond. Our two small children loved all the farm animals and playground equipment. the Vietnamese coffee was delicious definitely worth the treat! Toilet well looked after, we didn’t use shower so can not review it. Already talking about coming back next year for extra time. Thank you.

We loved camping at Hanoi and kayaking in the dam. Seeing and patting all the animals was fantastic. So many fun things for the kids to do - soccer, cubby houses, feeding the animals. Jess’ Vietnamese coffee was AMAZING! She also had a nice hot coffee ready for us when we left.

Beautiful view overlooking the dam. Everything was so well maintained. Plenty for kids to do. The animals were a lovely bonus. We were shown around the property by the family living in the house they were so friendly and lovely. Jess was very welcoming.

This was an amazing place great for kids absolutely. Jess has a lovely set up nice little hobby farm with animals for kids very family orientated camping area lovely coffee shop. Jess was very friendly & makes a lively coffee.

We camped 2 nights as a family of 5 with 4 of our dashies with no issues. A few other families around, kids all playing with other families kids. Heaps of toys, animals and kayaking to be done. As we were driving it we were greeted with a fresh bag of avos which was thought was really sweet. For the low cost and plenty of space, highly recommend for a stop over.

Ha Long

Jess has a beautiful property, very scenic and great for kids with plenty of things to do. We stayed at Ha Long site which was close to the playground and amenities for the kids, but if you want more privacy and don’t mind being further from amenities then I’d recommend Hanoi or Saigon sites. Ha Long and Da Nang were great for proximity and being able to watch the kids from the comfort of your van or awning. I didn’t realise Jess doesn’t live on site, but she visited often and attended to everything very promptly and diligently. She was an excellent host. We even left with a bag full of her delicious avocados! If you’re not a morning person, be prepared for the roosters to wake you early. Otherwise it was very tranquil and campers were given their space and privacy. Absolutely stunning dam and tall gums made this site so beautiful to wake up to. Great open spaces too if you’re relying on solar.

Jess is a very attentive host with an excellent children's play area away from the dam and other campers. They seem to love it here. Very private and spacious sites. Distant road noise is not a problem and is well camouflaged from the 150-metre distance road.

Loved the camp there was plenty of space and lots of area if you have kids, the animals were good to see and you can feed them if you wish ,the lake was excellent to look over from our camp. We will definitely we back here again, recommend for all. Thanks from us.

We were very impressed by the space and layout, plenty of safe space for pets and kids. Really enjoyed the cooking class, the outlook across the dam and the animals. It was really lovely to have toilet and hot shower when required.

We had a fantastic stay at VietJess Farm and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful camping getaway. Jess was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The campsite was spacious, well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. One of the highlights was kayaking on the dam, which was such a relaxing and fun experience. We loved meeting the farm animals and our child had so much fun playing on the playground. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained while still feeling like a peaceful escape into nature. The campfire evening and quiet surroundings made our stay even more special. Thank you, Jess, we'll definitely be back!

Farm fun!

We stayed for 2 nights on site 5 Saigon. The site was large and spacious with its own fire pit, right by the dam. We were closer to the main road than expected but the traffic dies off by night. There is one toilet and shower a fair distance from this site, but were were kept clean. Lots of opportunities to interact with the animals, with some new baby chicks and cows to pat and cuddle. The large playground, trampoline and trikes to ride were an added bonus. The kids loved paddling on the dam with many kayaks to use whenever they liked. Jess was a great host and very accommodating, made sure we’re ok and even delivered a load of firewood. Would come back again!

Fantastic farm stay!

We had a wonderful stay at VietJess! Our daughter absolutely loved feeding the farm animals, cuddling the guinea pigs, and kayaking on the dam. The campsites were spacious, well maintained, and set in a peaceful and relaxing environment. There was so much to do, making it the perfect family getaway. Jess was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend VietJess and can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our quick night away. We enjoyed Vietnamese Coffee (thanks Jess), a kayak around the dam, feeding goats, calves, alpaca, sheep, chickens (chicks too), guinea pigs and ducks. We practised our campoven cooking and tasted guavas and egg fruit..interesting. A relaxing place although there are plenty of things to do and see. We loved meeting Jess and her really lovely daughter Jade..who loved our dog Nala. We'll be back.💜🌻🐔🛶🐶

Lovely place to stay. We stayed 2 nights to rest after multiple days on the go. Jess was welcoming and sites are nice with firepits and benches around. Very well spaced out though no one else was staying. Well signposted and toilet/shower available. Nice seeing the farm animals and sitting by the dam.

Really enjoyed our stay here, great camping spot. We camped next to the lake in our rooftop tent, sites were spacious with some wooden tables placed along the lake which we used to eat our breakfast at. There were life vests, fishing rods, and kayaks provided so we took the kayaks out for a little paddle 😊. There are also some farm animals (alpaca, goats, cows, chickens, roosters, and pigs) in a fenced area on the property as well as a playground for the children to play. There is one toilet (portaloo) and a makeshift shower with hot water that gets the job done.
