It is a great spot for scenic photography, a base to explore the many hikes and climbs from in the surrounding National Parks. They are so significant that they are listed on the Queensland and National Heritage Register as a landscape of national significance. Walking tracks lead through a variety of open forests to lookouts with panoramic views of the mountains. Some tracks are suitable for all levels of fitness and others include more challenging grades including rock scrambling skills. We were only a 300 metre walk from the main swimming hole. With lake frontage, shaded camp sites. A great weekend even with rainy weather. Will definitely come back to Bushywood!

We really enjoyed camping at Habitats. The check in and staff were very friendly and it was extremely easy. It is a very safe campsite with so much nature. Our kids loved watching and listening to all the animals around. The water was great and as we enjoyed paddling around the lake. All of the amenities were clean and it was great to try the beers at the bar. We had a huge amount of rain on our second night and our site in the Gums area held up well although we did see a lot of puddles around other sites. Some of the other sites also looked quite close to each other so if you aren’t afraid to walk further to the amenities and water I would recommend booking in The Gums area.

Our family had such a wonderful weekend away at Anita’s beautiful property. It was so peaceful, we explored the area on foot, along the creek and also in our 4WD up to a lookout high on the ridge. The horses visited us at our cabin several times, which was a highlight. The cabin was so private we felt like we had the property to ourselves. Definitely need a 4WD! And the drive to Anita’s property is so beautiful too.

The most well-maintained, gorgeous spot by the Condamine River. Firepits on each site and far enough away from the next camp to enjoy the space. Kayaks were a great option to explore the river. Lindsay was the friendliest of hosts and takes such pride in his beautiful HipCamp. The meat pack was delicious!! Just a heads up... lots of flies around Warwick at this time of year so remember the spray and your fly net to make things a little more comfortable..

The grounds are so well manicured, lush green grass for the kids and our dog to play on, we loved our adventures on the property, swimming in both the dams to cool off, then making use of the very well-appointed facilities, the hot showers were awesome. Brian is a fantastic host checking in to make sure all good, and then giving us privacy to enjoy our time, will be coming back soon for sure! Great Camp!

Lovely spot to camp. They found us a perfect spot for our tent to be flat and with a fire pit. With enough space for privacy but still close enough to everything we needed like the toilets and showers which were very well kept. The lake was great to cool off and overall a beautiful camp site. Would highly recommend
