The property was first settled in the 1840’s and became the headquarters of Tamrookum Station in 1878 when Robert Collins and his family purchased the property. Just over an hour from the Gold Coast and Brisbane. At Logan Park Farm we have camping grounds and Murphy's Country Accommodation - a three bedroom cottage. Scenic Rim Regional Council Camp Ground Licence Acc21/0010 and Acc21/0012 There are no facilities here, if you do not have toilet facilities please do not book any of our sties. Firewood is available please message if you require it. Please arrive to camp prior to dark. Message host if you need to arrive later. The camp sites are spacious with plenty of distance between each site - no crowds. Each site is for your group only. Open for bookings for Christmas and New Year - numbers are limited. On a lush 286 acres backing onto Border Ranges National Park, we are surrounded by 3kms of creek with flowing slopes and beautiful sunset views of Mt Lindesay. For campers we are focusing on around 30 acres and spots close to Sawpit Creek would be ideal to set up camp. Bring your tent, swag or caravan and park up next to our beautiful Sawpit creek. Perfect for a swim! Currently there's a picnic table and some seating areas. We will be building a compost toilet and large BBQ area soon! Drinking water is available, and at the moment we are welcoming only self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. Your pet is welcome to camp with you. Our property backs onto Border Ranges National Park! And you can see Mt Lindesay from our property, so bring your camera! It's 15 min to Wiangaree and 35 min to Kyogle. The camping area is 2WD accessible but you will have to cross some creeks. You should be ok in the 2WD as the creek crossing has a small incline and decline. We welcome caravans, campervans and camper-trailers/ tents. You may see us pass by the camping area from time to time. We are a friendly as 😊 and invite you to have a coffee or beer with us. There's no internet by the creek but you're more than welcome to connect to the wifi at our shack up the hill. No campfires please.

We. Spent our time in the caravan right on the river. The campsites are very spacious. The views of the mountains are spectacular. There was lots of birds. It was peaceful and relaxing. We also had our dog with us.

Third time at this fabulous place. We can’t get enough of the space, privacy and excellent hosts. This is one of the best locations, close to Brisbane, easy access, nice level areas, and scenery that changes each time we come. The storm put on a spectacular lighting show while the moon was insanely bright on our first night. It’s one place we will continue to return to❤️

I've lost count of how many times I've camped here! I travel with Dogs, so this spot is spacious enough that we can relax when we need to, swim & go for trail sniffs if we want to, watch the birds & jets, or shelter from sun/rain as necessary under one of the multiple structures or abundance of trees 🥰🐶 Thanks to the kindness of the hosts (who are also Dog lovers) & the locked gate, we always feel safe here!

This was our 3rd time at Libby’s beautiful property. It’s always well maintained and just the most perfect place to unwind within the large site areas. This time was extra special for us as Libby’s cattle were in the area right near our site but fenced off from coming through to our camp. It was great to get close to them, such beautiful healthy cattle and the little ones are so cute. Thank you once again Libby for sharing your beautiful property with us. It’s our favourite place to spend time in the Scenic Rim and only 1 hour from home. ❤️
