It is built with salvaged materials from nearby painted lady Victorian home that are the pillars at the entrance and the siding is from a nearby barn. The sliding door as you enter is a salvaged US Federal Building Door that glides on barn rails and it has the original mail slot in the door. The retreat is an indoor/outdoor experience as there are two walls that feature beveled shutters that open and the roof is a see through experience to watch the birds, wildlife and stars. The queen bed is super comfortable and there is a small desk filled with maps of nearby places to play. My home for the last 34 years; I have put care, love and abundance in creating a magical garden with surprises throughout. My desire to provide charm and delight has driven most of the details that also includes a pergola that has a swinging twin bed and chairs to gather and chat. There is gorgeous outdoor lighting for at night and hanging chandelier at night surrounded in the deep of summer with mature jasmine bushes that waft their sweet scent from May into September.

Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City.
This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship.
In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality.
From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands.
You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on
Splat Action Paintball is just five minutes away. Open all year.

Enjoy our famous 99W-Drive In, and visit our local seasonal Farmer's Market on Wednesdays 4-7 p.m.
Wineries to explore galore nearby in Newberg and Dundee just a quick hop over the expressway including Rex Hill, Potter’s Vineyard, Sokol Blosser, Durant Vineyards and Olive Mill, Duck Pond, Domaine Serene, Ponzi and more.

It is built with salvaged materials from nearby painted lady Victorian home that are the pillars at the entrance and the siding is from a nearby barn. The sliding door as you enter is a salvaged US Federal Building Door that glides on barn rails and it has the original mail slot in the door. The retreat is an indoor/outdoor experience as there are two walls that feature beveled shutters that open and the roof is a see through experience to watch the birds, wildlife and stars. My home for the last 34 years; I have put care, love and abundance in creating a magical garden with surprises throughout. My desire to provide charm and delight has driven most of the details that also includes a pergola that has a swinging twin bed and chairs to gather and chat. There is gorgeous outdoor lighting for at night and hanging chandelier at night surrounded in the deep of summer with mature jasmine bushes that waft their sweet scent from May into September.

Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City.
This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship.
In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality.
From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands.
You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on
Splat Action Paintball is just five minutes away. Open all year.

We had a great experienceat at Kayla's land even when it's cold (20F outside). Super cute airstream with everything you need, cozy with a nice yard. Fireplace and hot tube are the big pluses!
The host had been responsive for the entire trip. I'm very impressed by how comprehensive the digital guide is.

Kayla was super kind and communicative! It's a cute, relatively private space (especially for a city spot.) Parking was easy to find near the driveway. The area has lots of great spots to explore within walking distance including a great Boba and game shop.
The airstream was well decorated and equipped with essentials, but it was a bit smaller than I expected, often bumping my head and squeezing by. Also, I would not plan on using the shower. The hot water wasn't working (which Kayla was super great at communicating about and accommodating). But even if it were, I wouldn't have showered, because it would have gotten the toilet, sink and surrounding area super wet, and it was hard to keep dry as is.
Still a great option for a cheap, private stay in the city. Would definitely consider booking again.

Only slight negative would be the steep driveway off the main road - scraped the rear bumper on the way in and out … even with trying to go at an angle to avoid that. But those things sometimes happen with a 30 foot motorhome 😉

We appreciated all the effort that has gone into getting guests oriented to the space (although a few things were a bit out of date - no need to turn the propane heaters on outside to get hot water now!) Check-in and out was a breeze. Communication with the host was very quick. This was a great getaway as we were so close to downtown Bevearton but the barn was secluded enough that my party and I felt like we were off the beaten path and could disconnect from the world. I highly recommend; I’ve stayed in multiple b&bs + camping locations in Portland, and this has by far been the best. This hipcamp is everything — it’s beyond cute, it’s in a good location, it has all the major amenities, and has the warmest host. We felt so safe here and so creative. The size was perfect for two people and one tiny dog, and it’s obvious that a great deal of care has been integrated into every detail of this airstream.
