Anthony Chabot Regional Park is a massive park in the hills of Oakland, stretching from San Leandro to Castro Valley at a whopping 3,314 acres. This pristine reservoir is perfect for summer family vacations as well as weekend getaways that aren’t over an hour’s drive away. There are plenty of family campsites, fun activities and miles of trails for nature enthusiasts of all ages.
