This campground just got a major upgrade. This used to be called Feel Good Camp and now we dedicate it to the natural green building and clean living. There were many beautiful hands put their energies into each cobbin here and we built it with Love a lot of love and your comfort in mind!
This property is best experienced by couples from Friday - Sunday and Familys during the week only. This allows for a fun environment for everyone and dedicated family time as well as quite time.
We made our decision based on our love to create an inspiration for arts and creating beautiful buildings using materials that you can find around you such as pallets, clay, sands, straws, etc. Everything is made out of non toxic materials, we even made our own paint out of cooking flours!
Being inside these cob buildings feels like being in the womb of Mother Earth: the scent, the calm, the grounding, etc. The woods come from one of our properties and we milled them ourselves. We upcycle almost everything: The tree barks, the branches, even the furnitures were secured from non-profit organizations. We'd like you to come to be inspired! One of the buildings is there as a demonstration site till its done and we'll have the cob builder to be there to show you around. Cob working party is held by a master cob builder.
We made your Camping and Glamping experience easy. We provide clean showers, restrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, barbecue, fridge, freezer, popcorn kettles, , utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, coffee maker, pots and pans, cutleries, etc. Yes, there is hot water as well with no coins needed.
The campground is located in a serene oak grove area of the property. Its a peaceful getaway with an abundance of bird varieties and occasional wild turkeys passing through. Take a stroll around our 5-acre property and catch a breathtaking sunset from the hillside.
The amenities are: Outdoor kitchen, 2 fire pits, outdoor showers and bathrooms, electricity in each cobin, Board games, Yard Games, dog park and an outdoor library for little ones to grown ups. In Winter 2026 we'll add sauna and outdoor tubs for warm winter experience.
Your parking spot is within a very short walking distance and there are wagons for you to use to haul your belongings to your camp site.

Hello all! If you're looking for some glamping with creature comforts, while just being 10 minutes away from restaurants. This is the place for you. We are a 5 acre property and home surrounded by tall redwood and oak trees. Very green and lots of shade. These are the amenities/facilities you will have free access to: Pool, Pool chairs and umbrellas, Deck area with sunset view, trampolines (kids only), and hammocks.
Our check in window is strict: 3-6pm. Only later check in is allowed if discussed previously with host.
There is no cooking allowed by or at any of the common areas due to flies and critters. Cooking and eating is only allowed by your sites and not in any common areas: Hammocks, Trampolines, Pool Area, tables, sink, and deck please follow this rule because we want to prevent our shared areas to be fly and bug infested. We are still working on ridding the flies and cleaning. (please try to bring prepackaged food or something easy. If anything you can drive 10 minutes to nearby food and grocery).
THERE IS A 2-3 MINUTE HIKE TO THE CAMPSITES 1-5!
Poolside campsites are closer to the parking and are bigger.
This property is my home that I live in with my 2 kids. It is a rustic and homey vibe, definitely not a hotel. We want you to come knowing what to expect. Our property offers a pool and trampolines for the kids. We have a deck patio area that overlooks an amazing view of the redwood forest. Most of our guests are those that come from foreign countries and they all LOVE the property. I love leaving a great impression of our area.

We welcome self contained units only e.g. Camper vans, RV’s, trailers etc. We do offer a port-a potty and sinks; no shower facilities; good cell service. Camping & RV Parking on a Working Farm Near Santa Cruz
Come camp on our peaceful working farm with easy access to incredible bike trails, beaches, and hikes in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
We offer 3 spacious campsites where you can park your RV or camper van, or set up a tent. The sites are spread out with plenty of room for groups and families.
For a more comfortable stay, you can also rent our solar-powered Airstream Base Camp.
The property is a working farm with animals and a Christmas tree farm, and we’re currently planting olive trees and lavender fields. Guests are welcome to enjoy hikes directly on the property, including redwood forest trails and scenic views.
Interested in hosting a gathering? Ask us about renting the entire property for private events like birthday parties or group lunches, with the option to camp overnight.

Such an awesome find! If you are looking for a roomy but intimate site with fab amenities than look no further. There are only a couple of sites and the host Laura has set up some truly great games, and a huge, adorable lighted common area with fireplace to enjoy the ambience! The deer and wild turkeys were a lovely surprise and the land itself was great for camping. Will definitely head back. 😍😍😍😍

Weekend Trip to Quail Ridge Farm
This was my first Hipcamp experience and it did not disappoint. The location was very easy to access, and the views were AMAZING!!! The campsites were spread out providing enough privacy. The Airstream was perfect and had everything I needed. Good size bed which was comfortable, nice little sink and stove, toilet and shower, and a nice dining area with bench seating. The RV outside had an overhang providing good shade. The hosts were kind enough to provide a propane firepit, two camping chairs, a large table bench, and a charcoal grill. The camping spot had a hiking trail right in front of it, which was nice to trek.
Overall, it was a great experience and hosts were beyond accommodating. Would love to come back very soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Matt’s campsite. The view was beautiful and we really appreciated the amenities - lights and gas fire pit. The kids didn’t want to leave and a highlight was seeing a banana slug!

I have been to Saddle Mountain before with my boyfriend for glamping and we had a good experience overall with the exception of finding a spider in our tent. So for the 2nd time I booked a drive in tent campsite so I could car camp with my best friend. We were there for 1 night only. It was a good experience. The only complain I would have is that it was hard to see the campsite #27 at night. It wasnt lit up like the other signs like #28 or 29-30. Other than that it was a good experience.

I really enjoyed camping here. There were animals everywhere that liked to follow you around which we loved. The goats were pretty entertaining. Also loved the ~50 year old giant tortoise! We were worried the goats would be bleating all night, but no, they pretty much went to sleep as soon as it got dark. Great views of the nights sky, great facilities. As long as you don't mind the smell of goats you'll love it here!

Had a lovely stay on Gene’s property. It was very private and quiet and serene. Super close to some gorgeous sites and hikes of Big Sur. I was also really impressed by the kitchen area and poopers (basically toilet setups). I can tell Gene has put a ton of care and effort into making this a lovely place for people to stay. I also encountered very friendly other campers who were lovely to chat with. Highly recommend.

This felt like being in alone in the middle of the forest. In campsites up and down California this is the first place my kid hasn't been able to hear ANY road noise - just the wind and birds in the trees. There was a group in another site, but the trees and the spacing meant we couldn't even see them most of the time. Exactly what I was looking/hoping for.
The road in was a little stressful bc I'm a city girl in a little Kia, but the directions were super clear and we had no problems at all.
Everything is super thoughtfully maintained. Absolutely recommend

Nice place to camp! The Friendly host available to answer questions and make us feel welcomed. They even offered us fresh eggs from their own chickens! We had the small camp area to ourselves. There’s a nice fire pit with free wood. The free beach nearby is a short walking along the road and theres a staircase with no hand rail. But there’s also a very nice state beach a little farther down the road that charges $10. (you might get a discount if you have a California library card.) I highly recommend this camp spot & hope to visit again.
