The trailer was comfortable, undergrounds were really pretty. There are some late evening helicopter flyovers from the army base, but I don't know if that's a normal thing. My preschooler loved sleeping in the loft! I definitely come back.

New RV in magical setting
With kids
The RV was spacious and in pristine condition. My sons loved sleeping in the loft and the beds were really comfy. The grounds are absolutely stunning. They have really put in a lot of thought and work when designing the property, we would love to come back and stay a little longer next time.

Camping (Glamping!)
We only stayed one night to celebrate our 8th anniversary, but plan on making this a yearly ordeal (adding another night in the future). Michelle was a very welcoming host and we had everything we needed. We did not have a lighter and couldn't find one, but it was Summer with a high of 85 -- no need for a campfire. Still, Michelle would've had one if we asked!

Overall good experience, the place is clean and nice. The location is at a personal residence backyard, so if you’re looking for a real camp site to stay, this is probably not what you want.

Beautiful Getaway in the Treehouse
Absolutely loved the Treehouse! I traveled from Hawaii so It was a perfect getaway for me to really get the feeling of the Pacific Northwest and being in the mountains even though its still close to the city.
Michelle and Sean provided the greatest hospitality as well. One of their puppies took off with one of my shoes and they not only hunted to find it, but cleaned it when they found it. Definitely recommend and will come back in the future!

We were greeted by our gracious host, then easily found the tree house down a beautiful little gravel path, past roses, iris, ponds, and a forest. This well appointed tiny home in the trees was perfect for a quiet getaway! The thrush and other birds were singing away. Frogs were doing their thing. The bathroom and outdoor kitchen were delightful. They provided firewood ready to spark! Many options for seating around the fire, on the deck, around the outdoor yet covered table, swinging chair and more! Paths for exploring were abundant. We loved not having to pack bedding and kitchen essentials, and the bed was very comfortable!! Fe9m sunshine to rain they thought if everything and our only complaint is that we didn't book enough time there. We will return for more sanctuary!

So beautiful it's almost surreal
With kids
Strikingly beautiful, with every detail in place. It looked like an interior decorator had considered every detail and a landscaper had created the grounds. At night, hundreds of frogs sang us to sleep and we woke to singing birds. Would absolutely recommend this unique experience, especially for a romantic weekend.

June stay in this magical place!
It was definitely a magical stay. Got meet Michelle and Sean right when we got there because they were building more onto their property so we were able to talk and learn more about their property and how beautiful it is.
The treehouse was amazing. I wish I could post the pictures that I took. We were able to stay here for a few nights and we were able to witness Washington's sunny side and the rainy side. I definitely would recommend this place because it is something worth experiencing.
We were able to cook our breakfast and dinners there. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy their fire pit outside due to previous rain but that is okay. We walked the property as our morning walk because it was just that big of a property that they have their own trail in the back called the "Back Woods". They even had board games that we were able to play and watched some cable. Wifi wasn't all that great to be honest but there's plenty of signal or just use that time to unplug from technology.
They are so close to Tolmie State Park and the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge Center. We did drive to Mt. Rainier from here and it was quite a drive but plan accordingly.

Amazing PNW treehouse!
Couldn’t recommend this beautiful cozy treehouse enough! Very clean, excellent service, and a stunning 14-acre property with a greenhouse, swing, outdoor shower, and other amenities. The treehouse has a lovely private restroom and cooking area with so much charm. Thank you for a great stay, it won’t be our last!

Perfect local getaway!
This was a wonderful and unique weekend! We had the benefit of an unseasonably warm April weekend which allowed us to use and enjoy EVERY available space. This included the outdoor ground floor patio dining area, the awesome deck for reading, the lovely fire pit area, and the easy walking paths and trails. The amenities were lovely and super comfortable. While climbing a ladder to bed (and down to the restroom) at this point in life was a little unnerving, the sleeping loft was cozy and comfortable and it was wonderful enjoying tea and coffee with the Keurig stocked and ready to go inside first thing in the morning! The restroom and shower facilities were spa-like. Truly, it was a unique, easy and affordable get away! Thanks Larkins!

Just Wonderful
This place is amazing. So magical and peaceful. We loved staying here. The experience really matches the pictures. There are so many lovely little details all over the place. We loved falling asleep while feeling the tree house sway with the wind. The bed is so comfy. You can tell the place is really cared for.
In winter-time the inside of the tree house was so warm and cozy. There are lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy as well with trails that wind around their property.
One tip is bring your own fire wood. The wood they provide is left uncovered so it was sopping wet.
There are all sorts little treats provided inside like hot coco, oat meal, tea and coffee. The outdoor kitchen is totally stocked with dishes and knives. A few seasonings as well. There is a gas grill outside with a convenient burner to cook soup or what not.

Awesome place to stay if you are visiting Seattle and want to experience something a little more than just a hotel. Not only do you get to stay in a tree house but the amenities are very nice and you even get your own fire pit behind the treehouse.
