    Welcome to our property! This is a very scenic property, that is rich with history. The Virginia Dale Stage Station is about three miles away and the overland trail has several branches going through here. We are also a fifth generation cattle ranch.   We are in Wyoming, on Highway 287 between Fort Collins, CO. and Laramie, Wyoming. We are still building out our property with a General store, and Western Themed Town coming soon. We have campsites for RV’s or Tents. We have an amazing 1000 acres to have your own hiking, wildlife, birdwatching, adventure. We have great hiking and wildlife viewing, marmots, pronghorn, antelope, deer, elk, and an occasional moose. Birds of every feather gather here so bring your binoculars. Hikes include balancing boulders and rock formations. Wonderful stargazing, our stars are so bright it seems like you can reach up and touch them. We are a working ranch and do have livestock. Don’t mess with the bull! Firewood, for $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite.   The bags make a great trash bag when empty! Do not bring your own firewood, as we don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds.   Due to the high volume of people coming in separate vehicles, after two vehicles per site, its $10.00 per vehicle extra per night. We are a working ranch and do have livestock. Don’t mess with the bull!! Absolutely no fireworks! Please don’t try to pet the livestock! Firewood, for $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite.   The bags make a great trash bag when empty! Do not bring your own firewood, as we don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds.    Due to the high volume of people coming in separate vehicles, after two vehicles per site, its $10.00 per vehicle extra per night. We have portable outhouses available.   We are offering primitive camping at this time as we are a work in progress We can offer you to be close to your neighbor in a cluster or all by yourself.   Camp site’s 1, 2, 3, 4 are in the big rocks as you come in. They are close together, but secluded.   Camp site 5 is secluded yet easy to access.   Camp site’s 6, 7 are close together yet secluded.   Camp site  8 is up on a hill and secluded.   Camp site 9 is secluded  Camp site 10 is secluded kind of in the trees Camp site 11  and 12 could be together or separate.   Campsite 13 is secluded.  Camp site  14 and 15 are the end of the road in the rocks and trees.  They can stand together or separate.

    Loved my time here. It was a very quiet stay where I could explore the land and hang out with a few roaming horses and a donkey. Easy to find, a wide selection of spots and all around fantastic to escape to.

    Love this place and have stayed countless times…but starting to feel like $50/night isn’t quite worth it especially since there are no lakes or rivers. $30/night seems more in line and I think they’d drastically increase their bookings. I know we’d stay more often at a better price point.

    My friends and I were looking for a quiet break from work and school and decided to book here for the weekend! We ended up staying at site 4, and the views and convenience of a large boulder to serve as a table/stovetop/seating area was great. Amazing views all around, could see the highway distantly from the campsite and the stars were very bright. It was a bit windy but nothing unbearable!! Theres a lot of opportunity to explore, climb rocks, and wander around. The campsites are very fairly spaced out and couldn’t see or hear others a majority of the time. The ranch dogs appeared out of the darkness one night and stuck around with us for a bit as well!! Overall an amazing experience with friends and was super fun to explore around. No truly negative things about this site!!! Will definitely be looking into booking again :)

    We had a great time at Robert and Elyse’s land. We practically had the place to ourselves and the site we chose #14 (with Robert’s help) worked out perfect. Lots of privacy and easy to get a trailer in and out. Robert and Elyse were both very responsive to questions. This was a last minute choice for us as weather cancelled other plans we had and we are very happy we chose this spot. Thanks Robert and Elyse for sharing your gorgeous property with us!

    We weren't able to stay because my child got norovirus the day we were supposed to go. I messaged the host to request to move the reservation but they didn't even do me the justice of replying. It's not like I was taking up an in-demand spot as they had numerous openings. Don't see why it would be bad business to refuse to move it to another weekend.

    A very nice private camping spot. Very unique rock formations and hilly terrain. Other than up near Grand Teton and Yellowstone it was the most beautiful spot in all of Wyoming.

    We love coming to Logan Ranch. We live in Denver and it’s an easy drive for a weekend getaway. It’s just as beautiful as Leadville, Winter Park, Breckenridge, etc.. and you don’t have to deal with mountain traffic. This was our first time staying at site 9 and we really enjoyed it. There isn’t a lot of shade but we were fine with our camper and easy-up. You could barely see site 10 from site 9 but no other sites were visible. It was like we had the place to ourselves. The portos were clean and the property has a lot of areas to explore. Next time we’ll bring more cash for the produce they sell at the office. My only complaint is that the site numbers are faded and difficult to see. Overall 10/10, we will keep coming back.

    Our site was very open and large- we could not see another campsite in either direction. There was a very clean outhouse just a short walk up the hill. The stars were amazing! We did have multiple visits from cows, horses, and a donkey- both during day and at night while we had the campfire going. They come up without making much noise so be aware! Our site did not have any shade, but we did drive around and notice other sites that had more trees.

    We loved staying at Robert and Elyse's camp. The sites were very well maintained, the toilets clean and a bag piper stopped by with live entertainment. We stayed at site 16 and it was very shaded and flat, exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back

    Had a fire that burnt our house and our dog passed away the Sunday night before we were supposed to stay. Have stayed here before and reached out and host would not allow me to cancel only rebook. Would not allow me to rebook either just told me to show up on 9/14. How am I supposed to trust that the site we booked would be available for that date. No refund offered, no sympathy at all. I understand cancellation policies but we were supposed to enjoy this with our two dogs and one is now gone and the hosts did not care at all. Would not recommend this site again and will not re book.

    We arrived after dark. Robert came out and greeted us. He was very friendly and didn't mind we were late. He suggested that we stay in site 4, due to recent rain. Site was beautiful with great views. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

    This location id the best if you like to be remote, but not far from the road. We had a great time, with neighbors that were more than 300 feet away from us. With live scenery of horses, cattle and gophers.

    What a beautiful ranch! The spaces are enormous and you have loads of privacy. The hosts are friendly and the firewood is generous. The portopotty was very very clean. Lots of stars at night. Laramie isn’t too far away so we visited there and Medicine. The ranch animals were pretty and friendly. Twice the cows, horses, and a donkey walked by our trailer at night. Highly recommend a stay here!!
