We are located in a field next to the brewery and Signal Butte, a beautiful red cliff at the base of the Big Horn Mountains in Ten Sleep Wyoming. We are surrounded by beautiful vistas! One of the best is our neighbor - Ten Sleep Brewing Company. They make some of the best beer in the state! Each small camp site offers a shaded picnic table per site, the larger RV sites do not, but are graveled. We offer nearby port-a-potties, and trash receptacles and incredible vistas all around. A very unique and beautiful brewery camping experience!
We offer a unique opportunity to unplug and relax. This campground is rustic and rural! No wifi, no electricity, no water hookups.
Please note! It is important to look at each sites description when booking as some sites accommodate different sized camping rigs. Also please note we are located next to a Red Vista RV park. If you turn to soon you will be at Red Vista RV park which has concrete pads. SOOOO if you are at the concrete pads you are in the wrong spot.

Welcome to our property! This is a very scenic property, that is rich with history. The Virginia Dale Stage Station is about three miles away and the overland trail has several branches going through here. We are also a fifth generation cattle ranch. We are in Wyoming, on Highway 287 between Fort Collins, CO. and Laramie, Wyoming. We are still building out our property with a General store, and Western Themed Town coming soon. We have campsites for RV’s or Tents. We have an amazing 1000 acres to have your own hiking, wildlife, birdwatching, adventure. We have great hiking and wildlife viewing, marmots, pronghorn, antelope, deer, elk, and an occasional moose. Birds of every feather gather here so bring your binoculars. Hikes include balancing boulders and rock formations. Wonderful stargazing, our stars are so bright it seems like you can reach up and touch them. We are a working ranch and do have livestock. Don’t mess with the bull!Firewood, for $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite. The bags make a great trash bag when empty! Do not bring your own firewood, as we don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds. Due to the high volume of people coming in separate vehicles, after two vehicles per site, its $10.00 per vehicle extra per night. We have portable outhouses available.

Welcome to Big Sky Country with fabulous sunrises and sunsets everyday. My 35 acres sit at 7500 ft elevation with 360-degree views for miles around, including view of the snow-capped Uintas. No neighbors (unless you count the occasional cattle or sheep as it is open range). Starry skies, red cliffs, sage seas, junipers, howling coyotes: the Wild West at its best. Pull in your RV or pitch a tent.
Lots to see and do in the area. The Piedmont ghost town and kilns are 15 minutes away. The majestic Uinta mountains are 30 minutes to the southeast on the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway. Check out the local bison herd (including its famous white bison) at Bear River State Park in Evanston. While there, walk around the Historic Depot Area and the Union Pacific Roundhouse and Railyards further to the west. The downtown stretch along Main St. is step back in time and the site of our local brewery (Suds). Up the road on I-80 is historic Fort Bridger. Fishing available at local reservoirs and Bear River.

The Little Cabin offers a mountainside basecamp, getaway, vacation or a more scenic overnight travel stop to allow you and your fur baby to enjoy some Wyoming open space. A microwave, insta pot, mini fridge and propane grill allow for simple meals to be prepared for inside or outside dining or stop for a meal in any of the communities along your way here. Bring water, cabin is dry and snacks. I do keep some basics in the cabin so if you are traveling grab a meal, snacks and some water, the cabin is stocked with the rest of what you'll need for a night's stay without having to unpack the vehicle. If you're traveling I80, the Little Cabin is a great place to enjoy the sunset or just a peaceful night's sleep after enjoying the Snowy Range Scenic byway in the summer and a possible work around if the interstate is closed in the winter. If you're coming in from Denver/Ft Collins, Co area, Poudre Canyon is a beautiful drive and can take you thru Walden, Co or bring you in on Wyo 10. Feel free to reach out if you have questions on the routes, scenic stops, cut overs or short cuts.
There is Hiking, Fishing, Snow Shoeing, Cross Country skiing, Downhill skiing, (Snowy Range Ski Area) Hot Springs, Mountain Lakes, Plains Lakes, the Big Laramie River, all with in a 5-to-90-mile radius. There is public access, dogs allowed, to the Big Laramie River across the highway where you can fish or walk the public access path that runs alongside it.
Watching the wildlife is an experience of its own. From Chipmunks to deer, we see an assortment. If you enjoy birds and their sounds, you can pick a spot and enjoy. If you are a weather watcher, you may see 3-4 seasons in one day depending on the time of year. It's a great place to snuggle in, read a book, write a book, watch a downloaded movie or just sleep, but disconnect from the chaos and the alerts.

Come spend a relaxing time at the base of one of the mountain foothills in stunning Star Valley, WY with a view over a rippling creek below, ranches spread across the valley floor, and watch the sunrise over the mountains on the other side! As the only camper on our 17 acres surrounded by several larger ranches, you will be overlooking part of the old Oregon Trail in the valley below. Above and around you are a rocky hillside covered with wild berry bushes, many songbirds, and larger wildlife like deer, snowshoe hares, elk, foxes, and coyotes. A moose or bear might even wander by. The hillside rises steeply behind you, turning into more mountains as it climbs out of sight.
It is generally a quiet rural area about 6 miles from a town with gas, groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, camper showers, and other amenities available. There are many trailheads for hiking nearby as well as fishing access to the main river at multiple points across the valley. The Star Valley and Oregon Trail history museums in town provide a fascinating look into the history of this valley. And the largest intermittent spring in the world is a beautiful short hike from a nearby trailhead.
In the summer you'll probably hear Red Winged Blackbirds singing in the willows along the creek below and spot brilliant Western Tanagers flitting among the bushes. Bring your binoculars and some patience and you will likely spot a huge variety of other birds as well! This hillside is tucked in the middle of many working ranches so you might see cowboys ride by on horseback, a herd of cows being moved from one pasture to another, or 4 wheelers moving around depending on the time of year.
This is a boon-docking site with no water, power, or toilet available. Just lots of nature and views! Plan for pack it in/pack it out and help us keep this spot of nature a place where many people can enjoy the peace of time in the mountains. The parking spot its self is a flat graveled pad suitable for rigs up to a 26 feet in length or tent camping. A small sitting area with a pair of chairs is provided for you to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise if you like. There is a gravel lane that comes up the hill from the paved county road below, and then the campsite sits off to the side of that tucked into a corner of the steep hillside. Family lives in a cabin further up the hillside, but out of both sight and earshot from the campsite. Sadly no campfires due to the danger of a wildfire. Camp stoves are just fine.
We love our pets, and yours are welcome! But please keep them on a leash due to the high volume of wildlife in the area, some of which can easily kill a dog.
Verizon phones usually have service in this particular spot, other carriers tend to be hit and miss.
Plan to check in sometime after 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and check out before 11:00 a.m. so we have a little bit of time in between guests to do any mowing or other maintenance to the site area.

We loved staying in this cabin! We stayed for two nights, did some hiking in the Medicine Bow Routt National Forest, but otherwise just enjoyed the scenery and fire pit. The views are spectacular and the cabin itself was warm, clean, comfortable. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect stay. Gorgeous land and surrounding area. Incredibly accommodating, good communicating & totally charming hosts. I camped by the creek and slept better than I have in ages. 11/10. Had coffee off my tailgate watching turkeys & deer mosey by. Will positively visit again. They have tent cabins and teepees and quite a collection of rad old buses. Need to check out restaurant but I heard it’s delicious. Shared bathhouse is a bonus. What a totally cool place in the world. If you’re visiting for the Leather Crafters Tradeshow next year and want a stellar vibes, nature soaked alternative to town hotels, consider staying here, it’s a gorgeous drive into Sheridan every morning. The property is beautiful and spacious. Quiet and peaceful. Elyse and Robert are excellent hosts. When our camper electricity went out, Elyse brought us ice, and Robert actually fixed the camper in about ten minutes! So gracious and kind. We will definitely be back. Hopefully with visits from the animals next time!

Chas's property is incredible! We've stayed 3 times so far and cant wait to come back. Chas and Gail are extremely hospitable and the cabin is exactly how it's described online. Highly reccomend setting an alarm to wake up early in the morning for great stargazing!

Weekend Trip to Buford Canyon
Absolutely top notch stay at South Crow Cabin. Chas was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. If you need a little more space their other property, the Full Moon Cabin, is a great choice. Both are highly recommended!

This is a go to site for us when traveling on I 80. The campsite is always clean, the bathroom is immaculate and it seems miles away from the interstate even though it is conveniently close. We travel with a dog and this is a great place for her to enjoy. Oh, and lest I forget the hosts are wonderful!

The cabin had pretty views from bed, a lovely heater (very thankful for this! Kept us warm even in 30 deg and snowing outside) and was a close drive to state parks! The hosts met us at arrival and were very kind and helpful. Two people and one dog felt tight in the cabin but made for more bonding time. Would recommend!!

What an amazing Hipcamp. We can see why it has so many great reviews. We only wish we had more time in our schedule to stay a few days or a week. Lee Road Campsite was clean, quiet and had amazing views. Chad and Gail were very welcoming.
