A nice big open area between a mountain and the Salt River. You can choose a camp site along the river or at the foot of the mountain. Cottonwood lake and miles of four wheeling trails all around, fishing and hiking. Approximately 10 miles south of Afton Wyoming. [xxxxxxxx] 10 miles south of Afton Wyoming.

Great campsites next to a lovely creek. We kept our van window open to listen to it all night. Also had an amazing thunder and lightning storm to watch. So cool! Friendly host came to greet us right away.

No fire pit, no garbage container, no bathroom, no access to the Salt River which runs the length of the property due to willow overgrowth., not much shade. Property has potential just not there yet at least for tent camping.

Great campsite along a creek. Lots of privacy and beautiful views. Ben was a great host and we can’t wait to return!

This was an Awesome spot!!! Big fire pit with tons of wood and kindling. It's Right next to the river with such a beautiful view. The camp spot well maintained and kept up with. Tons of room for trailer or tents. The portable toilet was clean and in good working order. Lastly, The Host was kind when checking in on us. We will definitely be back and recommend this place. 10/10.

I was able to locate the place easily with my GPS, there is an address posted at the site and the directions provided were clear. I was met upon arrival and offered my choice of locations. I was able to stay right next to the river, there were chairs and benches available along with a very large fire pit. It was quiet and I was able to enjoy sitting by the river. There were some very good suggestions of places to go check out near by, which I did, and they were great.

We enjoyed our visit. Ben and Becky were great hosts. The site was easy to find! The stars were incredible and we were able to take some beautiful Milky Way and meteor shower pictures!
