This campsite is favored for its stunning views, peaceful atmosphere, and convenient location near popular destinations like the Tetons and Yellowstone. While it offers privacy and quiet, some visitors note it's close to a road, which can bring some traffic noise, though earplugs can help with that. The hosts Clay and Sarah are praised for being helpful and communicative, ensuring visitors find their way easily. While there are no lavish amenities, the site provides basics like a table and chairs, making it perfect for self-contained campers.

Great campsite, easy and convenient. Bring earplugs as you are on the road side and would hear some traffic. And the cows and crickets - but that's all part of the experience!

Clay and Sarah are very communicative hosts and gave great directions to the site! Small, private camp spot with a beautiful view, I loved seeing the milky way at night and getting to watch the sun crest the mountains and wake up the whole valley. Only an 1hr35 from the Tetons and the drive is well worth it, with beautiful mountain roads following the Snake River. No amenities really but as a self contained car-camper this was perfect for me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable, quiet, and beautiful spot near the Tetons and Yellowstone!
