I have one site #4 that has water and electric, no septic, There is a hydrant available for water. Please be reasonable, if you need to fill up a large amount please let me know. I now have a PortaPotty on site. I have a shed with electricity if you need to charge cell phones etc, This is my second summer with Hipcamp. I am flexible, please communicate if you have different requirements or needs. If you have a bigger group, reach out. I now have firewood available. Also Grass fed grass finished beef. We have been blessed with this beautiful property and want to share it with others. We have been operating an Airbnb out of the old barn for 5 years now. The barn was the old feed store in Cody and was moved to this property. Buffalo Bill supposedly bought feed from the store. Lovell is known as the Rose Capitol of Wyoming with the climate being perfect for growing roses. The Pryor Mountain Wild Mustangs are just minutes from our place and we almost always see them out there. Starting summer of 2025 we are excited to be partnering with Tangle Ridge Outfitters out of Greybull Wyoming to offer horse trail rides. Ask for how to contact them to schedule your ride. Cody, only 50 miles to the west is a town loaded with history of the old west and features Cody Nite Rodeo every night of the summer from June 1 through August 30 as well as numerous museums and other attractions. Buffalo Bill Museum of the West will keep you busy for a couple of days if you are a museum buff. Just about everyday in the summer, you are likely to see a gunfight on the street in front of the historic Irma Hotel. There is also Old Trail Town, a recreated old west town. Further to the west just 90 miles from here is the East gate of Yellowstone open from the end of May until first of November. Thermopolis with their giant hot springs is just about 100 miles to the south of us. The Bighorn National Recreation is just minutes from Lovell featuring the 3rd Longest Canyon in the United States with breathtaking views of the Reservoir from Devil's Overlook. Further to the east are the Bighorn Mountains where you can frequently see moose, elk, deer and other wildlife. Learn more about this land: Traveling in your RV but don't want a traditional "trailer park"? At the Rafter JB you will be the only trailer here, you will enjoy a large landscaped outdoor space which is shared with an Airbnb rental, but there is plenty of room for privacy. We didn’t get a chance to meet the host but we did meet Suzanne who also lives on site and she is wonderful! She’s a guide in Yellowstone and works in town. We definitely hope to stay here again next time we pass through Cody and hopefully for more than one night!

We had an amazing time at Brenda's place. Brenda and John were hospitable and friendly, giving us advice on where to eat. The location was easy to access and the setting was perfect. The pond and the walking path and fire pit area were meticulously maintained. We hooked up to shore power using a 75' power cable, although we didn't need air conditioning. We will definitely return.

Today we left another awesome hipcamp. It is situated 5 minutes from Cody WY just down the road from the Cheif Joseph Scenic Highway and Yellowstone. Tad was very kind and answered all our questions. The site was everything that was advertised.
