The landowners were super nice. Got me in late.
And helped me get parked in the dark.
They offered some delicious beef for me and 3 my dogs to buy which helped keep the doggies happy. Nice and private. Great communication.
I recommend this spot !

It was a gorgeous property with gorgeous views. The views are definitely unbelievable, and the sunset was gorgeous. However, we brought our two dogs, and I want to mention that the whole area is filled with Foxtails and little burs that love to get stuck in their fur. It was a little cumbersome, getting stuck all over my gear too, but worth it for the gorgeous view. We would hands-down stay here again.
It was a little difficult to get to, I would make sure you ask the house for an official address before going! We got lost a little bit and were able to find the location using the information on the stay.

This site just outside of Cody was quite scenic, and was a secluded as we could have hoped. The 20-25 mph wind all night long was a little bit of an adventure, but our tent held up just fine. There were small burrs everywhere, and I could only recommend to the hosts to try to clear an area for the tent of them, because they were definitely a nuisance taking them out of everything in the morning during our departure. Other than that, it was exactly what we expected, and we absolutely loved the serenity of the area.

Russ's place is great, easy to get to, convenient to Cody, GREAT views of the valley, quiet. Russ met us at the gate to ensure we were all set. Would definitely stay again.
