Daniel’s property was easy to find. The site was gravel, but it was level. Daniel was very accommodating with an adaptor for our 30 Amp camper, as well as a water hookup. The view from our site, overlooking Douglas, was very nice with a beautiful sunset and sunrise.

Daniel & Nikki were fabulous hosts! They were so welcoming and accommodating. It was a very relaxing stay and we had a beautiful view, overlooking grassy hills and having pronghorn come so close to the property. Next time we will bring the motorcycle with so we can experience some of the other adventures in the area. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Place is easy to find and has wide open spaces for setting up camp and viewing the Wyoming scenery and sunset... even spotted a pronghorn prancing across the property early in the morning. Host and hostess very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here passing through the area, but even with the short amount of time there we still got to feel the beauty. We loved seeing the views and different wild life in the morning. Daniel was more than accommodating with us getting in pretty late and helped us set everything up! recommend. Extra recommend if you love cats like me :)

Better than Home Campsite

Daniel and Nikki were exceptional hosts and I took full advantage of their add-on breakfast burrito, lunch, dinner and River Kayak trip add -ons. Given the care, quality, and portions that Daniel and Nikki put into their add-ons - I don't think there is a better value around. My campsite had an awesome overlook with antelope scampering through the sagebrush and spectacular sunsets. I really appreciate that they are limiting the number of guests making it such a more pleasant experience. And there was direct-from the outside access to a real bathroom and shower! On my 7,500-mile road trip, they earn top marks for value, experience, and gracious hospitality.

This was an absolutely stunning place to camp, and the hosts were totally welcoming! The view was amazing, the firepit was great, the site was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The breakfast burrito was literally the best burrito I’ve ever had. The sunset was absolutely stunning and while the skies were clouded over the night we were there, the stargazing would be splendid on a clear night! Can’t recommend them enough, and if you go, tell Kevin the cat I said “pspspsps”, she’s adorable.

The property here was just stunning; beautiful view over the mountains, peaceful environment, and some very friendly cats! We were met when we arrived and the owners showed us around and made us feel right at home. We've been to many campsites, but this is one of our favorites.

Stunning views, a quiet environment, clean shower/bathroom and super-friendly hosts! After seeing other photos in the app, we realized they fell short of how beautiful this campsite really is. The drive in was filled with antelope and we had horse and bird visitors in the morning. It was very quiet despite being just off of the interstate and there were plenty of dining/recreational options nearby. Don’t miss a detour to Ayer’s Park which is about 15 minutes away - breathtaking!

This is a beautiful piece of property. Daniel welcomed us cheerfully. He is an easy going fellow. His cats welcomed us but didn't annoy. We appreciated the tip of where we could dump our RV water for free in town and we did. We’d return if our travels take us in his direction again.

The Hospitality of Nikkie and Daniel was the best part of this quaint spot. And the best takeaway was a majestic Sunset! Took in a trip to Ayres natural Bridge Park. Taking a meal at the Douglas community club restaurant. But don’t trust Google maps to get you there.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location is gorgeous, the site has everything you’d need or want and the hosts are possibly the nicest people I’ve ever met. My spouse and I enjoyed our short stay and hope we can make it back that way in the future!
