IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TENT CAMPING: I don't have any shower or bathroom facilities. The closest place I know of is the Conoco a mile north of my place on Cleveland St. They have a truck stop and I'm told the shower is nice.
There is a chance I won't be on site to greet you, but so far everyone has been incredibly respectful and found some great places to put up a tent. I trust you!

The Redwater Revival Campground joined Hipcamp and was open during the 2020 summer season. Herb met and accommodated many wonderful guests and had a blast doing it.
The red bluff in the background was a very strategic vantage point for early Indigenous Americans for hunting game that roamed the creek bottom.
The rest of this exciting story will have to be heard when you get here.
The Redwater Creek is full of Brown and Rainbow trout. They are sneaky little buggers that can actually hear your footsteps when you are fishing along the bank.
Please make sure that you stay with us for some very restful mesmerizing sleep along our part of the creek at the Redwater Revival Campground.

All of our RV sites are full hookup with 50 or 30amp connections. Every site is a 'back in' but there is plenty of room for maneuverability. Not all hookups are on the 'driver' side, but they are identified as 'passenger or driver' side during the reservation process.

Tower Valley RV Park is a small, newly established park in the center of small-town Hulett, WY. We are walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. All of our RV sites are full hookup with 50 or 30amp connections. Every site is a 'back in' but there is plenty of room for maneuverability. Not all hookups are on the 'driver' side, but they are identified as 'passenger or driver' side during the reservation process.
The park lies along the trout-filled, clean and clear Belle Fourche River, and our guests are welcome to play along the banks, soak up the sun, and play in the cool water. We even have float tubes for sale and kayaks available for rent. Ask us about our guided kayak tour.
Next door is the unique and fun Tower Valley Station, a small-town gas station and convenience store with a surprisingly wide array of food, drinks, supplies for your camping adventure and of course top tier Sinclair fuels.

Our stay at Melissa’s Hipcamp site was incredible! The cabins were so nice and cozy, and the outdoor kitchen and shower were great. The property is beautiful and we were so happy we got to stay there on our road trip. I only wish we could have been there for longer!! We will definitely be coming back!

The privacy on Calvin and Kay’s land is exactly what we were looking for. Also, being able to have a campfire was a must. The communication with them was quick and helpful. We did see some mule deer one morning which was a nice surprise! Being so close to Deadwood was a bonus. Enjoyed our two night stay!

It is a quiet place to camp with a nice view. The owner is pleasant to talk with. If you blink you miss the drive which is kind of steep. Someday he will have the septic completed and it will be full hookup at some of his rv sites. Pleasantly located on the side of Sundance.

We reserved the camper site for a long weekend in September and loved our site. They are right near the entrance to Spearfish canyon and it is beautiful there. June was super responsive to all of our questions which was great. It is very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The site is concrete and there is water hookup which we loved. We have a 26ft camper and recommend backing the camper in for the smoothest transition. If we decide to come back to the Black Hills we would stay here again.

Just off I-90 in Sundance, Wyoming. 30 minutes from Devil’s Tower and close to Rapid City. Nestled back in the hills, with electricity, but no water or toilet. However, this wasn’t a problem since we had our own. We received good directions and had no trouble finding the place. There is a nice, long driveway to walk with no traffic. We never met the host, but had a nice stay.

Great base camp for exploring Devil’s Tower! We stayed overnight and explored the tower the following day. We stayed up top where there was electrical available. We were in a big field which our dogs loved. The tent sites down below looked lovely. Nice trees all around. We were very happy to arrive, as it was late & we were exhausted! Thank you, Victoria!

Camp Barlow was perfect! Nice area with plenty of space at each camp spot. Not your ordinary porta potty! Stocked with TP and paper towels and water was a nice surprise. Several deer came around, we heard turkeys in the area and in the early morning hour we were serenaded by a what I assume were coyotes. Felt safe and the view was beautiful.

Devil’s Tower National Monument is a sky high western icon that now serves as a killer backdrop for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore the nation’s first national monument on the Joyner Ridge Trail, take in the beauty of the surrounding black hills, and perhaps spy the nesting prairie falcons. An easy way to see all sides of an iconic place
Beautiful, so interesting, with a well-maintained trail that travels 360 degrees around the landmark. Cool educational signage. Tip: arrive as early as possible for nearby parking (and, in the summer, to beat the heat!). Happy also to be able to use our NP Annual Pass for accessing the park.

Go back before sunset!
Great stop to see one of the largest examples of this type of geology in the world, also known as Bear Lodge. We enjoyed the trail (non-accessible) closest to the tower and got there about an hour before sunset. Not many people at that point!

Interesting to see. The trail that surrounds it was not fully open but the part you're able to hike is worth it. Make sure you read the information along the path and stop at the Visitor Center.

We visited Belle Fourche Campground in October 2019, the high was around ~50F and the low around ~35F. This is a first come, first served campground (No advance reservations available). It looked like about half of the sites were occupied for the night.
The campground is well maintained, and has flush toilets. Each site has a view of the tower, picnic table, and fire pit. (The fire pits were out of commission during our visit due to wild fire concerns.)

We camped here in early October, low temps around 35F at night. Many campsites were available when we arrived in the evening.
The campground is in a beautiful location, with views of Devils Tower from all of the campsites. We saw tons of deer, turkeys, and prairie dogs in the park. Fires were not allowed when we camped here.

Though there are quite a lot of sites here you still have a decent amount of space - it was sold out but didn't feel crowded. I had planned on staying one night but stretched it out to two so I could hike all of the trails around the tower. The main trails are accessible from the site and you get to pass through a prairie dog town! An amazing place to see and stay.
