Learn more about this land: Shawn has been a nurse for 20+ years and understands the importance of a clean environment.  Take a step back in time. Imagine yourself as an original Homesteader in this early 1900's cabin. But with modern convinces. 5 minutes from Gardiner, Montana - The North Entrance to Yellowstone & Yellowstone Hot Springs. We provide delicious well water! Little Trail Creek runs thru the property. There are two rooms in the cabin. Dining table, kitchen supply hutch & wood stove in the main room.Two queen beds, a small cot in the bedroom. There is one chandelier and 1 outlet in each room. There is one extra cabin with one queen bed available for an additional fee. It is 4 feet from the homestead. It is only available for use by guests of the homestead cabin, so it is private. There is a gorgeous new shower house built in 2023. It provides a large walk in shower, vanity and sink, outlet and standard flush toilet.   Candles, oil lanterns, propane for the BBQ grill, campfire ring, camp chairs, wood stove, towels, hot springs & river towels, bedding, pots, pans, utensils, basic camp supplies are all included! There is a separate shack with an electrical outlet, toaster oven, electric coffee pot, percolator, a single electric burner for the cooking supplies. There are 3 other rentals on this property. Each cabin has 1 - 1.5 acres of private use and are generously spaced out.The Homestead cabin is bordered by Little Trail Creek and the house pasture. There are 5 horses on site.  Absorkee Wilderness is in the back yard with thousands of miles of hiking trails. This is a Glamping experience. There my be wildlife - including bears, elk, deer, bugs or field mice at anytime. We have tried to preserve the Homestead cabin as much as possible to its original state. There are elk, deer, birds and other native wildlife on the property daily.

The spots are close together and they are directly next to our concert venue within earshot of the live music likely happening right next door. Music ends around 11pm. Every stay comes with two tickets to that evening's show each night of your stay. (Seriously. And you don't even have to contact us to confirm this. You 100% get 2 tickets for each show.) The Range Riders is a rustic Airbnb lodging option for people who don’t mind communal bathrooms, creaking floors, and thin walls. It is a beautiful building with a lot of history and charm that shows it's age. Range Rider Accommodations Located in the town of Silver Gate, just outside the Northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park, sits the historic Range Rider Lodge. Construction began on the Range Rider in 1937 after the magnificent Beartooth Highway was completed. Whole logs were brought in from the surrounding forests and oil paintings depicting beautiful mountain scenes were commissioned to line the banisters of the second floor. The Range Rider was originally constructed to be an “indoor playground” for all of the tourists coming over the Beartooth Highway. Since its opening, the Range Rider, originally called the Gorham Chalet, has seen many wild times and brought a lot of entertainment to a small mountain community. Ernest Hemingway even used to frequent the bar and write. The original logs still stand and the Range Rider still possesses all of the magic that it has had since the day it opened. Over the years not much has changed, just enough so that people can continue to enjoy the Range Rider as so many have been able to in the past. Rooms in the Range Rider are available to be rented for nightly rentals. Rooms with one double bed start at $99.00/night and rooms with two double beds start at $184.00/night (these prices do not include tax). There are 5 communal restrooms; among them are 2 men’s showers and two women’s showers and two men’s restrooms and 2 women’s restrooms. The Range Rider is a rustic lodging option for people who don’t mind communal bathrooms, creaking floors, and thin walls. It is a beautiful building with a lot of history and charm but its age shows. The Range Rider Lodge is not for people looking for a luxury lodging option. It offers the bare minimum for your stay; the beds are comfortable and made with fresh linens and towels are provided for the bathrooms. The rooms are simple with just a bed and a table furnishing each room. The building warms up during the day but cools off at night depending on the outside temperature; to combat this we provide small space heaters in each bedroom.

The ranch is located just outside of Livingston and offers beautiful open vistas of the Paradise Valley. The tan barn spot was big, flat and quiet and the owner offered us electricity, water, and a bathroom. All these were right by where we parked. All in all a great place to stay.

Amazing site! Very private, pull through that has plenty of woods to block the road (rarely saw any cars). Beautiful spot in the woods with a wonderful fireplace. Close to Chico hot springs but far enough away to think you’re the only ones out in the woods. Would definitely stay here again!

My little dog and I absolutely loved our stay at Yellowstone Holiday. Our cabin was super cozy with a little heater to keep us warm. During the day, we enjoyed the lakeside walks. I was able to do a load of laundry & take a nice hot shower. The staff were warm, kind, friendly, and helpful, and Penny loved stopping by for treats. I would absolutely stay here again.

A great RV park with good amenities, clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and a level site. John, the camp host, couldn't have been nicer. We were visiting Yellowstone National Park and the drive to the park from Livingston was longer than we would have liked - 63 miles. That's our fault for not checking distances. Osens has a fenced dog park which satisfied the "zoomies" of our two golden retrievers.

I have such a great time at the V20 camp spot at Jammin Jackalope! I have stayed there several times (sometimes in a cabin) for concerts at Pine Creek Lodge. This is a relatively quiet spot after the show, more private than other spots. There is quite a bit of light coming from Pine Creek shining on this campsite which is probably good for security but might be a downside if you prefer complete darkness. Colter is super helpful and frequently goes out of his way to make sure your stay is optimal. Close to town, lots of river access in the area, hot springs, places to explore, etc. during the day before concert time!

Nestled on 60 acres you'll find a private campground in a cottonwood grove just across a log bridge over Miner creek. Across the gravel driveway you'll find a second campground that is tucked back in a secluded cottonwood grove, and further down the driveway, you'll find the 3rd campsite. The campgrounds are 5 minutes to the charming historic downtown of Livingston and the Yellowstone River, 20 minutes to Bozeman, 20 mins to Pine Creek Lodge and an hour to Yellowstone National Park. Dogs are welcome, as long as they are friendly to other dogs. Our dogs freely roam the property. **All sites share an outhouse located in the parking area by the trail to camp #2. It is only onsite from May 15 to Oct 15. #1: "Creekside Oasis" campsite has a picnic table, fire ring, a hammock, solar lighting, and a small portable charcoal grill. Although you can car camp at # 1, please note that the camper spot is just off the gravel driveway, and not across the creek where the tent site, picnic table and fire pit are located. #2: "Off the Beaten Path" campsite requires a short 1-2 minute walk on a tight, uneven path through the trees. It is a small campsite with a fire ring, 2 camp chairs and solar lighting. Do NOT rent this tent site if you need to be close to your car. This site is not on the creek. Creek access is down a trail to the left off the parking area. #3: "Not for the Faint of Heart" campsite is a 2-3 minute walk from the parking spot on an uneven, tight trail through the trees. It has a fire ring, two camp chairs, solar lighting, and a small portable grill. Do NOT rent this tent site unless you are ready to explore and do not need to be close to your car. Make sure you arrive before dark because although the trail is lit by solar lights even with headlamps it can be tricky to find your way through the trees. Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. The creek is not right by the tent site like it is in campsite #1. There is a small break in the bushes that gives creek access. *For all sites we recommend storing your food in your vehicle overnight. *For all sites you need to bring your own firewood and charcoal.

We are a horse boarding ranch south of Livingston that caters to people traveling with horses or other people traveling and camping. We have an outdoor arena, indoor arena, a bathroom, a shower, barn stalls, barn stalls with runs and paddock areas for horses. Leashed dogs are welcome, but we ask that you clean up after your dog so another camper doesn't have the misfortune of stepping in it. We are located exactly 2 miles from the interstate south of the lovely town of Livingston. We will not allow large party gatherings for local concerts. Learn more about this land: Quiet, private place with views of the Crazy mountains and the Absaroka mountains south of Livingston that caters to overnight people camping with their horses.  We are allowing people to stay without horses. There is plenty of room for larger rigs. Electricity may be available depending on availability and the area you chose to camp in. We are 2 miles exactly from the interstate south of Livingston and 50 miles from Yellowstone Park. There is a bathroom with a sink and toilet along with a separate shower for usage by guests. We have a playground open for use by our guests. There is a Keurig if you bring K cups to use, and also a microwave. Our place is close to shopping, restaurants, and fuel stations. We are also less than a half mile from the Yellowstone River. Horses can be boarded for $25 a night per horse.
