The gnome home was exactly as described: cute, small, and with wonderful views. What was not described was how comfortable and homey the spot is. A must stay the next time I’m in the area!!

Our stay was perfect! Everything was as it was described, our host was so helpful, even making a binder of local things to do, restaurants with portions of menus included, and our host was easily accessible and prompt to answering my chats with any questions! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a step up from tenting, and the sunset is unreal here! Our host even had a small bag of snacks and a couple water bottles in the Gnome Home for us too, how sweet!

I surprised my guy for our stay at the Chicory Gnome Home and what a fun surprise! The tiny house was perfect for our 1 night stay before heading to Yellowstone. Checkin was easy-peasy and Sheila is very responsive to questions. The animals were very polite for our intrusion on their property. The sunset and sunrise were gorgeous with mountains surrounding the area. Convenient location to the North Entrance. Would love to come back next summer!

Sheila was the kindest host we could have asked for. The door is as small as listed, but it feels quite roomy once you’re inside. The property was beautiful and full of life. Directions were clear and check-in was very simple. Sheila was especially considerate for a cold and windy night. Would stay again!

I loved the little gnome home. It was a fun place to stay. Shelia was a great host. She had given us advice of where to go in Yellowstone. She had also made my son and I a pancake breakfast after we completed a task that she asked of us. I highly recommend this little home. Thank you.

A friend of mine and I stopped by on our way across country and John and Sheila’s Gome Home was absolutely a highlight! Their property is not only absolutely beautiful with lots of cute and friendly animals roaming around but also conveniently located next to Yellowstone National Park and the nearby town. Will be visiting again on our next time through the area.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Gnome Home. Sheila was great! I loved feeding the goats and chickens. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The porta-potty was clean and well stocked. If I find myself in the area I'd likely stop again.

Sheila’s “Gnome Home” was perfect for my glamping needs. It’s a convenient base camp into Yellowstone. The cabin was comfortable, the chickens, goats, horses, and Shetland Ponies were fun, and Sheila’s breakfast + conversations were just what my souls needed.
I’d highly recommend the Gnome Home!

My wife's highlight of the trip to Yellowstone was staying at this beautiful Camp Chicory! We did one night with tent camping and another night in one of few cute cottages. My wife especially enjoyed the breakfast option and my son the goat feeding. We can't say enough great thing about this place. Waking up to that mountain view and the crisp sunshine in the morning is just amazing. I would be there right now if I can.

Beautiful location, definitely should have checked the night time weather beforehand as it was very chilly in our sleeping bags. Once prepared with toe and hand warmers we were very happy campers! The farm animals are adorable and super loving. A perfect Montana trip!

Great place to stopover for the night! Cute bunkhouse complete with animals surrounding ( chickens and goats) . Port a potty was clean and easily accessible from bunkhouse. I never met the host but it was clear they were available if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Last minute decided we didn’t want to find dispersed camping and maybe get eaten by bears so we were able to instant book the Gnome Home at like 6pm and arrive that night! I had ordered the feed for the animals and it was waiting for us inside. SERIOUSLY worth the $2 per cup that was the highlight of our trip so far, the animals are so friendly and love the attention and it’s just hilarious and fun. The gnome home itself was adorable and cozy and just what we needed. There were a couple of other folks with tents on the open property so it’s not secluded I’d say but it’s beautiful!

Camp Chicory had stunning views and everything was exactly as Sheila described. The water tasted incredible! Convenient location to Yellowstone as well as other local amenities. The tail end of our stay had a cold front come through so the wind was strong - make sure you have a sturdy tent and stakes! Will definitely come back :)
