Perfect setup, right in town, easy access to all the lakes and town shops/restaurants. Potbelly and The Tavern were really cool spots for food & drinks.. Easy pull in & out, highly recommend.

Terrific site in a beautiful community. It really was lovely and shady and quiet. There was a camper next to us and the property was inhabited by family members of the owners. Even still, the space was quiet and comfortable. A true retreat to beat the heat. Thank you!

Did not care for site #2 at this location. It was not peaceful, was not quiet. This site is just a few feet from a very dusty road where many cars drive up and down all day long and all evening to their residence or to town. Our vehicle was covered in dust and we could not open our camper windows because of all the dust.
The pictures provided on this booking are not accurate. This site has no shade after 11am for the entire day and evening.
During our stay the owner decided to mow on a Saturday their yard. We are sitting right at the site outside eating while he is on a rider mower going around mowing. Creating a ton of dust and grass and grass smells. It was the worst. Mow on a weekday when no one is camped there would have been a wise decision.
The site was overpriced to have to put up with all this.

We were greeted by a family of 4 deer in the Aspen grove outside our site. This was followed by the cool summer evening making a enjoyable and restful stay.

We loved camping on Kim’s property. It was beautiful and quiet. Close enough to the lakes, but away from the crowded campgrounds. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Me, my wife and our 2 dogs loved our time here! The views were picture perfect, and the location was quiet and peaceful. Lots of great walking roads and fun places to explore nearby!

We car camped at Kim's lot and it was perfect! The directions were easy and is close to many popular areas in North Central Colorado. She also had great communication. Highly recommend Kim's place!!
