Our place is private and vast! Beautiful mountains 360 views in every direction! The celestial activity is amazing without city lights too:) We have a nice bar and restaurant only a mile away, "The Forks Mercantile and Saloon!" We also offer farm-to-table items, so just ask! NO toilets or showers are provided! Self contained vehicles only. We do have an artesian well to fill with. RV PARKING: 4 sites! Sites 1, 2 and 4 allow pets and kids. Water hook ups in site 4. Site 5 has shade from 6:30 pm on., but can only be booked without kids or pets. Yes, you can group 1-2 for larger bookings. All sites are 75 yards or more apart! Each site has a table, fire-pit, and chairs. All rigs welcome! (No showers or toilets.) We are strict on arrival time, please be here before 8:00PM no later. 4:00, no earlier. We will not place you after dark on our land. Check out is before 10 a.m. You can book a fishing tour with professional guides down the Poudre, or simply just set up on our property. You can also visit two horseback-riding stables close by if you want a trail ride. Yes, we have waterfalls 3 miles down the road. All info provided when you arrive and meet. We’ll have a packet with lots of info for you upon arrival. We love to share our land, the wildlife and birds are beautiful each day! Our hope is that at the end of the day, your hands and feet should be dirty, your hair a royal mess, and your soul singing!This site is very private and spacious and perfect for dogs and kids. There’s just a few yards you have to walk to get to the dog walking area. NO tent or car camping please. It also has a picnic table, chairs, and fire pit. There is a community corn hole board near it with a swing. Be self-contained or bring your own lugaloo. No facilities provided! There is no shade—feel free to bring a canopy! The celestial activity in the evening is phenomenal!

Please face your generator away from the camper near you or any structure as it "reverberates" off of anything standing. If there is someone else staying the same evening, please be courteous. We have well water to share from our own artesian well (Hydrant nearby) Bring suitable boots or hiking shoes as our land has a few cactus and yucca. Well water hook ups on sites 4, 5, and 6 only. Generators are allowed in sites 1-5 only.

Firewood provided, firepit, private. YOU MUST bring your own fire extinguisher to have a fire pit at night. NO EXCEPTIONS. Wood $15.00 a bundle. NO WOOD brought from outside onto our property please. We provide. You may pay through Venmo: @kmcastranova last four 1872
Pets allowed
On leash. On immediate property, pets must be kept on leash at all times. No pets allowed in sites 7 and 8. Yes, there are places for your dogs to run off leash and we'll show you where those acres are! Pets in sites 1-5 only.
No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets
The toilets (2) in barn are mostly for tent campers! The RV sites 1-5 are for self-contained vehicles; fifth wheels, Euros, Vans, travel trailers, class A’s and C’s, or motor homes only.
Drinking water available
Pump or well. Well water, Artesian well on property!

Trash bin. We have a 3 cubic foot dumpster if you need it.

WIFI is satellite, and goes in and out on some sites. Works best on 3, 4, 5 and 7 sites.

No showers
There is a hot shower on demand in the barn called a Joolca. It's awesome. (Even though the barn has a dirt floor, we have it incased in a Joolca tent which has matt to stand on.:) Towels, shampoo, soaps are provided for $5.00 (reserve ahead) this is for shower only! Toilets also have fee of $5.00 but are mainly for tent campers! The money goes to laundry detergent, soap, plastic bags, TT, and propane.

Driveway is leveled and has gravel, sites are on pasture land, mowed and level. Sites are very large but if you want to set up a camp next to an RV there’s an extra charge of $30 to do this. (set up a tent for more people)
