Just had my second stay here and was just as amazing as the first. Crystal is an awesome host! My and my friend did decide to go camp here late this season, so we had to battle a little bit of weather. But we came prepared and did not have any issues. The property is very well maintained and peaceful, and only about 1 mile from the entrance to the park, which made it easy for me and my friend to get to our day hikes. I will keep coming back to this place until the day it is not possible. Heavily to recommend to everybody.

Great site with easy access to Mt Rainier National Park. Super clean portopotty. Open area allowed for great star viewing and the children loved exploring around the trees and stream. Increased traffic into MRNP means more road noise than when I stayed here a few years ago and the line waiting to get into the park backs up past the entrance.

Wilderness Path Corner Camp
This site was a great launching point into Mount Rainier National Park-- a short 1 mile drive away. The surroundings were very quiet (save for some road noise which mostly disappeared at night) and overall we had a pleasant visit. During the last night of our visit, we were woken up in the early morning by the sound of a large predator devouring some live prey. Be sure to bring bear spray and take proper precautions, since the site borders protected territory!

Pros: location is super close to the park entrance. Nice large spot with basically full hook ups.
Cons: no cell service which made it difficult to research hikes and directions. Literally no water pressure.

We had a great stay at the RV Site at Wilderness Path Campground. Lucky for us, we had the whole place to ourselves for 4 days / 5 nights. The grounds are beautiful and all the cool buildings on the property are of log/timber construction.
Being right near the road wasn't a problem as we spent most of our time in the park. The road noise started with an occasional car around 5:30am, but wasn't bad inside the camper and there isn't any traffic past 9pm, so nights are super quiet.
Only one mile to the park entrance was great. There was traffic to get into the park only one morning, but it took an hour to go that one mile. In the other direction a couple miles was a great place to eat called Copper Creak Inn and Restaurant.
The RV site has several entrances so is a little confusing upon arrival, but basically the whole corner from the RV Site sign on the tree to the fire pit and road is all one site. The old RV parked close by actually provides privacy between the RV Site and the next tent site in the adjoining field.
All in all a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The creek camp is a great spot tucked in the corner. Minimal road noise. Great attention to detail. Nice added bonus to have trash and recycling. Porta potty was clean.
Enjoyed getting some photos of the artsy Photo Booth in the woods.

Awesome place to stay! The land is wonderfully kept and the space is beautiful. Really enjoyed sleeping here for a trip to Rainier, easy drive to the gates :)

Wilderness Path Field camp site 1
Crystal’s sites were terrific. Clean, maintained toilets and the variety there between a field, wooded, etc was great for our group who booked a few of them. Crystal is friendly and takes good care of the place. She was lovely to chat with. Having two toddlers it was great having space to roam and play without worrying about traffic or lots of people. Thank you Crystal!

My campsite was plenty private with trees and vegetation around it. It had water from a water hose, table and chairs, and a trashcan. Crystal also left citronella candles on the table in case I needed them. The port-a-pottie was nice and close, and it's probably the cleanest port-a-pottie I've ever been in :) Crystal also had hand sanitizer, lotion, extra citronella candles, and bug spray outside the port-a-pottie for our use. The other sites looked nice too.

We had a great stay here! The whole property was well maintained and the porta potty's were clean. We felt very safe leaving our campsite to explore the area and a train ride. Crystal and her staff/friends were very helpful and amazing. This site is next to the road and noisy during the day from mountain traffic but it slows down a lot after it gets dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Best location if you're going to Mt Rainier! It's only a 5 minute drive from the Nisqually entrance and only a 30 minute drive to Paradise. It is near the main road into Mt Rainier so there is a bit of road noise so just be prepared for that. Stayed at the Creek Camp which was super cute and cozy! Had fairly good privacy too. Bathroom was a porta poty which was kept clean and hand sanitizer was supplied. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're planning a visit to Mt Rainier!

Nice RV site. We thought we would have water and electric only, but the site also has a grey water dump. It was so nice to be able to wash dishes and take showers without worrying about water use! Site is well shaded throughout the day and very spacious. The adults loved it because it was quiet and no other campers near by...our kids on the other hand, prefer the chaos of KOAs. The mosquitos are plentiful so don't forget to bring bug spray, but if you forget the host has complimentary citronella candles and bug spray available. Being so close to the park entrance made it a perfect spot for our Mt Rainier trip.

A great little tent site less than a mile outside of the park! Plenty of room for our car and tent. Had a nice little fire pit and plenty of access to wood on site which was great. One random thing to note, there is a family of birds up in the top of the shelter at this site! (7/26/24) just something to be aware of :) definitely would return!

This was my first booking on Hipcamp and I had a great experience. The driving directions were crystal clear, which was nice since I arrived after it was pretty dark. The space had everything I needed and the porta-potty was the cleanest I've ever seen, every time I used it over three nights. I know from experience that this location is two minutes from the park entrance without traffic and 90 minutes when traffic is backed up to the site!

Great campsites just outside the park, it's been my go to 3 years in a row now and a great place to unwind after tackling Mount Rainier. We even found relief in soaking our tired feet in the cold stream that runs through the property. Crystal is a very accommodating host and I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for a spot near the park!

Wilderness Path Corner Camp
If you are doing the paradise corridor at mount rainier this is the place to be! What feels like just steps outside the park. Corner camp was spacious, fire pit was on the smaller side but it was still fine. We had chairs and a table provided which was awesome. We did have about 6 raccoons fighting in our site so just take extra steps to ensure there’s no food or garbage left out

We went tent camping at the creek campsite; overall it was a pleasant experience. Crystal was quick to respond and gave instructions on how to get to the site.
The site itself was clean and aesthetic. The scenery around the site made it seem like we were in complete wilderness. When we first arrived the porta potty was definitely used, but still clean. The next day there was a new porta potty.
