We have an acre of land with an orchard, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, tons of flowers and peace and quiet except for some traffic on Veazie Cumberland Rd. There is a tree farm across the street from the campsite and a blueberry farm across Veazie. Picking time for blueberries is end of July into August. Deep lake is four miles from our house as well as Kanaskit State Park with a river. Mt Rainier is about 45 minutes away. Mt Peak, 1000 ft hike, is 4 miles toward Enumclaw from us.

Grit & Grace is a 2 acre property with a manufactured home and shop on site. It is very peaceful and quiet! Forested areas surround the property and you may often spot a deer roaming the property. It is a perfect spot to park your RV for a night or two.
Mt. Rainier and Crystal Mountain Ski Resort are close by. The White River Amphitheater is a great concert venue and is a 7 minute drive! The quaint city of Enumclaw offers nice dining, shopping and outdoor venues to sip wine or beer. There are several state parks and rivers near by as well. You will love your stay at Grit & Grace.

I live here with my partner Khohay who now takes care of his family farm which used to be his late aunts Soma Institute of Structural Integration School (now ran by his brother on Whidbey Island).

-There is a communal bunkhouse on property available to guests with a flushable toilet and a hot water shower. It also includes a kitchenette and we welcome you to use any of the kitchen/cookware and appliances. Our 2 French Bulldogs also stay in this building but they love humans and all the attention you can give them!
-We have a wellness yurt with well equipped gym that is available to use as an add-on.
-There is an infrared sauna that can sit up to 3 people located next to the yurt accompanied by a cold plunge as an add-on.
-You are welcome to wander around the entire property and grab fruit daily from the trees when in season or have us get you farm fresh eggs from the coop to eat for breakfast.
-Say hello to the animals (sheep, goats, chickens, piggy, cats and dogs) or go for a walk/run around the countryside roads with walking/running/biking adventures available to you along the beautiful and paved Foothills Trail extending 21 miles from Buckley to Puyallup.
-Communal fire pit areas with picnic table and chairs available when fire ban is not in effect. There is one close to the communal kitchen area, one closer to the field by the barn, and we have a moveable metal one which we can transport to your camp spot if preferred. We sell a milkcrate full of wood for $10 if needed.
-WIFI is available closer to the communal area.

2 miles from downtown Buckley with Blue Max Meats and the Rainier Fresh Country Store for a quick trip down the road for groceries and less than 15 minute drive to Enumclaw with more restaurant options available and Bonney Lake also 15 minutes away with Costco, Fred Meyers etc.

This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September, 2026. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking.
The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also two picnic tables. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME: 2:00-5:00 P.M.
Our rate is $85 per night.

10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. During the spring and summer there are (sometimes) cows, (always) cats, chickens, ducks, and three working dogs on the property. Hollow Tree Campsite is private, located on the far side of the pasture, next to a seasonal creek (dry in the summer). Jake's Corner is more open and located on the westside of the pasture. For those wanting hookups to a water hose or electricty, Barn Camp is an excellent option. A little about Orting - Nestled in the foothills of Mt Rainier between the Puyallup and Carbon Rivers, Orting is a quaint Turn-of-the-Century village that you will not forget.
The town center is anchored by three parks filled with giant maples and evergreens. You will be awed by the view of Mt. Rainier from Washington Avenue.
The levees on the east and west sides of town are perfect for hikes along the rivers. The 20 mile Foothills Trail meanders right through the middle of town and then takes you along the Carbon River levee. Bike, walk, take the stroller and the family pet. Enjoy the turn-of-the-century architecture of downtown and eat at one of the 15 restaurants.
If your timing is right you can take part in the Daffodil festival and parade the first Saturday of April. The Kingsmen Car show comes to town the third Saturday in June. Then there is the Pumpkin festival the second weekend of October. Finally the year is capped off with the Christmas festival throughout December. Then there are the many foot and bike races that take place on the foothills trail throughout the year.

Our friendly herd of five horses & four goats roam freely within the fenced area, adding to the enchanting atmosphere. They're always eager to greet visitors and may even offer a helping hoof as you set up camp or simply relax under the shade of a tree.
Whether you prefer to unwind with a good book beside the babbling stream, take a stroll through the woods, or simply soak in the serene ambiance of nature, Elysian Retreat offers endless opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Parking is available within the securely locked pasture, ensuring easy access to your vehicle throughout your stay. In rare instances of excess rain, alternative parking arrangements will be made to ensure your safety and convenience.
Portable Fire Pits are available for rent in our extras along with Firewood Bundles and 1 dozen eggs(supply dependant). Fire pits also need to be returned to their pickup location.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood with expansive territorial views of Puget Sound. Both sites are semi private , with 30amp RV outlets, sewage, and water spigots with hose. This space is ideal for a sprinter van or a small RV.
The neighborhood is low traffic for walking with fantastic Salish sea views, and a beach. Redondo boardwalk, aquarium, and beach is a short drive away for easy water access. A Starbucks, Grocery Store, Laundromat, and gym are a 1 mile, quick bike ride or drive away. The Pacific Bonsai Museum is 6 miles away, and a free experience that most visitors find surprisingly interesting. Sea-Tac Airport is 23 minutes away without traffic.
I strive to live and promote a peaceful and inclusive space. Good Karma and good vibes are welcome.
I work as a metal artist out of my garage studio. Welding is not noisy but, grinding and cutting can be. I limit it to 9-6, but can easily shift to other quiet tasks if you ask.

We took our toddler on her first camping trip and we had a great time at Cedar Crossing (RV site). The added firewood option was a nice touch by the hosts. Additionally, Brittany provided helpful information to find the site and approved our request for an early check in. Overall, we were happy to have a successful 1-night trip with a toddler. Would be happy to stay here again.

Loved the location and privacy of the RV space! We are local to MV but are testing out our new camper and it was amazing to be so close to home and feel so far away. Host had firewood onsite and Venmo pay made it really easy to enjoy a fire without lugging in the extra wood. Very quiet. Very relaxing, will do again!

Cool little cabin! Exactly as pictured, nothing like waking up to a local playing violin across the lake, and looking into the water off the dock and seeing all the fish swimming around, will definitely book again but next time I’m gonna bring a little fishing pole!

Steve’s location is perfect! The neighborhood was easy to get to and very quiet with stunning gardens everywhere. We had full hookups. Steve is very friendly we had fun conversations. He was really helpful with the information about the area. The area has a train stop near by. The little rail took us to Seattle and back easy and very reasonable . We spent 4 lovely nights. We would love to return someday! The train ride was 50 minutes to Seattle. Very comfortable.

Todd was very friendly and helpful. he loaned me an electrical adaptor because mine was the wrong one. He was (apparently is ALWAYS) very busy, but took time to give us a tour. We will stop here again.

This was my second trip to the farm and while I was just there for a short one night stint, it was exactly what I needed! The property is so peaceful and easy to find a corner to tuck away into if that’s what you’re looking for or you can be in the common area if you want more activity. I enjoyed just kicking back and watching the sheep and goats meander around the property for the evening. The next morning I got an early start and hit up Anchorhouse coffee on my way out of town, highly recommend! I will keep coming here as long as Jenel & Khohay are welcoming visitors to their wonderful property.

I’ve stayed at different sites at Cedar River Retreat on several occasions and enjoyed my stay every single time.
Brittany is a pro and seems to just know how to make our stay comfy and homey. Everything is obviously well thought out, from the great value extras available, to her responsiveness; we feel at ease and relaxed. Not common for a property just 45 minutes from Seattle. Oh, and the cabin has a new little handy pump (?) sink next to the composting toilet! The firewood available for purchase on site, the other amenities, and the useful extras available for purchase, have us looking forward to our next Cedar River Retreat always. Thanks, Brittany!
