Originally part of Blake Farm, built in the 1930's. Blake Farm was subdivided into 5 acres farmettes in the 1990's. The original farmhouse is next door, now known as Agape Farms. The forest has reclaimed much of the original Blake Farm land. Visit over 4 acres of available land, from the pastures, to the wooded creek, or the very back edge of the farm abutting deep woods. Spend relaxing time petting the Nigerian Dwarf goats, Rhode Island Red chickens, and the super-friendly livestock guard dogs (Thomasina, Bucky, and Sarge). We are also located adjacent to Agape Farms, with its horses, ducks, and chickens. All this in horse country just minutes from I-95 and an hour from Washington, DC or Richmond, VA.

It is accessible via a somewhat narrow pathway and will take a little bit of maneuvering to get into. The RV in the pictures is a 33 footer. Site cannot easily accommodate RV's over 35 feet without risk of being out-of-level.

Stop by for a quiet and easy parking spot while you are passing by on I-95. Price is set low and intended as an alternative to the Walmart or Cracker Barrel parking lots. If you give me some heads up, I can probably run you a 15A extension cord, take waste water (for a fee), and provide some fresh water. The extra services strongly depend on what else is happening on the farm, so be sure to ask the host up-front.

RV hookups are located at the Barn, so you will be located near to animals and daily chores. Spend relaxing time petting the Nigerian Dwarf goats, Rhode Island Red chickens, and the super-friendly livestock guard dogs (Thomasina, Bucky, and Sarge). We are also located adjacent to Agape Farms, with its horses, ducks, and chickens. All this in horse country just minutes from I-95 and an hour from Washington, DC or Richmond, VA. We can always accommodate your RV with 30 amps and cool crisp water.

Rodney was an excellent host. A beautiful piece of property. Very peaceful, especially at night falling asleep to the sound of the crickets. We definitely will be revisiting in the near future.

Weekend Getaway

Farmside Tiny Home Experience

Rodney and Tara have a beautiful piece of property out in the country and were very hospitable. My brother and I stayed in their tiny house for a weekend of golfing. It was comfortable and had everything one would need for their visit. We did not take advantage of visiting their farm animals, but wish we had. The mini-split unit kept the temperature stable and comfy. If you're passing through or looking for a relaxing weekend, check out Rodney and Tara's property.

Rodney was an amazing and accommodating host. He went above and beyond to help us get settled and troubleshoot our RV issues. Had lots of fire wood ready and available for use. Can't say enough good things about the man and what he did for us. He has a beautiful farm with some amazing working dogs. If you want somewhere chill to stay then this is the place to go. Super friendly and a great area to stay.

This place is GREAT! Rodney is always so helpful. We love it here! We highly recommend and will always come back when we need RV hook ups in Fredericksburg, VA. This time we visited, we didn’t get to interact with the animals sadly since it was freezing and I don’t like the cold, we will try again during another reservation. This was a cozy snowy visit. Oh I did say hi to the doggies in and out though.
