You will have access to camp on a beautiful property with the back 5 acres consisting of a micro vineyard, a few hobby farm animals - Turkeys at the moment and a peaceful landscape for your enjoyment. You remain close to all the area has to offer but are tucked away in a nice Northern Virginia hamlet which is known for having its own climate. Usually sunnier than most areas! You will have the 5 acres to yourself with access to the pergola by the pond, a fire pit and only nature out your windows! This location is close enough to all that historic Fredericksburg has to offer while remaining a serene location tucked away and surrounded by forest.

Come park your RV and relax in privacy as you overlook the rolling landscape into the micro vineyard with views extending down into the pond area where the pergola and fire pit resides. The white building is an office you can use with high speed wifi available around the camp site. The Vineyard typically has a few Runner Ducks or Turkeys cruising around during the day! There is a new Porto Potty onsite as well as power supplied via a dedicated RV outlet Come stay, breath and enjoy!

Flat Pad Overlooking Pond

You will have a beautiful spot overlooking the pond and fenced micro vineyard during your stay. This space is a 22x30 concrete pad for all those self enclosed campers vans out there. Please note this is not for an RV trailer as it is not pull through or around power. You will need to drive on the grounds a short 20 feet to access it. That being said a 2wd van can get there no problem.

Permutations Micro Vineyard Plateau

Garret's property was a lovely place for us to stop on a long trip! Getting to the site was easy, setup was a breeze, and sitting by his fire pit, lake, and turkeys was a great way to spend the evening. Garret was super helpful and easygoing despite us getting in late.

Beautiful, flat and private location to stay for the night. We pulled right up the gravel drive at the end of a private road and found our spot to hook in. The power hook up was right behind the white structure and was easily assessable as you pulled around the large 4 bay pole barn. We enjoyed a fire by the pond then hit the road again the next day!
