I had another peaceful night in my tent at Denise's Hipcamp site. The weather was perfect and fortunately it got just the right coolness at night. There is a bit of traffic noise but not too much and it quiets down by 11P. I always wear ear plugs camping so it isn't an issue. I left early in the morning to head to an event in Northern Virginia Saturday morning. Till next time.

The space is beautiful with some nice wooded trails in the back. There is a decent amount of privacy. Due to the location there is ample traffic and sound from the road early in the night. However, once the later night sets in it gets quiet.

Great spot and Denise is a great host. There is a bit of road noise from the site so you don't feel totally out there on your own, but the fireflies were beautiful across the field. There are nice walking trails on the property, too.

So many things in bloom including the Dogwoods and Redbud. I had beautiful weather. This land drains really well as the previous days there was plenty of rain with no puddles or wet spots. The Sunday morning birdsong was wonderful! Highly suggest staying here.

This is my go to place when I want to attend events in the DC/Northern Virginia area. I travel from the Eastern Shore of Virginia and spend the night here so I have a shorter drive to my final destination the next day. I've been here four or five times now. The space is very private. Each time I've been the only camper. I set up my tent at the tree line on the west side of the property and in the morning watch the sun come up. While there is some traffic noise from nearby roads I've never heard a human voice during my time here. When I drove in and parked this time I was greeted by 4 horses on the farm!

This is a perfect camp sites. Denise is very nice and I am falling in love to the nature environment. If you close by this city, please make sure to stay in this campsites. You will have no regret. I will positive come back to this wonderful camp sites.

A beautiful hot summer day turned into a cooler night with a few welcome sprinkles of rain overnight. Sunrise was quiet and luscious. I was the only human around and two horses said good morning to me on the way out.

I traveled to this location now for my second time. Initially, I was going to spend one night, but wound up needing two nights. Denise was very accommodating.This location is about one hour away from Washington DC area where I attended an event. While the days were quite hot in DC, the trees at the campsite offered shelter from the sun in the late afternoon. By the time darkness arrived a light cool breeze came with it.

Such a cool campsite! Denise was a wonderful host and was super informative when we arrived at the site. The property is absolutely stunning, with multiple private trails, wildlife, and a very sweet horse. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

The spot in the pines is beautiful. The spot is well maintained and the trails are beautiful. Saw a couple of deer just off the trail while I was there. Denise was wonderful. As a first time hipcamper she was very helpful answering questions and explaining how things worked. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a casual camping spot!

This was a lovely site with a wonderful hostess! Our family had a fun, restful, peaceful time. We enjoyed the camp location and I know people will love it in the hot summer months because the trees provide a lot of cool shade.
