If you look long enough, you may even see some shooting stars. The property is 93 acres and offers well manicured hiking trails that can even be used for Mountain Biking enthusiasts. Wild animals such as deer, raccoons, fox, owls, hawks, humming birds, bald eagles and more have made the land their home. Fireflies tend to take over in the summer months, its a beautiful thing to see.
It's the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature all while being close to restaurants and downtown Olean if needed. Enjoy cooking on our rustic fire pits or light a fire to just enjoy the crackling sounds and warmth at night. A safe place for kids to run around, enjoy family time and the simple pleasures Mother Nature has to offer.
It's perfect for anyone who just wants to get away and immerse themselves in the country. We have 2 camp sites ready right now both come with a fire pit. One is more secluded which is campsite #2 and the one with the valley view is campsite #1.
Showers are seasonal. The last day for shower use is Oct 15th. You’re more than welcome to bring your own portable shower hook up and use the shower house for privacy. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will need to have a cigarette lighter access to use the shower to power the pump.
We recommend bringing flashlights as our property is solar powered and there is no electric on the property. On low sunny days, solar lights may not last as long into the evening.
On rainy days the property can be very muddy and access to the top of the hill to the sites would be best accessed with a 4WD vehicle as well as winter time with snow on the ground.
If you'd like to charge your phone we advise you to bring back up battery packs as there is now electric hook ups on site.
The most private sites are Cloud 9, Bunny Pit and Lilou's Landing. The cottage is located down by the main house and not at the top of the hill.
Pets are welcome, please clean up after your dog.

Towner's Country Paradise started out as a wild forest and pasture for cows in the 1940's, owned by Llewellyn Towner. In the 1960s, Llewellyn's love for aviation led him to construct a small airstrip and hangar, and then his son Terry began to plant Christmas Trees (no more cows) and clear much of the land. We love our little slice of private water side camping here in Angelica and hope you will take care of it like it was yours. The cabins, cottage, tent sites & trails are very private and secluded. Each site has its own private entrance. There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. These are beautiful wooded camping country sites with plant and wild life located just 10 miles from downtown Corning, New York. There is one rustic cabin available for rent, along with a teepee site, and 2 tent sites. We are between the Finger Lakes and the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, just 1 mile off highway 99/15. Sites are located less than a 400 yard hike from the parking area, each site having both a picnic table and fire ring. There is an outhouse located within 250 yards from all sites. There is river access one mile from camp. Campers that require help getting to a site, can be driven up the hill via side by side. Every site is connected to state land with over 2,700 acres worth of hiking trails. We have a number of mountain bikes, kayaks, canoes, snow shoes, tents, sleeping bags/mats, etc. available for rent on site. In addition, if guests are interested in classes on site, I am a wilderness and survival expert willing to offer assistance as a guide through the trails, on the river, with setting up camp, etc. Some of my survival classes include fire making, shelter building, edible food foraging, self defense training, and fishing and hunting.

Weekend Trip to Firefly Acres - Star Gazing Views
The cabin was nice. It had good heating, a nice bed, a nice bathroom, and it had lots of forms of entertainment. The cabin also had wifi and a flat screen tv you could stream on. The host was also very good with helping us if we were confused on anything. I definitely plan on staying here again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Creekside on camp road. The cabin so nice and very very clean. The site had more than enough seating for our large family and areas for us to set up tents. The outhouse was well maintained well lit at night. The creek was just perfect for our 7 year old to play in the water and even watch some deer go by. Leah was incredibly attentive and answered any questions we had right away. We will definitely be back.

The location is great, quiet, and convenient. There are a ton of accommodations from comfortable seating, campfire, showering, outhouse, grill (propane and charcoal), cover, lights, power, and games. There’s practically no wind to disrupt cooking or outside games and you can even bring the dogs.
My family, most of which have never had any interest in camping, had a great time. I also enjoyed the proximity to closeby parks. Leah was also an excellent host and was always available.

This is a magical little campground, perfect for a summer weekend getaway! We adored the fairy path and the covered area next to the barn was perfect to seek shelter from the sun or rain. The cabin is quaint, but comfortable and there are tons of ammenities not listed in the listing, which was very much appreciated.
The only thing we were surprised by is how loud the campground across the way is, they had a band playing from 7pm to 11pm Saturday night, which didn't necessarily bother us, but it was very loud so can imagine it's something people would want to know about before they stay. We actually walked down to watch for a while and our son used the bounce house they had set up, so turned into a good time, was just surprised how late it went!

Leah’s campsite was wonderful. There were more amenities than we thought! The space was well thought out with a lot of additional comforts. The hammock and hanging chairs were great to relax in. The creek was a perfect for our children 11, 9, and 6. The cabin provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of seating throughout the campsite. We would definitely come back again in the future!

We had an incredible time at Hillside! The property is even more beautiful than the photos. It was the perfect spot for camping and having the little house with water (and the flush outhouse) was awesome for a group and especially the kids. The site is very private and the view was magical. The pond was lovely, we lounged on the patio and swam all day! Leah was great and responded within minutes when we ran out of propane, and had an extra tank on the property ready! The place was clearly well cared for and we’d love to come back again next summer!

This place is great! Awesome weekend swimming and relaxing. Camped with kid's and they agreed that they all want to live here.
Beautiful view, super quiet and peaceful and 100% private. The pond was the bonus, since I keep floats in my car just for weekends like this.
This was fancy camping for us, we typically camp with no amenities. This was worth it .sometimes you have to glamp!
Everything was perfect! Did I mention the stars, no light pollution with stars for days.
I 100% would go back to float and chill.

Weekend Trip to Creekside on Camp Road
My family loved camping at creekside cabin! We wanted an easier camping weekend as we didn't feel like dealing with tents. Creekside was such a GEM! The cabin was so roomy, clean and cozy! The property was private and right on the creek. The gazebo area was a beautiful spot to relax, play games and still he outside if it rained! (We lucked out only a sprinkle the morning we left). We played and walked in the creek, cooked fun camp food and enjoyed fires in the fire pit by the creek all day and night! We can not wait to come back! Leah was a wonderful host! She was so responsive and helpful. We are so thankful we found such a cute spot to camp! Thanks again for hosting us!

Weekend Trip to Hillside Camp
This place is absolutely beautiful and such a breath of fresh air, the scenery is incredible and the cabin itself is so cute and cozy. The host was so nice and responsive. Would recommend anyone to stay here if theyre looking for a beautiful, quiet get away!
