Paved road to the bridge, gravel just past the bridge which is where the property begins. Just pull off the road by the power pole (21-242 1/2 pole numbers) on the right side past the bridge after pulling off of hwy 133. There is no cell service in the immediate area so make sure to download maps in that the property has the river through it so down in the valley.

Private simple site in a field around the orchards. You will not have other rvs stacked on top of you. Homes surround the field right off the street. Enclosed field with a RV hook up for water and electric. Located in the center of palisade orchards. Easy access to the Mt. Garfield trail and 1.2 miles from the town of palisade where we have local farmers markets, restaurants and much more! Just a basic place for a RV or overlander. Hose water and 30 amp hook up. That’s it! Tent camping is doable depending on the season. We have an enclosed fire pit that we allow during certain times of the season upon request. If we feel the surrounding area is too dry or high risk for fire/ fire bans we do not allow camp fires. Please request prior to showing up or you may find out there’s a fire ban for the area. The gate entrance to the field is roughly 15ft wide. It is located off a two way street. We’re happy to accommodate respectful guests and easygoing travelers who just need a safe, pleasant spot to stay. Please note: if you’re looking to bring drama or be difficult, this probably isn’t the place for you. We like to keep things stress-free for everyone. We would prefer you to stay elsewhere if you’re wanting anything more than what is in the description.

There is a picnic table nestled in the scrub oaks. We only rent one side and the entire property is private to you! We do have neighbors, but the property is pretty well tucked away. You may see the occasional vehicle or hiker on the road or hear someone doing some yard work, but it is generally very quiet and secluded at the yurt. Our neighbors have chosen to live in Marble for its privacy and tranquillity. Please show them respect by keeping the noise down and leaving them be. If you have questions or need help, call us from the yurt landline. Winter camping experience/equipment and a high-clearance 4x4 vehicle with severe snow-rated tires and chains may be required to access the yurt Oct-April. During large snow events, driving to the yurt may be impossible in any vehicle. Skiing to the yurt may be an option Dec - Feb. Gear sleds are available at the yurt for your use.

This was a lovely little spot conveniently located just up the street from downtown Palisade. Our hosts were so lovely and kind, the goats are adorable, having the wood ready at the campground was super convenient (and a great deal, they left alot of wood!), and we were even given delicious peaches on our way out! The site is a little loud right on the road but that's what you get when you're in the middle of town, and its nice to have a cute and affordable place to stay in Palisade!

Each site has full hook ups, including water (with great water pressure), sewer, and 30 and 50 amp outlets. Most sites will accommodate a 38' RV and Class A, B, and C Motorhomes. A majority of the sites will also accommodate a 44' RV. In addition to the RV Sites with full hook-ups, we also offer dry camping and can accommodate large groups. We can provide water for our campers that are in the dry camp areas and we have a dump station area for you before you leave. Water is also provided for those that are in their tents or small camper trailers. Please note: we do not have a bathhouse. Porta-potties are near the dry camp area marked 20A-20E. Please note that due to the limited capacity of our tanks, we cannot allow non-guests to use the dump station.
