Our property offers a quiet and private setting perfect for relaxing, disconnecting, and enjoying the outdoors. You’ll be close to amazing destinations like Rifle Arch, Rifle Falls, and Rifle Gap, while still having a calm place to come back and rest. This is a great base camp for hiking, fishing, exploring, or simply enjoying the beauty of Colorado. We are located at mile 8 on Hwy 13, north of Rifle, with easy access and a clearly marked entrance with deer-style gates and a recycled asphalt driveway. Come enjoy a simple, peaceful camping experience close to nature and adventure.

Rifle Arch Base Camp
Dora greeted us as we came through her gate. The sight was flat and level making backing in a breeze. Her 23 acres allows for plenty of space. She had a gas fireplace, lawn chairs and a cornhole game for us to use. Her front gate into the property is controlled by a clicker. She gave us a clicker to use during our stay. Having this security measure was nice, as we felt our camper and belongings would be secure with or without us there. Dora is a hard worker and communicated very punctually and clearly. She was prompt to return texts and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Dora’s sight for your future camping needs.
