Private and close to highway 70. Sunset views and public river access a couple minutes drive away. Hiking on site as well as public access bordering Colorado Division of Wildlife property. 15 minutes from all Glenwood Springs and Rifle has to offer. Sunset hike on property is 5 minutes long. Public River access is a 3 minute drive. Public bathroom is a 3 minute drive and next to Public river access.
