Escape to the mountains at Mountain Retreat, a peaceful 16-acre property in New Castle, Colorado. Surrounded by open countryside and mountain views, this camping spot offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The property sits along a wildlife management road, where you may spot deer, turkeys, elk, and other local wildlife. The site welcomes both RV and tent campers and can accommodate rigs up to 57 feet, including travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, Class A, B, and C RVs, campervans, truck campers, cars, and rooftop tents. The site features a flat, loose-gravel surface with pull-in access and room for slideouts. Full hookups, including electricity, water, and sewage, are available. Up to eight guests and four vehicles are permitted. Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash because chickens live on the property. Campfires are not allowed, and guests should bring their own camp toilet. A trash bin is available near the front of the road. With 2WD access, spacious surroundings, and frequent wildlife sightings, Mountain Retreat is a relaxing base for a quiet Colorado getaway.A beautiful area to camp for your vacation. We live on 16 acres on a wildlife management road. We often see deer, turkeys and elk.
