Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. During the spring and summer there are (sometimes) cows, (always) cats, chickens, ducks, and three working dogs on the property. Hollow Tree Campsite is private, located on the far side of the pasture, next to a seasonal creek (dry in the summer). Jake's Corner is more open and located on the westside of the pasture. This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September, 2026. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking. The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also two picnic tables. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend. Welcome to The Landing at Index - located on the South Fork Skykomish River, in the western foothills of the Cascade Mountains, off of Highway 2. With 16 acres of beautiful, private woods and breathtaking views of Mt. Index, this is a wonderful getaway to kick back and relax after your day of adventures, or just to escape the city rush. This is a gated property, protected with a code, which you will be sent 24 hours before your arrival. The campsites are at the bottom of a long logging road so an SUV or AWD vehicle are preferable , especially during the wetter seasons. When the property was logged approximately 100 years ago they scooped out gravel from the river to make their roads in the area thus creating the back eddy pool along the beach. A rather peaceful setting, including the rushing sound of the river and the occasional whistle of a train. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated after you stay at The Landing. Pets are welcome, there are private outhouses at each campsite. These outhouses are protected with a code, which is sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. Campfires are allowed (when burn bans are not in place).

I stayed at site 2 with my pup and it was MAGICAL. This particular site is the furthered back so you have the most privacy, and easy access to the river. Plenty of space to set up camp, large picnic table, and a big fire pit. This would be a great site for groups!

This spot is gorgeous! And Raven's roost is nice and private. It is very large and has a great picnic table and grill. Dave came by briefly and said hi and that we could enjoy the space afterwards. It was a great weekend and we hiked up to bridal falls as well. Gorgeous!

Very pleasant stay at the Rockin Z Ranch! Even though we arrived in the dark, everything was easy to find and set up with the signs and lights. Beautiful, clean property. The world’s sweetest cat kept us company. Porta Potty was super clean. Would have loved to have spent more time here. I’d definitely stay again.

Very serene place, getting there was easy and they had firewood out in a common area you could grab and pay over the phone. The trails were nice that were nearby. The other campsites are within view but its a really wide open space and they are far away so it still felt pretty private. Overall great spot for a nice easy trip. Would definitely recommend for families wanting space to run around for activities.

The camp site on Paula’s land was exactly what I wanted! Located near the foothills of the Cascade range, you get all of Mother Nature with just the right amount of modern amenities. While there is snow shower in the winter months, there is a toilet and potable water available. Highly recommended for a tent site if you are looking to get away from the crowds. P.S. although I didn’t stay in the cabins, they looked very cozy and modern!!

We had a lovely Fall stay this weekend in our little camper. We loved the sounds of the coyote calls through the night. They were quite talkative but it was fun to hear the wildlife around us! My dog really enjoyed having the freedom and space to run and play. The quaint town of Duvall is super close so we enjoyed a beautiful brunch before packing up for home.
