Carly and Steve were wonderful hosts. We appreciated their authentic kindness as well as enjoyable conversation. The site itself was level grass, very quiet and peaceful, private and secure. We had access to water, the hot tub and a breath taking view.
We highly recommend it and would surely stay again.

I always enjoy staying at this park-like camp spot. It's very kind of Carly to offer this lovely opportunity year after year. It's so much more peaceful camping here than it would be at the fairgrounds with the races going on. A relaxing dip in the hot tub in the evening, while watching the sunset is just the ticket after a hard days work! Don't hesitate to stay here if you get the chance!

We loved our stay at Summerwind! The hosts are so kind and relaxed. They have rainbow lights, and they keep the jacuzzi HOT! 🔥 Definitely our kind of people. Nobody enjoyed the property more than our two dogs who got to be off leash and romp around the dog park that Carly set up in the yard. Every time our puppy disappeared for more than 10 minutes, she came back excited to show us the new toy Carly had given her 😆. The property is also biking distance to both Monroe and Sultan. We ventured to both towns on our e-bikes. Sultan has multiple spots to go float on the river less than two miles away.
One thing I will warn about is the ground is rather soft on the property, so be careful parking if you have a heavy class A RV like we do. We created some indents in the yard turning ourselves around and getting parked. The hosts were very gracious and did not mind at all, but we felt bad, and it's something to be mindful of if your rig is XL. Next time, we would probably try to back in through the gate rather than turn around to minimize where we drive.

We always enjoy our stays on Carly’s peaceful and park-like land. It’s so much better than staying at the noisy fairgrounds when we’re working the annual gem and mineral show. Our three cats love to explore the spacious yard as it’s fenced, safe, and pet friendly. After a day of working on my feet, the hot tub was a welcome extra. We’ll be back!

We always enjoy the park like beauty of this lovely place and our three cats have had some great walkabouts here. Carly is welcoming and went out of her way to make sure things worked out for us. It’s a peaceful spot and much better than the gravel and noise of the nearby fairgrounds. We’ll be back next year!

We spent the night here in an RV on our way to Leavenworth. Carly was very helpful with instructions and photos showing where to park and where the fire pit and the hot tub were, since we were arriving after dark. We had a very nice time and were very glad we chose this over the RV parks in the area.

The property was great. We tent camped and arrived later in the evening, but the instructions for setup were easy to follow. Carly was a very friendly and responsive host. The hot tub was a really nice treat during our rainy stay, and the bird feeders provided lots of entertainment.

We always enjoy staying at Summerwind, with it’s peaceful park-like setting of grassy lawns surrounded by tall trees. Our three kitties absolutely loved the grounds and did lots of joyful runs back and forth. It’s nice and quiet at night- so much better than the fairgrounds. We’ll be back!

One of the best hipspots I have ever stayed at. Great if you have furry kids. I had my pups running around in their big open yard. So much fun. Beautiful area and great campsite especially if you like having a fire. Host were super responsive and very accommodating. Answered all my questions and offered assistance as needed. I would stay here again in a heart beat

As mentioned in my previous review, this site was quiet, private, and the grounds are pretty and park like. We heard 3 different types of owls calling at night so it felt like you were out in nature even though it was close to the bustling city. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed 3 days of idle time here in between working the Kitsap County gem show, and visiting our Shoreline family for Thanksgiving. There were some great Christmas light displays on the road into the site. An owl called from the trees at night. The park like setting was a peaceful respite from busy Seattle, but near enough to easily go there when the holiday arrived.

Carly has a great spot for parking your RV or trailer in a quiet rural area surrounded by trees and farmland. They have a convenient loop in their driveway making turnarounds easy with your rig. She was a gracious host as well. Would like to come again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful property with a lot of privacy where we parked the trailer, well away from the house.. Very quiet, trains in the distance. Carly was very gracious, and we were able to let our dog roam around the property and have a great time! We didn’t use the hot tub but probably will next time.

The host communicated very well. It was east to find. It was a very cool spot with plenty of space and a fire pit. There’s a full dog park right next to you that she created. She even has a hot tub! Host was great and would stay here again!

We had a nice time. The best thing was having dogs off leash. The lawn was like a golf course. Lush soft green rolling carpet. Plenty of shade and sun options. The fire pit was nice. The location was reasonably close to town. Our hosts were very friendly.
We won't be coming back to this location because it felt like we were in the front yard of the host's home.
Just before leaving, our host told us there was a bear in the neighborhood. I would have appreciated being told that upon arrival. I left my cooler outside overnight. I would not have done that if I had the right info at the right time.

We felt right at home. The host Carly met us at the gate and helped us puck a good spot to camp with some shade. She went above and beyond what we expected in a campsite. Carly set up a splash pool for our kids, gave us access to their woodpile and set out chairs and a table for us. The property is gorgeous! Cant wait to plan another trip!

Carly and Steve were the perfect hosts! This was my first time using hip camp and I can’t wait to use it more. Great communication, clean and beautiful property, plus they installed a firebowl for us and future campers! They went above and beyond to accommodate us as bike campers, and we had the best time. 10/10 would recommend.

We really enjoyed our one night stay with our travel trailer. Our spot was facing the woods so it was private, pretty, and super quiet with an occasional bleep from the neighbor goats. There were cute little bunnies all around. Carly was friendly and really great with communication. A nice pit stop for sure!
