If you take the Bog Walk through this wetland preserve, you may see insect-eating plants and wild orchids, eagles and osprey, even treefrogs and deer! For a longer walk, you can find the trailhead for the Paul Bunyan State Trail right inside the park. There is easy access to Lake Bemidji and the downtown area, perfect for a day out on the water and an evening wining-and-dining in the city.
