Enjoy 12 acres of peaceful countryside! This is raw land with no electricity, water, or restroom facilities. It's located about 15 minutes north of Bemidji and just 5 minutes from public access to Lake Campbell (perfect for kayaking!) and the Bluebelle Wedding Venue.12 acres of peaceful raw land - no water or electric available. This is an old homestead, there is a cement slab with a firepit available. Firewood can be supplied for additional fee. 15 minutes north of Bemidji, 5 minutes from public access on Campbell Lake (gorgeous for kayaking)! 5 minutes from Bluebelle Wedding venue.
