This place is amazing me and my husband have never gone camping in a cabin before. These cabins are cute and little perfect for a couple! It was so romantic and Ilwe love being in nature but having the comfort with the bed and thicker walls Lol. We are used to just regular old camping and sleeping in the dirt lol this was amazing. This is one of the best places I have been in a very long time without going to the deep woods to make you feel like you are one with nature and interconnected. Me and my husband were finally able to release chaos and heal for the first time in many years. We highly recommend this place and we are going to definitely return. We stayed in the Creekside cabin and the Sunshine 🌞 hut and both were amazing!
Thanks Joe! We healed sooo much! Cant wait to return hopefully without the storm next time so we can actually enjoy that hot tub and do more nature hiking lol. But the storm was perfect because it added to the healing that was going on at this magical place. 💜🧘🏻♀️🧘♂️💙🕉️🪄

What a peaceful and mindful place to stay. The little Hut was amazingly comfortable, even in a storm, but the land and trails were an absolutely lovely setting for a breakaway from the norm, and get back to Mother Earth and the spirit of the land. Joe has worked hard to make this bit of land a slice of zen!

Joe’s space is thoughtfully curated and beautifully maintained. The three camping spaces at Duck Foot are well cleared and feel very secluded. Definitely check it out! The other stays on the property are great choices too - we had family staying in the Bell Tent and Sunny’s Hut, which made for a great family trip :)

We had an absolutely delightful time! My 10 yr old said his favorite parts of our stay were the trampoline, Cedar (owner's son), fishing, and going on the goat hike. Everyone we encountered was kind and friendly, every animal was cute as a button, and we never ran out of things to do. I also cannot express how much as a mom that I appreciated their entire property being gated in! It really added that extra touch of safety so we could have a blast in a safe environment. We are already checking future dates for when we can come back ❤️

Amazing property with 0 complaints. I would recommend staying here. Everything was just as advertised. You really don’t need to take much with you because Joe provided all the essential amenities. Loved the wagons to transport your bags to the campsite!
They thought of everything! Can’t wait to stay again.

We got in after the sun had gone down, but had no issues finding our campsite. Everything was well marked and easy to locate. The property was beautiful when we woke up and we loved waking up to see the animals! We stayed at the Honey Suckle tent site and it was private but within walking range of the toilet and shower. It was exactly what we needed for our cross country move!

Heard the Carolina wren and the northern flicker. Nice and quiet except for the donkey baying in the middle of the night. I would suggest maybe some stone steps be put in to go down from the parking lot. It was quite muddy and slippery. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset Dome in The Three Ponds Community. Although we didn’t use the pool/hottub due to weather and maintenance, everything else was great and seeing the farm animals were a pleasant bonus. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the sunset dome was great! It was a very quiet area and the dome was very spacious and well equipped with full size, comfy bed, heating, and even a sink.
Only thing I would caution is that the campfire area by the dome is on a significant slope and can be tricky to maneuver especially when wet and slippery. Due to the slope, the campfire can really only accomodate two people max.

I enjoyed my time here! I was recommended to stay here and would recommend it to someone who wants to camp in a safe space.
I stayed at Way Out. The site was clean and easy to find using their labeled trails. They provided wagons which made it super easy to bring all my gear in one trip.
I was unsure of whether or not to bring my dog given all the farm animals there, but they keep to themselves at the entrance and don’t come down to the camp sites so it ended being nothing to worry about.
I felt very safe there as a solo female camper and will be back in the future!

This was the absolute best place to tent camp. We loved how peaceful it was and my baby absolutely loveddd the animals (specially the donkey). It was an absolute amazing trip. I will definitely be returning!

Joe and his family are wonderful. He has created a magical place where all are welcome. You can see his love for life and humor all over, from the Jesus saying "I saw that" on the head board of Sunny's Cabin, to the poop jokes in the compost bathrooms.
If you have the time, book an extra day to explore the Easter eggs hidden around.

Try going to bed on a hammock, why I fell asleep between those trees and woke up feeling ten years younger. Cabins are well built & well maintained. I stayed for five days, which seems long with no electricity or hot water but I think it wasn't long enough. Do not fear however, they have an outdoor shower.

I've literally recommended this spot to many friends. It is beautiful and quiet. I like to spend the day in the keystone forest and come back to watch the pond at sunset.

I recently had the pleasure of camping at Joe's property, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Joe was an amazing host, making us feel right at home. His family was incredibly welcoming, and we had a fantastic time on the goat tour, where Wookie, the friendly donkey, joined us for the adventure.
The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and two ponds perfect for fishing. We even caught a few small fish during our stay! The whole experience was fun and relaxing. Joe’s attention to detail and commitment to keeping the land looking great really stood out.
We will definitely be coming back for another visit. If you're looking for a family-friendly camping experience, this is the place to be!

Camping at Joe’s land was an amazing experience. Sunny’s hut had everything we needed and the directions on how to get there and where to get everything were very clear.
Sunny’s hut was close to the entrance and the compost toilets which is very convinient.
I specially loved that Sunny’s hut had a small speaker and electricity!

The hut was very cozy and charming! I would suggest packing light though, it is a small space. There is a short walk downhill from the parking area to the campsites, but they let us borrow a wagon to haul our stuff! The air conditioner was amazing midday, and we enjoyed laying on the bed with the windows open in the morning and evening! My son had a blast here. The animals are within view from the porch, which was perfect. We even had some chickens come up and eat out of our hands. This is the closest site to the compost toilet. It’s also fairly close to the dome, if you are camping with family/friends.

We had so much fun!! Everyone was friendly and the owners were very inviting and kind. We played around on the paddle boards, enjoyed the outdoor shower, walked with the goats, and did lots of exploring! My 3 year old had the time of his life. The dome was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

I stayed at the “Way Out” tent sight and hammock camped. It was an absolutely lovely place for the silent healing solitude retreat I needed. I look forward to returning and next time at one of the glancing sites. The paths are well cleared and free of most stickers and thorns enough so that I was able to explore barefoot. Others there were respectful of my need for solitude and vice versa. I wish I lived here! Only caution is for those like myself with mobility and accessibility needs/limitations you should be aware that there is a hill you must traverse to get your belongings to “Way Out” which may be challenging but not impossible with breaks up the hill if you have asthma or mobility challenges so be prepared and take your time if alone.

This is a very unique campground, we had a great time staying there. We stayed in the luxury bell tent, it was very nice for a camping setup! It had a very private feel to it, and we enjoyed watching the goat parade. A return trip is likely!
