One 30amp RV hook up with water and sewer is available for tear drop or camper vans sandwiched between the 500 square foot tiny house on Airbnb and the 1200 square foot event center and market also on Airbnb. A small homestead with a 7200 square foot permaculture garden and a food forest including a picnic area and beautiful grounds. Wildlife abounds as we are a wild life corridor to Lake Keystone on the Arkansas River just 1/4 mile from the property. Rocky Ridge Resort has full hook up RV sites, primitive camping, 3 fully furnished cabins, 1 fully furnished Camper, laundry facility, ice machine, game and book center. RV sites are gravel and back in and include 50amp electric (30 to 50amp converters are available to borrow with advance notice at booking), water, sewer, trash and WIFI. Nightly, weekly and monthly options available. We do not have restrooms or showers onsite; those are nearby at Dripping Springs and Okmulgee Lakes. Check-in must be before dark; once the sun goes down, it gets DARK! We are self check in/out; no onsite host. We are available from 7am to 7pm, as we both work full time jobs elsewhere. Dripping Springs and Okmulgee Lakes are both just minutes away from our gated, quiet, privately owned property. Our 40-acre property contains open spaces and dense woods. Wild turkeys, deer and other animals roam about. Come enjoy the quiet seclusion of this property while enjoying nature all around you! Enjoy a hike on our 1-mile-long trail. About halfway through, you'll encounter our pond. More fishing is located just minutes away. Also nearby is a shooting range, Wildlife Management Areas, and more!
